Abstract
本发明涉及一种装饰有硅胶涂层的皮革制品,包括基布层、设置于所述基布层上端面的皮革层及设置于所述皮革层上端面的硅胶涂层,所述基布层的底面为冰丝面料;所述皮革层的表面设置有若干贯穿其表面的弹性凹槽,所述弹性凹槽内部设置有与所述弹性凹槽相互匹配的膨胀块;各所述弹性凹槽的侧面均设置有第一弹性缝隙,所述第一弹性缝隙由所述弹性凹槽的侧面一直贯穿至皮革层的外部;所述皮革层的上表面还设置有若干环形填充轨道,所述填充轨道环绕所述弹性凹槽,且与所述第一弹性缝隙的顶端垂直且贯穿。本发明通过在皮革层上方设置的硅胶涂层对皮革层起到保护的作用,且二者之间通过设置于填充轨道内的粘结剂相互紧密连接。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于皮革制品技术领域,具体涉及一种装饰有硅胶涂层的皮革制品。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高和生活方式的改变,消费者对皮革制品的性能提出了更高的要求,不仅要求皮革具有丰满、柔软、穿着舒适等传统特性,还希望皮革具有卫生性能好、防水、透气等更多的使用性能。目前,市场上的皮革制品中防水皮革占有越来越大的比例,防水性也逐渐成为人们所追求的皮革的重要使用价值之一,然而,在防水的同时具有透气性能的皮革制品却很少见。因此,开发一种具有防水透气、便于制作、增强使用舒适度的皮革制品具有重要的经济、社会、环保价值和现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种结构简单,设计合理的一种装饰有硅胶涂层的皮革制品。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种装饰有硅胶涂层的皮革制品,包括基布层、设置于所述基布层上端面的皮革层及设置于所述皮革层上端面的硅胶涂层,所述基布层设置于整个皮革制品的底部,所述基布层的底面为冰丝面料;
所述皮革层与所述基布层之间通过天然胶水相互连接紧密;
所述皮革层的表面设置有若干贯穿其表面的弹性凹槽,所述弹性凹槽内部设置有与所述弹性凹槽相互匹配的膨胀块,所述膨胀块为热敏性形状记忆材料;
各所述弹性凹槽的侧面均设置有第一弹性缝隙,所述第一弹性缝隙由所述弹性凹槽的侧面一直贯穿至皮革层的外部;
所述皮革层的上表面还设置有若干环形填充轨道,所述填充轨道环绕所述弹性凹槽,且与所述第一弹性缝隙的顶端垂直且贯穿;
所述硅胶涂层为防水材料。
通过采用上述技术方案,在皮革层上方设置的硅胶涂层对皮革层起到保护的作用,且二者之间通过设置于填充轨道内的粘结剂相互紧密连接,此外,皮革层中设置的弹性凹槽与膨胀块在温度的作用下,出现形变二造成弹性凹槽的扩张,并使第一弹性缝隙敞开,使整个皮革制品具有透气的功能。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述第一弹性缝隙很小,在无外力作用下,第一弹性缝隙的两侧壁相互接触,有外力的作用下,第一弹性缝隙的侧壁将会相互分开。
通过采用上述技术方案,使皮革层与外部之间形成若干开口,便于在制作过程中通过开口向皮革层内部注入粘结剂,避免直接在皮革层内设置粘结剂二造成粘结剂提前固化或粘结剂的损失。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述硅胶涂层的表面设置有若干贯穿该硅胶涂层的第二弹性缝隙,各所述第二弹性缝隙分别对应设置于所述第一弹性缝隙的正上端,且二者之间相互连通。
通过采用上述技术方案,当膨胀块在高温下发生形变时不仅引起第一弹性缝隙的活动,也会引起第二弹性缝隙的活动,进而使整个皮革制品在高温时出现便于透气的缝隙,以增强整个皮革制品在高温环境下的透气性。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,是通过以下方法制备而成:
步骤S1:材料的预处理
将基布层、皮革层和硅胶涂层材料进行初步处理,即在皮革层表面设置弹性凹槽、填充轨道和第二弹性缝隙,在硅胶涂层表面设置第二弹性缝隙;
步骤S2:基布层与皮革层的粘接
在基布层的上表面均匀涂布胶水,与皮革层贴合压制成型;
步骤S3:皮革制品的制备
将步骤S2获得的双层皮革制品的弹性凹槽中设置膨胀块,并在皮革层顶端设置硅胶涂层,在密闭的加热箱中加热后移出皮革制品,并向填充轨道中注入塑化的粘结剂,冷却固话后即制备成装饰有硅胶涂层的皮革制品。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述步骤S3中皮革制品在加热箱中的加热温度为50-60℃,加热时间为30-45min。
