一种硅胶立绵枕芯及其制备方法和枕头
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料与纤维的复合应用,用于家居行业,具体涉及一种硅胶立绵枕芯及其制备方法和枕头。
背景技术
目前市面上大多的枕芯采用海绵或者普通非织造纤维作为枕芯。海绵化学结构不稳定,易氧化分解,发黄,老化,不环保;普通非织造纤维虽然化学性能比较稳定,但在回弹性、透气性、重量等性能方面较差。
现有的普通枕芯虽然有一定的柔软度,但柔软度和亲肤性还是不够,且普通枕芯在夏天会给人一种不舒适的过热感,同时普通枕芯易滋生细菌,不方便清洗。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种硅胶立绵枕芯。
本发明还提供一种枕头。
本发明同时还提供一种硅胶立绵枕芯的制备方法。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种硅胶立绵枕芯,包括立绵枕芯本体,所述立绵枕芯本体的一侧面设有第一凹槽,所述硅胶立绵枕芯还包括设置在所述第一凹槽内与所述第一凹槽配合设置的用于放置使用者头部的第一硅胶层,所述第一硅胶层与所述立绵枕芯本体可拆卸地设置。
进一步地,所述第一硅胶层包括第一囊体及填充在所述第一囊体内的硅胶。
更进一步地,所述第一囊体包括第一薄膜和第二薄膜,所述第一薄膜和第二薄膜沿周边压接构成所述第一囊体。具体地,所述第一薄膜和第二薄膜为透气性 TPU 薄膜,厚度均为 0.04 mm ~0.06 mm ,优选厚度 0.05 mm 。

( 1 )采用模具将两张薄膜沿周边热压压合成第一囊体,并预留注胶口;
( 2 )在所述第一囊体的注胶口充填入凝胶态硅胶并封口,然后将第一囊体放入定型模具中加热定型,冷却拆模,修边,即得第一硅胶层;
( 3 )采用模具将另两张薄膜沿周边热压压合成第二囊体,并预留注胶口;
( 4 )在所述第二囊体的注胶口充填入控温硅胶并封口,然后将第二囊体放入定型模具中加热定型,冷却拆模,修边,即得第二硅胶层;
( 5 )将一整块立绵切削成立绵枕芯本体,使得所述立绵枕芯本体的相对二个侧面设有能够容纳第一硅胶层的第一凹槽和能够容纳第二硅胶层的第二凹槽,然后将第一硅胶层、第二硅胶层分别置于第一凹槽和第二凹槽内,即得硅胶立绵枕芯。
进一步地,步骤( 1 )还包括在压合时对所述第一囊体中部同时压合多个孔位并冲孔。冲出的孔的直径小于孔位的直径,如孔位直径大约为 3 mm ,孔的直径大约为 2 mm 。
进一步地,步骤( 2 )还包括在所述第一硅胶层的边缘处连接卡钩或卡槽。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细的说明,但本发明并不限于以下实施例。
本实施例提供一种枕头,该枕头具有硅胶立绵枕芯,如图 1~2 ,该硅胶立绵枕芯,包括立绵枕芯本体 3 ,立绵枕芯本体 3 的一侧面设有第一凹槽,硅胶立绵枕芯还包括设置在第一凹槽内与第一凹槽配合设置的用于放置使用者头部的第一硅胶层 1 ,第一硅胶层 1 与立绵枕芯本体 3 可拆卸地设置。立绵枕芯本体 3 的设有第一凹槽的侧面为朝向或背向使用者头部的侧面。
第一硅胶层 1 包括第一囊体及填充在第一囊体内的硅胶。第一囊体包括第一薄膜和第二薄膜,第一薄膜和第二薄膜在周边压接构成该第一囊体。具体地,第一薄膜和第二薄膜为透气性 TPU 薄膜,厚度为 0.05 mm 。

