现有电子烟配件越来越多采用塑胶材料制成而没有有效保护装置导致使用过程中,由于雾化单元工作时持续高温容易发烫及灼伤其配件。

有益效果
(1)将隔热套设置在外套管与依次内置在外套管内的贮液杯、支承架凸肩和固定座之间,使雾化器工作时产生的热量,经隔热套传导,从外套管传导出去;有效地避免了雾化器工作时产生的热量,灼伤外管和内部零件的情况发生。
(2)隔热套将雾化单元与外套管隔开,防止雾化单元工作时温度过高灼伤外管和内部零件。
(3)通过在贮液杯的外周壁沿轴向切削形成的切面与隔热套之间的通道散热,可以将大部分热量散发出去。
(4)由于很好地解决了雾化器工作时产生热量的隔热和传导,避免了电子烟和电子烟雾化器的外管和内部零件过热或被灼伤,从而大大地提高电子烟和电子烟雾化器安全、卫生、可靠性。
