一种多层结合的硅胶文胸及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种硅胶文胸及其制作方法,特别是一种多层结合的硅胶文胸及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前硅胶文胸产品均采用薄膜袋内置普通有机硅凝胶固化定型,并于内侧面满覆或绝大面积涂覆粘胶,穿着时利用粘胶的粘性紧贴于乳房达到穿戴效果。由于产品内置材质为普通有机硅凝胶,同时还需要预防薄膜回缩起皱造成产品变形,因此,只能通过提高胶体硬度或加厚杯体的两种方式加以解决,这就造成了产品存在杯体厚度较高导致总重量大或胶体手感偏硬的不良问题。另外,由于现有技术的硅胶文胸产品的内侧面满覆或绝大面积涂覆粘胶,产品着身后存在乳房皮肤与粘胶接触面积过大和透气性不佳的问题,导致舒适性欠缺甚至出现不良皮肤反应,同时也影响到了产品长期使用的适宜性。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种重量较轻、更加透气、佩戴更舒适的硅胶文胸。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种多层结合的硅胶文胸,包括两个罩杯本体和连接两个罩杯本体的连接件,其特征在于:所述罩杯本体包括至少由三层塑料薄膜层叠并沿周边结合在一起的硅胶袋,所述硅胶袋由内至外至少依次包括第一塑料薄膜、第二塑料薄膜和第三塑料薄膜,所述第一塑料薄膜和所述第二塑料薄膜之间形成第一硅胶容腔,所述第二塑料薄膜和所述第三塑料薄膜之间形成第二硅胶容腔;所述第一硅胶容腔内充填有第一硅胶体,所述第二硅胶容腔内充填有第二硅胶体,所述第一硅胶体的比重小于所述第二硅胶体;所述第一塑料薄膜的内侧面上设有多个相互间隔的凸点区,每个所述凸点区中均设有多个相互间隔且向外凸起的凸点;所述凸点的表面涂覆有压敏黏胶。
其中,第一硅胶体采用医用轻质硅胶,第二硅胶体采用普通有机硅凝胶,轻质硅胶的比重为普通有机硅凝胶的三分之二。
其中,相邻两个所述凸点区之间的间隙形成主透气通道;每个所述凸点区中相邻两个凸点之间的间隙形成副透气通道,所述主透气通道的宽度大于所述副透气通道的宽度;多个所述凸点均为半球形且大小相同。
较佳地,所述第一塑料薄膜的内侧面对应乳房的乳头位置设有乳点透气区,所述主透气通道与所述乳点透气区相连通,所述乳点透气区、所述主透气通道及所述副透气通道相互连通形成导流透气网。
进一步地,多个所述主透气通道与所述乳点透气区相连通形成星形放射状结构,多个所述主透气通道将所述第一塑料薄膜的内侧面分隔为多个所述的凸点区。
其中,所述三层塑料薄膜均为TPU薄膜。
较佳地,所述凸点为中空结构且其内腔与所述第一硅胶容腔相连通,所述凸点的内腔中充填有所述第一硅胶体。
在一具体实施例中,所述第一硅胶体内含有具保健作用的物质元素,例如锗、硒等,从而对乳房起到保健作用。
本发明还提供了该种多层结合的硅胶文胸的制作方法,其特征在于,依次包括以下步骤:
1)裁料:将塑料薄膜裁成产品所需形状和尺寸;
2)封边:将三片裁好的塑料薄膜沿周边热压结合在一起,形成具有两个硅胶容腔的硅胶袋,并分别在两个硅胶容腔上预留注胶口;
3)注胶:将两种不同比重的硅胶分别注入硅胶袋的两个硅胶容腔中;
4)封口:用热压机将注胶口封住;
5)对位定型:将封口后的硅胶袋放入成型模具并准确定位后合模;
6)凸点成型:通过模具抽真空成型罩杯本体的第一塑料薄膜上的凸点;
7)烘烤成型:对成型模具进行加热,使所述罩杯本体成型;
8)修边:成型模具冷却后将罩杯本体后取出,并将罩杯本体边缘多余的薄膜修剪去除;
9)压扣:在两个相互对称的罩杯本体上热压粘合上连接带;
10)涂胶:将罩杯本体套上凸点夹具使文胸仅露出凸点,然后仅在凸点上喷涂压敏黏胶;
11)配对:将两个左右对称的罩杯本体通过连接扣组合在一起,得到文胸产品。
较佳地,所述步骤3)中还包括脱泡和排气步骤:在硅胶注入硅胶袋之前,通过真空处理将硅胶内的气泡脱除;在硅胶注入硅胶袋后将袋中气体排出。
