Description

一种模腔内成型制作的避孕套配合用具及制作方法 技术领域
本发明涉及生活用品领域,尤其涉及一种可以有效防止性病传播的防护用品。
背景技术
长期以来,避孕套在人们生活中有着非常重要的作用,避孕套有很多优点,但是在单独使用避孕套的时候,也存在一些不足,比如,在性生活中,女性的体液容易接触到男性的阴囊及阴茎根部,由于常用的避孕套不能覆盖阴囊及阴茎根部,因此有女性传染某些疾病给男性的可能。
射精后避孕套容易滑脱,女性有意外怀孕的风险,有通过精液直接传播疾病的风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种模腔内成型制作的避孕套配合用具,解决上述现有技术问题中一个或者多个。
一方面,本发明提供一种模腔内成型制作的避孕套配合用具,包括隔离膜,隔离膜设有用于阴茎穿出的阴茎口,隔离膜外周设有支撑体,阴茎口周向设有弹性管,使用时,阴茎口套于待配合的避孕套的外周,避孕套配合用具的材料包括异丁烯类弹性体。
本发明提出的避孕套配合用具的特点是采用异丁烯类弹性体,具有优秀的生物相容性,优秀的拉伸回复弹性,优秀的内在洁净度。以丁基橡胶为原料,采用型腔模具制造,便于工业批量生产,且生产过程环保,产品质量优异。采用平板硫化机压塑成型或采用射出成型机注射成型,并高温硫化得到产品。
在一些实施方式中,异丁烯类弹性体为丁基橡胶、改性丁基橡胶。
在一些实施方式中,改性丁基橡胶为氯化丁基橡胶、溴化丁基橡胶。
在一些实施方式中,将弹性管替换为弹性环。
在一些实施方式中,将避孕套配合用具的材料包括异丁烯类弹性体替换为隔离膜的材料包括硅胶。
在一些实施方式中,硅胶为混炼硅胶、液体硅胶LSR。
另一方面,本发明提出了一种模腔内成型制作的避孕套配合用具的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:制作模腔内壁配合避孕套配合用具的形状的模具;
S2:采用S1制作的模具,将材料充填进模腔内制作避孕套配合用具。
在一些实施方式中,充填的材料优选为弹性体,所述弹性体优选为热固性弹性体或者热塑性弹性体。当充填热固性弹性体时,使用平板硫化机或射出成型机,采用压塑或射出的方法将材料充填到模腔内,经高温硫化后得到产品。当充填热塑性弹性体时,使用注塑机,先将热塑性弹性体融化后再充填到模腔内,冷却后得到产品。

具体实施方式
如图1~3所示,本发明提出了一种模腔内成型制作的避孕套配合用具,包括隔离膜4,隔离膜4设有用于阴茎穿出的阴茎口1,隔离膜4外周设有支撑体5,阴茎口1周向设有弹性管2,使用时,阴茎口1套于待配合的避孕套3的外周,避孕套配合用具的材料包括异丁烯类弹性体。
弹性管2的管型除了直管,也可以是锥度管、圆弧锥度管、弯管等结构, 或者是它们之间的相互组合成的复合管,目的是提高舒适性以及方便生产。
异丁烯类弹性体包括丁基橡胶以及氯化丁基橡胶、溴化丁基橡胶等改性丁基橡胶。为隔离膜4提高舒适性,可以采用硬度低的丁基橡胶,或者将隔离膜4厚度做薄。
支撑体具有独立的支撑性,支撑体给予了隔离膜很好的支撑,使隔离膜在静止或工作运动时保持良好的展开状态,从而保证了隔离的可靠,以及有效降低隔离膜在使用中折叠或卷曲的风险。
要实现支撑体5的独立支撑性,可以优先通过如下方法来实现:选用合适的支撑体5材料,比如用硬度高的丁基橡胶;选用合适的支撑体截面形状;选用合适的支撑体5内在结构,比如内置骨架。
虽然图中给出的隔离膜4的形状为圆形,但本领域技术人员的认知上,还可以是其他的形状,比如椭圆形等,在人体工程学的要求上,阴茎口并不位于隔离膜的几何中心,这种情况也应当属于本发明的保护范围。
丁基橡胶具有优良的气密性和良好的耐热、耐老化、耐酸碱、耐臭氧、耐溶剂、电绝缘、减震及低吸水等性能,通常其广泛应用于内胎、水胎、硫化胶囊、气密层、胎侧、电线电缆、防水建材、减震材料、药用瓶塞、食品(口香糖基料)、橡胶水坝、防毒用具、粘合剂、内胎气门芯、防腐蚀制品、码头船护旋、桥梁支承垫以及耐热运输带等方面。
另外,丁基橡胶还有优秀的生物相容性,优秀的拉伸回复弹性,优秀的内在洁净度。以丁基橡胶为原料,采用型腔模具制造避孕套配合用具,便于工业批量生产,且生产过程环保,没有污染,产品质量优异。采用平板硫化机压塑成型或采用射出成型机注射成型,并高温硫化得到产品。