通过采用上述技术方案,便于膨胀块的膨胀和弹性凹槽、第一弹性缝隙的打开,以便向皮革层内注入粘结剂。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)本发明通过在皮革层上方设置的硅胶涂层对皮革层起到保护的作用,且二者之间通过设置于填充轨道内的粘结剂相互紧密连接;
2)本发明通过在皮革层中设置的弹性凹槽与膨胀块在温度的作用下,出现形变二造成弹性凹槽的扩张,并使第一弹性缝隙敞开,使整个皮革制品具有透气的功能;
3)本发明在制作过程中通过预先将皮革制皮加热膨胀后,再向其中注入粘结剂,避免直接在皮革层内设置粘结剂二造成粘结剂提前固化或粘结剂的损失;
4)本发明结构简单,稳定性高,设计合理,便于实现。

实施例1
如图1-3所示,一种装饰有硅胶涂层2的皮革制品,包括基布层3、设置于所述基布层3上端面的皮革层1及设置于所述皮革层1上端面的硅胶涂层2,所述基布层3设置于整个皮革制品的底部,所述基布层3的底面为冰丝面料,其表面光滑,且触感凉爽、透气、抗静电,具有较好的亲水性,适合与人体直接接触;所述皮革层1设置于所述基布层3的上端,且二者之间通过天然胶水相互连接紧密,避免合成胶水或其他粘结材料对人体的伤害;所述皮革层1的表面设置有若干贯穿其表面的弹性凹槽11,所述弹性凹槽11内部设置有与所述弹性凹槽11相互匹配的膨胀块12,所述膨胀块12为热敏性形状记忆材料,无毒无害,且所述膨胀块12受温度影响,当温度在50-60℃时,膨胀块12会发生形变,体积发生改变,从而使弹性凹槽11的形状发生改变;各所述弹性凹槽11的侧面均设置有第一弹性缝隙13,所述第一弹性缝隙13由所述弹性凹槽11的侧面一直贯穿至皮革层1的外部,且需要说明的是,所述第一弹性缝隙13很小,在无外力作用下,第一弹性缝隙13的两侧壁相互接触,在有外力的作用下,第一弹性缝隙13的侧壁将会相互分开,使皮革层1与外部之间形成若干开口;所述皮革层1的上表面还设置有若干环形填充轨道14,所述填充轨道14环绕所述弹性凹槽11,且与所述第一弹性缝隙13的顶端垂直且贯穿,当膨胀块12在一定温度下发生形变时,使第一弹性缝隙13的侧壁分开,皮革层1于外部形成开口后,由该开口向皮革层1内的填充轨道14内注入塑化的粘结剂,通过粘结剂更好的将皮革层1及皮革层1上端面设置的硅胶涂层2相互紧密连接,避免皮革层1于硅胶涂层2之间出现层间剥离的现象。
所述硅胶涂层2为防水材料,具有一定的防水功能,避免皮革制品中的皮革直接暴露于外部,避免空气中的水分或雨水的损害,对皮革层1起到保护作用,以延长整个皮革制品的使用寿命;所述硅胶涂层2的表面设置有若干贯穿该硅胶涂层2的第二弹性缝隙21,各所述第二弹性缝隙21分别对应设置于所述第一弹性缝隙13的正上端,且二者之间相互连通,当膨胀块12在高温下发生形变时不仅引起第一弹性缝隙13的活动,也会引起第二弹性缝隙21的活动,进而使整个皮革制品在高温时出现便于透气的缝隙,以增强整个皮革制品在高温环境下的透气性,此外,由于硅胶涂层2材料具有一定的防水功能,使整个皮革制品在防水的同时还具有透气的功能。
需要说明的是,上述所述的装饰有硅胶涂层2的皮革制品的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:材料的预处理
将基布层3、皮革层1和硅胶涂层2材料进行初步处理,即在皮革层1表面设置弹性凹槽11、填充轨道14和第二弹性缝隙21,在硅胶涂层2表面设置第二弹性缝隙21;
步骤S2:基布层3与皮革层1的粘接
在基布层3的上表面均匀涂布胶水,与皮革层1贴合压制成型;
步骤S3:皮革制品的制备
将步骤S2获得的双层皮革制品的弹性凹槽11中设置膨胀块12,并在皮革层1顶端设置硅胶涂层2,在密闭的加热箱中,50-60℃的温度下加热30-45min后,移出皮革制品并向填充轨道14中注入塑化的粘结剂,冷却固话后即制备成装饰有硅胶涂层2的皮革制品。

所述皮革层(1)与所述基布层(3)之间通过天然胶水相互连接紧密;
所述皮革层(1)的表面设置有若干贯穿其表面的弹性凹槽(11),所述弹性凹槽(11)内部设置有与所述弹性凹槽(11)相互匹配的膨胀块(12),所述膨胀块(12)为热敏性形状记忆材料;
各所述弹性凹槽(11)的侧面均设置有第一弹性缝隙(13),所述第一弹性缝隙(13)由所述弹性凹槽(11)的侧面一直贯穿至皮革层(1)的外部;
所述皮革层(1)的上表面还设置有若干环形填充轨道(14),所述填充轨道(14)环绕所述弹性凹槽(11),且与所述第一弹性缝隙(13)的顶端垂直且贯穿;
所述硅胶涂层(2)的表面设置有若干贯穿该硅胶涂层(2)的第二弹性缝隙(21),各所述第二弹性缝隙(21)分别对应设置于所述第一弹性缝隙(13)的正上端,且二者之间相互连通;所述硅胶涂层(2)为防水材料;