更佳地,所述步骤9)和所述步骤10)之间还包括清洗步骤:将修完边的罩杯本体清洗干净后将水擦干待用;所述步骤⑩之后还包括黏胶烘烤固化步骤:将喷涂好压敏黏胶的文胸放入烘箱中烘烤使黏胶加速固化。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明提供的多层结合的硅胶文胸主要具有以下优点:(1)采用多层结构,主要由罩杯外层的第二硅胶体起到塑形作用,而处于内层的第一硅胶体的比重较轻,降低了文胸产品整体的重量;(2)罩杯本体内侧设有多个凸点区,每两个凸点区的间隙,以及每个凸点区中的相邻两个凸点间的间隙都形成排气散热的通道,从而大大提高了乳房的透气排汗效果;(3)凸点上喷涂压敏黏胶,文胸内侧面的其他部位不喷涂黏胶,从而减少文胸与乳房的黏结面积,透气性更佳,佩戴更加舒适;(4)在罩杯中内层胶体内加入保健功能的物质元素,对乳房起到保健作用。
而且,本发明的多层硅胶文胸虽然文胸与乳房接触面积减少,但是凸点加大了黏胶的喷涂面积,运动过程中文胸与乳房在相对运动时能够全方位地黏结在一起,解决现在市面上文胸与乳房黏结不牢在运动过程中容易滑落的缺陷。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明优选的实施方式进行详细说明。
请参阅图1至图2,一种多层结合的硅胶文胸,包括两个罩杯本体10和连接两个罩杯本体的连接件20。连接件20包括连接带21和连接扣22。罩杯本体10包括至少由三层塑料薄膜层叠并沿周边结合在一起的硅胶袋,所述硅胶袋由内至外至少依次包括第一塑料薄膜11、第二塑料薄膜12和第三塑料薄膜13。第一塑料薄膜11和第二塑料薄膜12之间形成第一硅胶容腔,所述第一硅胶容腔内充填有第一硅胶体30。第二塑料薄膜12和第三塑料薄膜13之间形成第二硅胶容腔,所述第二硅胶容腔内充填有第二硅胶体40,第一硅胶体30的比重和硬度均小于所述第二硅胶体40。其中,第一硅胶体30采用医用轻质硅胶,第二硅胶体40采用普通有机硅凝胶,轻质硅胶的比重为普通有机硅凝胶的三分之二。其中,三层塑料薄膜均为TPU薄膜。
第一塑料薄膜11的内侧面上设有多个相互间隔的凸点区,每个所述凸点区中均设有多个相互间隔且向外凸起的凸点111。凸点111的表面涂覆有压敏黏胶。相邻两个所述凸点区之间的间隙形成主透气通道110。每个所述凸点区中相邻两个凸点111之间的间隙形成副透气通道120,所述主透气通道110的宽度大于所述副透气通道120的宽度。多个所述凸点111均为半球形且大小相同本实施例中,凸点111的直径为7mm,高度为2.5mm,相邻两个凸点之间的间隙距离为7mm,相邻两个凸点区之间的间隙为20mm。
第一塑料薄膜11的内侧面对应乳房的乳头位置设有乳点透气区130,所述主透气通道110与所述乳点透气区130相连通,所述乳点透气区130、所述主透气通道110及所述副透气通道120相互连通形成导流透气网。
本实施例中,每个罩杯本体上,4个主透气通道110沿同一圆周均匀间隔分布,4个主透气通道110与乳点透气区130相连通形成星形放射状结构,4个主透气通道110将第一塑料薄膜11的内侧面分隔为4个凸点区。
所述凸点111为中空结构且其内腔与第一硅胶容腔相连通,所述凸点111的内腔中充填有所述第一硅胶体30。在本实施例中,第一硅胶体30内含有具保健作用的物质元素,例如锗、硒等,从而对乳房起到保健作用。
该种多层结合的硅胶文胸的制作方法,依次包括以下步骤:
裁料:将TPU薄膜裁成产品所需形状和尺寸。
封边:将三片裁好的TPU薄膜沿周边热压结合在一起,形成具有两个硅胶容腔的硅胶袋,并分别在两个硅胶容腔上预留注胶口。其中,热压的温度为140~150℃,热压时间为5秒。
配料:将A、B组分的硅胶按照一定比例配比好,然后将A、B组分混合后搅拌均匀。
脱泡:将配好的硅胶料进行真空处理,将其内部的气泡排出。
注胶:将真空处理好的两种不同比重的硅胶分别注入硅胶袋的两个硅胶容腔中。
排气:将已注入硅胶料的硅胶袋中的气体排出。
封口:用热压机将注胶口封住。
对位定型:将封口后的硅胶袋放入成型模具的下模上对位,用压框固定好硅胶袋,打开下模的排气阀用真空及将硅胶袋与模具间的空气抽走,使硅胶袋紧贴下模内壁,再把上模合上并锁紧上模。
凸点成型:将上模排气阀打开用真空机将硅胶袋与上模凹点中的空气抽走,使硅胶袋的第一TPU薄膜的内侧面上形成凸点。
烘烤成型:凸点成型后,将成型模具放在加热板上给模具加热烘烤,使所述罩杯本体成型,加热过程中需保持模具内的负压。烘烤温度为90℃,烘烤时间为1500秒。烘烤成型过程中模具内保持真空度在0.05MPa~0.03MPa之间。
冷却拆模:烘烤成型后,移除加热板,令成型模具冷却,模具达到常温后开模取出罩杯本体。
修边:将罩杯本体边缘多余的薄膜修剪去除。
压扣:在两个相互对称的罩杯本体上热压上连接带。
