背景技术
目前泳衣产品的罩杯均采用双面布料贴合海绵热压成型。由于产品内置材质为海绵,海绵的特性为比重轻,所以基本采用聚氨酯发泡而成。因此它的缺陷为不环保,异变黄,遇水后吸收大量的水分,造成下水后杯体重量为下水前的十倍以上。人出水后泳衣不断有水流出。也因海绵吸水强的原因,在设计杯型时都会考虑减轻吸水量从而减小杯的厚度,以及取消文胸杯应有的提胸、聚拢等功能。这就造成了产品存在杯体对乳房包裹、塑性不好的不良问题;另外,由于海绵吸收大量水分后晾干难度大,在连体等款式中泳衣的罩杯采用插片式来解决晾干问题,但因海绵不能在阳光下暴晒,只能在阴凉处阴干而滋生细菌。也因此出现了泳衣罩杯不能直接与泳衣缝合,出现罩杯会在泳衣罩杯兜里移动,造成部分乳房无罩杯包裹的尴尬场面。还因海绵泳衣的罩杯易变形从而影响泳衣长期使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种轻质、透气、不吸水的具有对乳房塑性、利水导流等功能的泳衣罩杯及其制备方法。
本发明还提供一种泳衣。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种透气防水泳衣罩杯,包括内布料层和外布料层,所述内布料层和外布料层在周边连接形成一个袋体,所述罩杯还包括填充在所述袋体内的填充硅胶,所述填充硅胶的形状为罩杯的形状。
所述内布料层包括内布料本体及形成在所述内布料本体上的防水涂层,所述外布料层包括外布料本体及形成在所述外布料本体上的防水涂层。
所述防水涂层为具有弹性的防水硅胶涂层。
所述罩杯不包括海绵。

本发明的又一技术方案是:一种透气防水泳衣罩杯的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在布料上涂覆一层防水硅胶涂层,然后将涂覆好所述防水硅胶涂层的布料剪裁成需要的尺寸;
(2)将步骤(1)中剪裁好的物料分为内布料层和外布料层,然后利用定型模具采用加热和负压相结合进行预定型处理,待用;
(3)将步骤(2)中预定型处理的外布料层放入封边模中,然后固定好所述外布料层的周边,将硅胶液体按产品所需量注入所述封边模中的所述外布料层上,然后将步骤(2)中预定型处理的内布料层铺设在所述外布料层上的硅胶上,再根据杯体设计形态将所述外布料层和内布料层封边形成袋体,其中,所述外布料层在所述封边模中的放置要求满足所述外布料层的带硅胶涂层的那一面直接与所述硅胶接触,所述内布料层在所述硅胶上的铺设要求满足所述内布料层的带硅胶涂层的那一面直接与所述硅胶接触;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的袋体放入成型模具的下模上,对位所述袋体的封边处,然后固定所述袋体,挤压所述袋体紧贴所述成型模具的下模的内壁,然后将所述成型模具的上模合上并锁紧;
(5)将经步骤(4)处理后的成型模具加热成型、冷却拆模、修边,得到罩杯成品。
步骤(2)中,所述预定型处理的处理温度为120~180℃、时间为20~40秒。
步骤(3)中,先将硅胶液体进行真空处理排出所述硅胶中的气泡,然后将所述硅胶注入到所述外布料层上。
步骤(3)中,采用高频制袋机将所述外布料层和内布料层封边,所述高频制袋机的封边温度为140~180℃、频率为4~8安、时间为3~7秒。
步骤(5)中,所述加热成型处理具体为:将经步骤(4)处理后的成型模具放入翻转式加热机上给所述成型模具加热成型,所述加热成型中成型温度为80~100℃、成型时间1400~1600秒,加热过程中,所述成型模具每150~250秒自动翻转一次。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细的说明,但本发明并不限于以下实施例。
实施例一
本实施例提供一种泳衣,该泳衣具有透气防水罩杯,如图1~2所示,该透气防水泳衣罩杯,包括内布料层和外布料层,内布料层和外布料层在周边连接形成一个袋体,该罩杯还包括填充在袋体内的填充硅胶4,填充硅胶4的形状为罩杯的形状,填充硅胶4为轻质硅胶。

