Abstract

一种内置弹性体的塑形模杯,包括由上层棉和下层棉压合得到的模杯本体(1,3),所述模杯本体(1,3)的左右各有一个碗状杯体(10),每个所述碗状杯体(10)中都内置有一个用于支撑的呈薄片状的弹性体(20,40),所述弹性体(20,40)夹在所述上层棉和所述下层棉之间;每个所述弹性体(20,40)都具有与所述碗状杯体(10)的下碗围对应的弧形基部(21),所述弧形基部(21)由所述碗状杯体(10)的外侧向内侧延伸。该塑形模杯采用弹性体(20,40)替代了传统的钢圈,达到了较好的承托、聚拢和塑形的效果,尤其适合于薄杯的文胸。该塑形模杯的制作方法包括以下步骤:雕刻(101);预热压定型(102);模压成型(103)。该制作方法工艺简洁,生产效率较高,成本低廉,十分适于大规模生产。

Description

一种内置弹性体的塑形模杯及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及女士文胸模杯及其制作方法,尤其是一种内置弹性体的塑形模杯及其制作方法。
背景技术
当代女性越来越追求解放胸部,所以文胸的潮流趋势向无钢圈文胸发展。无托文胸虽然穿着舒适,但是因为缺少了钢圈的塑形,胸型小巧的女性在穿着无托厚杯时感觉聚胸美型尚可,但是对于同样追求舒适的丰满女性则存在问题。因此,现在丰满女性为了承托支撑和塑形的需要,所穿着的文胸均是具有较强支撑效果的有钢圈文胸。众所周知,有钢圈的文胸模杯穿戴久了会存在钢圈戳破面料发生扎人的现象,而且钢圈在文胸中主要起到底围的承托作用,对于聚拢和塑形的效果十分有限。而现有的无托文胸以中厚杯为主,给丰满女性和夏季文胸的选择余地较少。如果将薄杯做成无托文胸,则对女性胸部的美型效果不佳,需要增加其支撑性才能达到效果。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种不采用钢圈也能达到承托、塑形、聚拢效果,且可适用于不同厚度杯型的塑形模杯,以克服现有技术的缺陷,让女性摆脱钢圈的困扰。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案。
在产品方面,本发明首先设计了一种内置弹性体的塑形模杯,包括由上层棉和下层棉压合得到的模杯本体,所述模杯本体的左右各有一个碗状杯体,其特征在于:每个所述碗状杯体中都内置有一个用于支撑的呈薄片状的弹性体,所述弹性体夹在所述上层棉和所述下层棉之间;每个所述弹性体都具有与所述碗状杯体的下碗围对应的弧形基部,所述弧形基部由所述碗状杯体的外侧向内侧延伸。
在一实施例中,每个所述弹性体上靠近外侧的位置还具有沿所述碗状杯体向上延伸的侧延伸支部。延伸支部与弧形基部结合形成类似人的手掌的虎口,从而对胸部起到支撑和塑形的作用。
更优选地,每个所述弹性体上的侧延伸支部的数量均为多个。
其中,所述模杯本体的左右两个碗状杯体中的弹性体左右对称设置。
在另一个实施例中,所述模杯本体的左右两个碗状杯体中的弹性体在所述模杯本体的中间的鸡心位置相连接,形成“W”型一体式弹性体。“W”型一体式弹性体使左右两个模杯形成统一的一体式文胸,能够对左右胸部起到同时支撑的作用,避免左右胸部高低不同。
其中,所述“W”型一体式弹性体在所述模杯本体的鸡心位置具有下凹的凹槽。鸡心的凹槽设计可方便穿戴者穿着深V领的外衣或礼服。
优选地,本发明中所述弹性体为热塑性弹性体或热固性弹性体。采用热塑性弹性体或热固性弹性体便于加工。
为了使文胸具有更好的聚拢、塑形效果,所述碗状杯体的内表面在所述弹性体的位置向内隆起。这样,碗状杯体的外表面与普通文胸无异,而内表面的隆起不仅能够起到很好的聚拢、塑形效果,而且对人体具有按摩的作用,提升了文胸佩戴舒适度。
相较于现有技术,本发明的塑形模杯采用弹性体替代了传统的钢圈,达到了较好的承托、聚拢和塑形的效果,尤其适合于薄杯的文胸,使丰满的女性有了更多选择。
在工艺方面,本发明提供了上述内置弹性体的塑形模杯的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)雕刻:选取薄片状的弹性体基板,用于镭射机雕刻出所需图形,得到所述的弹性体;
(2)预热压定型:将雕刻好的弹性体按照所述碗状杯体的弧面形状进行预热压定型;
(3)模压成型:将所述上层棉、所述弹性体和所述下层棉定位放置在热压模具中,使所述弹性体夹在所述下层棉和所述上层棉之间,经过模压成型后得到所述的塑形模杯。
以上制作方法工艺简洁,制作方便,将弹性体与上、下层棉一同模压成型,快速方便,生产效率较高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明优选的实施方式进行详细说明。
实施例一
请参阅图1和2,本实施例的一种内置弹性体的塑形模杯,包括由上层棉和下层棉压合得到的模杯本体1,模杯本体1的左右各有一个碗状杯体10,每个碗状杯体10中都内置有一个用于支撑的呈薄片状的弹性体20,弹性体20夹在上层棉和下层棉之间。