一种上述硅胶立绵枕芯的制备方法,制备方法包括以下步骤:
( 1 )采用模具将两张薄膜沿周边热压压合成第一囊体,并预留注胶口,同时在压合时对第一囊体中部同时压合多个孔位并冲孔,冲出的孔的直径小于孔位的直径;
( 2 )在所述第一囊体的注胶口充填入凝胶态硅胶并封口,然后将第一囊体放入定型模具中加热定型,冷却拆模,修边,即得第一硅胶层;
( 3 )在第一硅胶层的边缘处热压连接卡钩,第一硅胶层的相对二侧分别热压连接卡钩;
( 4 )采用模具将另两张薄膜沿周边热压压合成第二囊体,并预留注胶口,同时在压合时对第二囊体中部同时压合多个孔位并冲孔,冲出的孔的直径小于孔位的直径;
( 5 )在所述第二囊体的注胶口充填入控温硅胶并封口,然后将第二囊体放入定型模具中加热定型,冷却拆模,修边,即得第二硅胶层;
( 6 )在第二硅胶层的边缘处热压连接卡槽,第二硅胶层的相对二侧分别热压连接卡槽;
( 7 )将一整块立绵切削成立绵枕芯本体,使得立绵枕芯本体的相对二个侧面设有能够容纳第一硅胶层的第一凹槽和能够容纳第二硅胶层的第二凹槽,然后将第一硅胶层、第二硅胶层分别置于第一凹槽和第二凹槽内,两侧的卡钩分别插入两侧的卡槽内将第一硅胶层、立绵枕芯本体、第二硅胶层相互固定,即得硅胶立绵枕芯。
综上所述,本发明的硅胶立绵枕芯具有如下优势:
( 1 )采用的立绵拥有比海绵更好的化学稳定性,比普通非织造纤维更好的透气性、回弹性和重量轻等优势。
( 2 )硅胶材料的使用使本发明的硅胶立绵枕芯拥有更好的亲肤性和柔软性。
( 3 )本发明的硅胶立绵枕芯夏天使用第一硅胶层的一面,清凉舒适;冬天使用第二硅胶层的一面,控温硅胶在冬天也能保持和人体温度接近的温度,使得使用者在冬天也能感受到硅胶的舒适性,解决了普通硅胶冬天给人冰冷感,同时保持硅胶的柔软和舒适,一枕两用。
( 4 )第一硅胶层和第二硅胶层均设有通孔,透气性更好。
( 5 )硅胶材料不易滋生细菌。
( 6 )第一硅胶层、立绵枕芯本体、第二硅胶层可拆卸,易于清洗,使用方便和卫生。
( 7 )立绵和硅胶均为绿色环保材料,对人体无伤害。

  7. 根据权利要求 4 所述的硅胶立绵枕芯,其特征在于:所述硅胶立绵枕芯还包括用于将所述第一硅胶层、立绵枕芯本体、第二硅胶层相互固定的锁定机构。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的硅胶立绵枕芯,其特征在于:所述锁定机构包括设置在所述第一硅胶层、第二硅胶层二者中的一个上的卡钩,及设置在所述第一硅胶层、第二硅胶层二者中的另一个上用于与所述卡钩配合锁定的卡槽。
  9. 一种枕头,所述枕头具有权利要求 1~8 中任一项权利要求所述的硅胶立绵枕芯。
  10. 一种硅胶立绵枕芯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
    ( 1 )采用模具将两张薄膜沿周边热压压合成第一囊体,并预留注胶口;
    ( 2 )在所述第一囊体的注胶口充填入凝胶态硅胶并封口,然后将第一囊体放入定型模具中加热定型,冷却拆模,修边,即得第一硅胶层;
    ( 3 )采用模具将另两张薄膜沿周边热压压合成第二囊体,并预留注胶口;
    ( 4 )在所述第二囊体的注胶口充填入控温硅胶并封口,然后将第二囊体放入定型模具中加热定型,冷却拆模,修边,即得第二硅胶层;
    ( 5 )将一整块立绵切削成立绵枕芯本体,使得所述立绵枕芯本体的相对二个侧面设有能够容纳第一硅胶层的第一凹槽和能够容纳第二硅胶层的第二凹槽,然后将第一硅胶层、第二硅胶层分别置于第一凹槽和第二凹槽内,即得硅胶立绵枕芯。
