Abstract
Description
<発電ユニット11の構成>
以下、実施の形態1の発電ユニットの構成ついて、図2および図3を参照しながら説明する。
次に、実施の形態1の発電ユニットのメカニズムについて、図4A~図4Dを参照しながら説明する。
図4Aに示す通り、初期状態では、調整ばね2、復帰ばね4のそれぞれが伸びた状態である。この時、ボタン7Aが図面の下に向かって押された状態である。この時の駆動体3の位置を第1の位置とする。
次に、外部(作動体8)から押し板1にかかっていた押力(図5に黒色の矢印で示す)がなくなると、図4Dに示す通り復帰ばね4および調整ばね2にかかっていた押力が一気に開放される。すると、駆動体3が左に向かって移動する。つまり駆動体3は第2の位置から第1の位置に向かって戻る。この時、ボタン7Bはもとの状態(上がった状態)に戻り、一方、ボタン7Aが下に向かって押される。この時、発電装置10は信号を発信する。駆動体3と回転体5との接点は、接点5Bから接点5Aに変わる。発電ユニットは図4Aに示す初期状態にもどる。
次に実施の形態1の発電ユニットの使用方法の一例を図5、図6を参照しながら説明する。
<発電ユニットの構成>
次に、実施の形態2の発電ユニットの構成ついて、図8を参照しながら説明する。
次に、実施の形態2の発電ユニットのメカニズムについて、図7A~図7Dを参照しながら説明する。
図7Aに示す通り、初期状態では、調整ばね2、復帰ばね4のそれぞれが伸びた状態である。この時、ボタン7Aが図面の下に向かって押された状態である。この時の駆動体3の位置を第1の位置とする。
次に、外部(作動体8)から押し板1にかかっていた押力(図5に黒色の矢印で示す)がなくなると、図7Dに示す通り復帰ばね4および調整ばね2にかかっていた押力が一気に開放される。すると、駆動体3が下に向かって移動する。つまり駆動体3は第2の位置から第1の位置に向かって戻る。この時、ボタン7Bはもとの状態(上がった状態)に戻り、一方、ボタン7Aが下に向かって押される。この時、発電装置10は信号を発信する。駆動体3と回転体5との接点は、接点5Bから接点5Aに変わる。発電ユニットは図7Aに示す初期状態にもどる。

Claims (5)
- 押圧部を有し、前記押圧部を押圧することにより電力を発生する発電装置と、
支点を中心に回動することにより前記押圧部を押圧する回転体と、
第1の位置から第2の位置に移動することにより前記回転体を回動させる駆動体と、
前記駆動体を前記第2の位置から前記第1の位置に復帰させる第1のばねと、
を備えた発電ユニット。 - さらに、作動部と、
前記作動部と前記駆動体との間に配置される第2のばねと、
を備え、
前記駆動体は前記第1のばねと前記第2のばねの間に配置され、
前記第1のばねと前記第2のばねは前記作動部からの押圧により縮む
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の発電ユニット。 - 前記第1のばねのバネ定数は、前記第2のばねのバネ定数より低い
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の発電ユニット。 - 前記作動部が押し板で構成される