罩杯上还设有多个贯穿内布料层和外布料层的通孔5,通孔5的设置具有减轻罩杯重量、透气和加快水流出等功能。
罩杯不包括海绵。
一种上述透气防水泳衣罩杯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将成卷布料用涂布机涂覆一层具有弹性好的防水硅胶涂层,然后将涂覆好硅胶涂层的布料剪裁成产品所需要的尺寸;
(2)将步骤(1)中剪裁好的物料分为内布料层和外布料层,然后利用罩杯定型机根据产品设计的杯型形态,分别将内布料层和外布料层利用定型模具加热和负压相结合进行预定型处理,待用,其中,预定型处理的处理温度为120~180℃、时间为20~40秒;
(3)配置需要用的硅胶液体,然后将硅胶液体进行真空处理,将其胶体内的气泡排出;
(4)将步骤(2)预定型处理的外布料层放入封边模中,然后固定好外布料层的周边,将步骤(3)处理的硅胶液体注入封边模中的外布料层上,再将步骤(2)预定型处理的内布料层铺设在外布料层上的硅胶上,并将内布料层与硅胶之间的气泡排出,其中,外布料层在封边模中的放置要求满足外布料层的带硅胶涂层的那一面直接与硅胶接触,内布料层在硅胶上的铺设要求满足内布料层的带硅胶涂层的那一面直接与硅胶接触,封边模内的形状与预成型的外布料层的形状相同或相似,使得外布料层铺设在封边模内时,外布料层紧贴封边模的内壁;
(5)根据杯体设计形态用高频制袋机将外布料层和内布料层封边形成袋体,高频制袋机的封边温度为140~180℃、频率为4~8安、时间为3~7秒;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的袋体放入成型模具的下模上,对位袋体的封边处,用压框固定袋体,用拳头挤压袋体将模具中的空气排出,使袋体紧贴下模内壁,再将成型模具的上模合上并锁紧;
(7)将步骤(6)处理好的成型模具放在翻转式加热机上给成型模具加热成型,加热成型中成型温度为80~100℃、成型时间1400~1600秒,加热过程中,成型模具每150~250秒自动翻转一次;
(8)将步骤(7)处理好的成型模具移出翻转加热机进行冷却,模具达到常温后将模具打开取出罩杯半成品;
(9)将步骤(8)冷却后的罩杯半成品进行冲孔处理,然后再修边,得到罩杯成品。
上述步骤(6)中,采用的成型模具的模具内壁具有凹凸不平的部位,使得最后成型时,罩杯的内部形成有凸起部和凹槽。
实施例二
本实施例提供一种泳衣,该泳衣具有透气防水罩杯,如图3~4所示,该透气防水泳衣罩杯,包括内布料层和外布料层,内布料层和外布料层在周边连接形成一个袋体,该罩杯还包括填充在袋体内的填充硅胶4,填充硅胶4的形状为罩杯的形状,填充硅胶4为轻质硅胶。

本发明罩杯中使用的填充硅胶为轻质硅胶可以由比重只有海绵罩杯比重三到四倍,能在阳光下暴晒、微波炉中加热消毒杀菌功能的轻质硅胶,并且该轻质硅胶无毒环保、不渗油。

  4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的透气防水泳衣罩杯,其特征在于:所述罩杯不包括海绵。
  5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的透气防水泳衣罩杯,其特征在于:所述内布料层上设有凸起部,所述凸起部位于所述袋体外。
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的透气防水泳衣罩杯,其特征在于:所述凸起部设有多个,相邻两个所述凸起部之间形成用于导流的凹槽。
  7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的透气防水泳衣罩杯,其特征在于:所述罩杯上还设有多个贯穿所述内布料层和外布料层的通孔。
  8. 一种泳衣,其具有权利要求 1~7 中任一项权利要求所述的透气防水泳衣罩杯。
  9. 一种透气防水泳衣罩杯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
    ( 1 )在布料上涂覆一层防水硅胶涂层,然后将涂覆好所述防水硅胶涂层的布料剪裁成需要的尺寸;
    ( 2 )将步骤( 1 )中剪裁好的物料分为内布料层和外布料层,然后利用定型模具采用加热和负压相结合进行预定型处理,待用;
    ( 3 )将步骤( 2 )中预定型处理的外布料层放入封边模中,然后固定好所述外布料层的周边,将硅胶液体按产品所需量注入所述封边模中的所述外布料层上,然后将步骤( 2 )中预定型处理的内布料层铺设在所述外布料层上的硅胶上,再根据杯体设计形态将所述外布料层和内布料层封边形成袋体,其中,所述外布料层在所述封边模中的放置要求满足所述外布料层的带硅胶涂层的那一面直接与所述硅胶接触,所述内布料层在所述硅胶上的铺设要求满足所述内布料层的带硅胶涂层的那一面直接与所述硅胶接触;
    ( 4 )将步骤( 3 )得到的袋体放入成型模具的下模上,对位所述袋体的封边处,然后固定所述袋体,挤压所述袋体紧贴所述成型模具的下模的内壁,然后将所述成型模具的上模合上并锁紧;
    ( 5 )将经步骤( 4 )处理后的成型模具加热成型、冷却拆模、修边,得到罩杯成品。
  10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤( 5 )中,冷却拆模后的罩杯半成品进行冲孔处理,然后再修边。