清洗:将罩杯本体用水洗净后擦干待用。
涂胶:将清洗后的罩杯本体套上凸点夹具使文胸仅露出凸点,然后仅在凸点上喷涂压敏黏胶。
黏胶烘烤固化:将喷涂好黏胶的罩杯本体放入烘箱烘烤让其黏胶加速固化。
检验配对:对罩杯本体进行检验,挑除次品,再将合格品中左右对称的两个罩杯本体通过连接扣组合在一起,得到文胸产品。
包装:将文胸产品进行包装。

1. 一种多层结合的硅胶文胸,包括两个罩杯本体和连接两个罩杯本体的连接件,其特征在于:所述罩杯本体包括至少由三层塑料薄膜层叠并沿周边结合在一起的硅胶袋,所述硅胶袋由内至外至少依次包括第一塑料薄膜、第二塑料薄膜和第三塑料薄膜,所述第一塑料薄膜和所述第二塑料薄膜之间形成第一硅胶容腔,所述第二塑料薄膜和所述第三塑料薄膜之间形成第二硅胶容腔;所述第一硅胶容腔内充填有第一硅胶体,所述第二硅胶容腔内充填有第二硅胶体,所述第一硅胶体的比重小于所述第二硅胶体;所述第一塑料薄膜的内侧面上设有多个相互间隔的凸点区,每个所述凸点区中均设有多个相互间隔且向外凸起的凸点;所述凸点的表面涂覆有压敏黏胶。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多层结合的硅胶文胸,其特征在于:相邻两个所述凸点区之间的间隙形成主透气通道;每个所述凸点区中相邻两个凸点之间的间隙形成副透气通道,所述主透气通道的宽度大于所述副透气通道的宽度;多个所述凸点均为半球形且大小相同。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种多层结合的硅胶文胸,其特征在于:所述第一塑料薄膜的内侧面对应乳房的乳头位置设有乳点透气区,所述主透气通道与所述乳点透气区相连通,所述乳点透气区、所述主透气通道及所述副透气通道相互连通形成导流透气网。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种多层结合的硅胶文胸,其特征在于:多个所述主透气通道与所述乳点透气区相连通形成星形放射状结构,多个所述主透气通道将所述第一塑料薄膜的内侧面分隔为多个所述的凸点区。
5. 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的一种多层结合的硅胶文胸,其特征在于:所述三层塑料薄膜均为TPU薄膜。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种多层结合的硅胶文胸,其特征在于:所述凸点为中空结构且其内腔与所述第一硅胶容腔相连通,所述凸点的内腔中充填有所述第一硅胶体。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多层结合的硅胶文胸,其特征在于:所述第一硅胶体内含有具保健作用的物质元素。
8.一种权利要求1所述的多层结合的硅胶文胸的制作方法,其特征在于,依次包括以下步骤:
1)裁料:将塑料薄膜裁成产品所需形状和尺寸;
2)封边:将三片裁好的塑料薄膜沿周边热压结合在一起,形成具有两个硅胶容腔的硅胶袋,并分别在两个硅胶容腔上预留注胶口;
3)注胶:将两种不同比重的硅胶分别注入硅胶袋的两个硅胶容腔中;
4)封口:用热压机将注胶口封住;
5)对位定型:将封口后的硅胶袋放入成型模具并准确定位后合模;
6)凸点成型:通过模具抽真空成型罩杯本体的第一塑料薄膜上的凸点;
7)烘烤成型:对成型模具进行加热,使所述罩杯本体成型;
8)修边:成型模具冷却后将罩杯本体后取出,并将罩杯本体边缘多余的薄膜修剪去除;
9)压扣:在罩杯本体上热压粘合上连接带;
10)涂胶:将罩杯本体套上凸点夹具使文胸仅露出凸点,然后仅在凸点上喷涂压敏黏胶;
11)配对:将两个左右对称的罩杯本体通过连接扣组合在一起,得到文胸产品。
9. 根据权利要求8所述的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中还包括脱泡和排气步骤:在硅胶注入硅胶袋之前,通过真空处理将硅胶内的气泡脱除;在硅胶注入硅胶袋后将袋中气体排出。
10. 根据权利要求9所述的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤9)和所述步骤10)之间还包括清洗步骤:将修完边的罩杯本体清洗干净后将水擦干待用;所述步骤10)之后还包括黏胶烘烤固化步骤:将喷涂好压敏黏胶的文胸放入烘箱中烘烤使黏胶加速固化。