如图2所示,每个弹性体20都具有与碗状杯体10的下碗围对应的弧形基部21,弧形基部21由碗状杯体10的外侧向内侧延伸。每个弹性体20上靠近外侧的位置还具有沿碗状杯体10向上延伸的侧延伸支部22。延伸支部22与弧形基部21结合形成类似人的手掌的虎口,从而对胸部起到支撑和塑形的作用。本实施例中,每个弹性体20上的侧延伸支部22的数量均为两个,当然也可以是四个。若采用四个侧延伸支部22,则与弧形基部21形成类似人的手掌的五指造型,起到最好的支撑和聚拢效果。模杯本体1的左右两个碗状杯体10中的弹性体20左右对称设置。
请参阅图3,现有技术中的普通文胸2直接采用上层棉与下层棉模压而成,其中没有放置钢圈,由于杯型较薄,支撑性较差,塑形效果十分有限,对于丰满的女性来说穿着十分不适。请参阅图4,本发明的塑形模杯在普通文胸的基础上,在上层棉和下层棉中加入薄片状的弹性体20,既不影响杯型,又能够起到钢圈的支撑作用,还能够达到更好的聚拢、塑形的效果。
本实施例中弹性体20采用热塑性弹性体或热固性弹性体,以便于加工。
实施例二
请参阅图5,本实施例的一种内置弹性体的塑形模杯,包括由上层棉和下层棉压合得到的模杯本体3,模杯本体3的左右各有一个碗状杯体30,每个碗状杯体30中都内置有一个用于支撑的呈薄片状的弹性体,弹性体夹在上层棉和下层棉之间。模杯本体3的左右两个碗状杯体30中的弹性体在模杯本体3的中间的鸡心位置相连接,形成“W”型一体式弹性体40。该“W”型一体式弹性体40使左右两个碗状杯体30形成统一的一体式文胸,能够对左右胸部起到同时支撑的作用,避免左右胸部高低不同。本实施例中,该“W”型一体式弹性体40在模杯本体3的鸡心位置具有下凹的凹槽41。鸡心的凹槽41设计可方便穿戴者穿着深V领的外衣或礼服。
请参阅图6,以实施例二的内置弹性体的塑形模杯为例,其通过以下步骤制作:
步骤101:雕刻
选取薄片状的弹性体基板,用于镭射机雕刻出所需图形,得到“W”型一体式弹性体40。
步骤102:预热压定型
将雕刻好的“W”型一体式弹性体40按照碗状杯体30的弧面形状进行预热压定型,得到立体结构的“W”型一体式弹性体40。
步骤103:模压成型
将所述上层棉、“W”型一体式弹性体40和所述下层棉定位放置在热压模具中,使“W”型一体式弹性体40夹在所述下层棉和所述上层棉之间,经过模压成型后得到成品,即内置弹性体的塑形模杯。
以上仅以实施例二的塑形模杯的制作为例,如果制作实施例一的塑形模杯时,则一个文胸需要雕刻出一对弹性体20,并且该一对弹性体20需要同时进行预热压定型,分别用于左右两个碗状杯体10中。
该制作方法步骤简洁,制作方便,生产效率较高,可大批量生产,降低成本。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种内置弹性体的塑形模杯,包括由上层棉和下层棉压合得到的模杯本体,所述模杯本体的左右各有一个碗状杯体,其特征在于:每个所述碗状杯体中都内置有一个用于支撑的呈薄片状的弹性体,所述弹性体夹在所述上层棉和所述下层棉之间;每个所述弹性体都具有与所述碗状杯体的下碗围对应的弧形基部,所述弧形基部由所述碗状杯体的外侧向内侧延伸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种内置弹性体的塑形模杯,其特征在于:每个所述弹性体上靠近外侧的位置还具有沿所述碗状杯体向上延伸的侧延伸支部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种内置弹性体的塑形模杯,其特征在于:每个所述弹性体上的侧延伸支部的数量均为多个。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种内置弹性体的塑形模杯,其特征在于:所述模杯本体的左右两个碗状杯体中的弹性体左右对称设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种内置弹性体的塑形模杯,其特征在于:所述模杯本体的左右两个碗状杯体中的弹性体在所述模杯本体的中间的鸡心位置相连接,形成“W”型一体式弹性体。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种内置弹性体的塑形模杯,其特征在于:所述“W”型一体式弹性体在所述模杯本体的鸡心位置具有下凹的凹槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种内置弹性体的塑形模杯,其特征在于:所述弹性体为热塑性弹性体或热固性弹性体。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种内置弹性体的塑形模杯,其特征在于:所述碗状杯体的内表面在所述弹性体的位置向内隆起。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的内置弹性体的塑形模杯的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)雕刻:选取薄片状的弹性体基板,用于镭射机雕刻出所需图形,得到所述的弹性体;
    (2)预热压定型:将雕刻好的弹性体按照所述碗状杯体的弧面形状进行预热压定型;
    (3)模压成型:将所述上层棉、所述弹性体和所述下层棉定位放置在热压模具中,使所述弹性体夹在所述下层棉和所述上层棉之间,经过模压成型后得到所述的塑形模杯。
