在上述实施方式中, 在该基部 41的内侧表面和外壳 2的侧壁的外表面之间设置有双 面胶 6, 该双面胶 6与基部 41的内侧表面的形状、大小完全一致, 也呈内有圆形中空的方 形。 但本发明不限于此, 只要双面胶 6形成为围绕中空部 42、 防止水分从基部 41和外壳 2的侧壁之间进入第一通孔 21内, 任何形状、 大小都可以。 并且, 基部 41的内侧表面和 外壳 2的侧壁的外表面也可以不用双面胶 6固定在一起, 而利用粘接剂等其他的粘接方法 进行固定。
在上述实施方式中, 通过在头部 51的内侧表面形成凹槽部 53, 使承接部 43的顶端压 缩地嵌入凹槽部 53内, 承接部 43的孔壁的内表面上围绕轴部 52地形成有向第二通孔 44 内突出的突出部 45, 该突出部 45被压缩地与轴部 52的周面抵接。但本发明不限于此, 也 可以只在头部 51的内侧表面形成凹槽部 53, 使承接部 43的顶端压缩地嵌入凹槽部 53内 从而实现第二按键 5与第一按键 4的承接部 43的嵌合, 或者只在承接部 43的孔壁的内表 面上围绕轴部 52地形成向第二通孔 44内突出的突出部 45, 该突出部 45被压缩地与轴部 52的周面抵接。 当然, 也可以通过其他的方式来实现第二按键 5与第一按键 4的承接部 43的嵌合, 例如, 在头部 51的靠内侧的周面不形成向四周突出的凸缘部 55, 取而代之形 成绕头部 51的全周的凹部, 并且在承接部 43上相应地形成有用于嵌入该凹部的突部, 即 通过使承接部 43上的突部与头部 51的靠内侧的周面上的凹部嵌合, 来实现第二按键 5与 第一按键 4的承接部 43的嵌合。 同时也利用突部的未嵌入凹部的部分来实现凸缘部 55的 功能, 即在头部 51不再受到操作人员的按压力时, 通过使突部的该部分与面板 10的内侧 表面抵接, 限制头部 51进一步向外侧的移动。
在上述实施方式中, 外壳 2的第一通孔 21的孔壁向外壳 2的内侧突出, 形成对轴部 52进行导向的导向部 22。 但本发明不限于此, 也可以通过使外壳 2的第一通孔 21的孔壁 向外壳 2的外侧突出, 形成对轴部 52进行导向的导向部。
下面, 对本发明的效果进行说明。
在本发明中, 第一按键 4的基部 41粘接固定在外壳 2的侧壁的外表面上, 并且第二 按键 5与第一按键 4的承接部 43嵌合, 所以当水分进入按钮 1内部时, 不管是从第二按 键 5的头部 51沿着轴部 52向内侧的流动, 还是从第二按键 4的基部 41向基部 41和外壳 2的侧壁之间的流动, 都能被阻止, 因而能够以较为简单的结构实现防水。
在本发明中, 通过供操作者按压的第二按键 5和可在内外方向上弹性变形的第一按键 4来对按键开关 3进行开闭, 如图 4所示, 当要改变按钮 1的形状和大小时, 不需要改变 第一按键 4, 只要改变第二按键 5的形状、 大小即可。 所以可以共用第一按键 4, 从而削 减制造成本。
在本发明中, 在头部 51的内侧表面中的靠近轴部 52处形成有围绕轴部 52的凹槽部 53, 承接部 43的外侧端部被压缩地嵌入凹槽部 53内, 以实现第二按键 5与第一按键 4的 承接部 43的嵌合。 由此, 可以更好地防止水分从第二按键 5的头部 51沿着轴部 52进入 外壳 2的内部。
在本发明中, 承接部 43的孔壁的内表面上围绕轴部 52地形成有向第二通孔 44内突 出的突出部 45, 该突出部 45被压缩地与轴部 52的周面抵接。 由此, 可以更好地防止水分 从第一按键 4的基部 41和外壳 2的侧壁之间进入外壳 2的内部。
在本发明中, 第二按键 5未被按下时, 头部 51的内侧表面到基部 41的外侧表面的距 离大于等于轴部 52的顶端到按键开关 3的距离和按键开关 3的行程之和。 由此, 可以确 保第二按键 5在被按压时能对按键开关 3进行可靠地开闭。 在本发明中, 第二按键 5未被按下时, 第二按键 5的头部 51 的内侧表面离开第一按 键 4的基部 41的外侧表面一定的距离,外壳 2的第一通孔 21的孔壁向外壳 2的内侧突出, 形成对轴部 52进行导向的导向部 22。 由此, 可以使轴部 52的顶端更为准确地与按键开关 3接触, 可以对按键开关 3进行更为稳定地开闭, 并可以提高操作者的操作手感。
在本发明中, 基部 41通过夹在其与外壳 2的侧壁之间的、 围绕中空部 42的双面胶 6 粘接固定在外壳 2的侧壁的外表面上。 由此, 可以通过简单的结构防止水分从第一按键 4 的基部 41和外壳 2的侧壁之间进入外壳 2的内部。
在本发明中, 第二按键 5由树脂制成, 由此可以提高操作人员的手感。

Claims

权利要 求 书
1. 一种电子设备的按钮, 其特征在于, 包括:
外壳, 在所述外壳的侧壁上形成有第一通孔;
按键开关, 与所述第一通孔对应地设置在所述外壳的内侧;
第一按键, 具有: 形成有中空部的基部, 粘接固定在所述外壳的侧壁的外表面上; 以 及承接部,从该基部向外侧且中空部的中心方向突出,该承接部可在内外方向上弹性变形, 在该承接部的中心具有与所述第一通孔对应的第二通孔;
第二按键, 与所述承接部嵌合, 该第二按键具有头部、 以及从该头部向内侧延伸的轴 部, 该轴部插入所述第一通孔、 所述第二通孔内并且所述轴部的顶端可与所述按键开关接 触或分离,
所述第二按键未被按下时, 所述第二按键的头部的内侧表面离开所述第一按键的基部 的外侧表面一定的距离,
所述外壳的第一通孔的孔壁向所述外壳的内侧突出, 形成对所述轴部进行导向的导向 部。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子设备的按钮, 其特征在于, 在所述头部的内侧表面中的 靠近轴部处形成有围绕轴部的凹槽部, 所述承接部的外侧端部被压缩地嵌入所述凹槽部 内。
3. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子设备的按钮, 其特征在于, 第二按键未被按下时, 所述 头部的内侧表面到所述基部的外侧表面的距离大于等于所述轴部的顶端到所述按键开关 的距离和所述按键开关的行程之和。
4. 如权利要求 1-3 所述的电子设备的按钮, 其特征在于, 所述承接部的孔壁的内表 面上围绕所述轴部地形成有向所述第二通孔内突出的突出部, 该突出部被压缩地与所述轴 部的周面抵接。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的电子设备的按钮, 其特征在于, 所述基部通过夹在其与所述 外壳的侧壁之间的、 围绕所述中空部的双面胶粘接固定在所述外壳的侧壁的外表面上。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的电子设备的按钮, 其特征在于, 所述第一按键由弹性材料制 成。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的电子设备的按钮, 其特征在于, 所述弹性材料为橡胶。
8. 如权利要求 5所述的电子设备的按钮, 其特征在于, 所述第二按键由树脂制成。
9. 如权利要求 1所述的电子设备的按钮, 其特征在于, 所述电子设备为温度控制器。