在同类产品中,隔离膜是大面积的薄膜形状,具有柔性且高拉伸弹性的,人们往往想到乳胶,人们在生活中常用的乳胶避孕套,乳胶手套,用浸渍法制造隔离膜,再组装支撑体和弹性环。缺点是,乳胶产品生产的过程有废水,不环保,乳胶隔离膜在浸渍法生产中,由于空气来不及排出,容易有气孔,成品率低,乳胶隔离膜的边箍没有支撑性,必须另外组装支撑体,工序复杂,效率低下,且乳胶的生物相容性不好,人们易过敏。或者用现有的塑料类或橡胶类薄膜,如PE塑料薄膜,聚氨酯薄膜等,用裁剪再组装的方法制造,但是这些薄膜拉伸回复弹性差,且生产效率低下。
在其他的一些实施中,将异丁烯类弹性体替换为硅胶。更优选的,硅胶为混炼硅胶、液体硅胶LSR。
如图3所示,使用时,阴茎口1套于待配合的避孕套3的外周,弹性管2能够缩合于避孕套3和阴茎根部,加强密封效果,并具有增强勃起,防止避孕套滑脱的功能。
使用时,先套上避孕套3,避孕套的使用方法不受影响,再将弹性管2绷开,直接套到避孕套的根部,紧靠避孕套的环,即可。使用中,也可以将弹性管2随意堆积起来,形成环。
此外,如图4所示,将实施例1中的弹性管2替换为弹性环6。可以达到同样的效果。
另一方面,本发明还提出了一种模腔内成型制作的避孕套配合用具的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:制作模腔内壁配合避孕套配合用具的形状的模具;
S2:采用S1制作的模具,将材料充填进模腔内制作避孕套配合用具。
充填的材料优选为弹性体,所述弹性体优选为热固性弹性体或者热塑性弹性体。当充填热固性弹性体时,使用平板硫化机或射出成型机,采用压塑或射出的方法将材料充填到模腔内,经高温硫化后得到产品。当充填热塑性弹性体时,使用注塑机,先将热塑性弹性体融化后再充填到模腔内,冷却后得到产品。
本发明的避孕套配合用具制造简单,使用方便,效果明显,实用性非常强。本发明创造的避孕套配合用具的表面可以有某种图案,该避孕套配合用具的局部可以加厚加强,该避孕套配合用具表面可以涂有某种成分或制造时直接加入某种成分以达到某种附加的效果,比如抗菌、延时、刺激、活血、香味、颜色、光泽等等。该避孕套配合用具表面可以有某种花纹或某些凹凸,某些突起具有按摩等作用。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种模腔内成型制作的避孕套配合用具,其特征在于,包括隔离膜(4),所述隔离膜(4)设有用于阴茎穿出的阴茎口(1),所述隔离膜(4)外周设有支撑体(5),所述阴茎口(1)周向设有弹性管(2),使用时,所述阴茎口(1)套于待配合的避孕套(3)的外周,所述避孕套配合用具的材料包括异丁烯类弹性体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种模腔内成型制作的避孕套配合用具,其特征在于,所述异丁烯类弹性体为丁基橡胶、改性丁基橡胶。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种模腔内成型制作的避孕套配合用具,其特征在于,所述改性丁基橡胶为氯化丁基橡胶、溴化丁基橡胶。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种模腔内成型制作的避孕套配合用具,其特征在于,将所述弹性管(2)替换为弹性环(6)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种模腔内成型制作的避孕套配合用具,其特征在于,将所述避孕套配合用具的材料包括异丁烯类弹性体替换为所述隔离膜(4)的材料包括硅胶。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种模腔内成型制作的避孕套配合用具,其特征在于,所述硅胶为混炼硅胶、液体硅胶LSR。
  7. 根据权利要求5、6任一项所述的一种模腔内成型制作的避孕套配合用具,其特征在于,将所述弹性管(2)替换为弹性环(6)。
  8. 制作权利要求1、4任一项所述的一种模腔内成型制作的避孕套配合用具的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    S1:制作模腔内壁配合所述避孕套配合用具的形状的模具;
    S2:采用S1制作的模具,将材料充填进模腔内制作避孕套配合用具。
