背景技术
电子烟内设有用于使空气流通的气流通道,而现在的电子烟进气气流通道比较复杂,空气在进气气流通道中容易产生噪音,在吸烟时噪音比较大,吸烟效果不好。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中电子烟吸烟时噪音大的缺陷,提供一种噪音小的电子烟。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1到图6所示,本发明提供一种电子烟,包括烟杆,烟杆上设有至少一进气口1,烟杆内设有与进气口1连通的用于使空气流通的气流通道,进气口处或者气流通道的靠近进气口1的一端设有吸音组件2。
烟杆内的与进气口1相对应处设有腔体3,烟杆内还设有雾化组件,该雾化组件内设置有雾化通道,腔体3、进气口1与雾化组件4内部连通形成上述气流通道。具体的如图2、图4及图6所示,箭头部分示出了气流在气流通道中的流通方向。通过在气流通道的靠近进气口1处或者是进气口1上设置吸音组件2,则可以在空气被吸入到雾化组件4内部时通过吸音组件2进行吸音,减少了噪音。
吸音组件2容置于腔体3之中,并与腔体3的形状相适应。
吸音组件2包括吸音件24,该吸音件24为由吸音棉、吸音纤维或者发泡胶制成的,该发泡胶即聚氨酯。可以理解的是,吸音组件2可以只包括吸音件24,吸音组件2还可以包括用于支撑吸音件24的支撑架22,该支撑架22呈筒状,吸音件24插置于支撑架22内部。支撑架22上设有用于使气流穿过的第一通孔、或者设有可与吸音件24边缘共同形成第二通孔23的缺口、或者吸音件24外露于支撑架22且该外露部分与进入电子烟的气流直接接触。
可以理解的是,吸音件24本身的质地可以使空气穿过,则吸音件24可以为实心吸音件,也可以是空心的吸音件。
当吸音件24为实心吸音件时,则进气口1通过吸音件24与雾化通道相隔。吸音件24的沿电子烟的径向的长度为2mm~8mm。当吸音件24为空心吸音件时,吸音件24轴向贯穿有第三通孔21且与雾化组件4内部连通,第三通孔21与进气口1通过吸音件24外壁相隔。吸音件24壁的厚度为2mm~5mm。
第三通孔21的截面为三角形、圆形、椭圆形或者方形的任意一种。本发明中优选的,第一通孔21的截面为圆形。
优选的,当为实心吸音件时,吸音件24沿电子烟径向上的长度为5mm。当为空心吸音件时,吸音件24壁的厚度为3mm。
吸音件24的形状可以是规则的也可以是不规则的,将吸音件24无晃动地容纳于腔体3(当吸音组件2仅仅包含吸音件24时)或者是支撑架22中即可。具体的将吸音件24容纳于腔体3或者支撑架22中的方式有以下几种实施例。
实施例一
如图2所示,当电子烟为一体式电子烟时,电子烟包括外套管6,以及容置于外套管6内的雾化组件4以及电池杆5,雾化组件4以及电池杆5之间的空间与外套管6共同围腔体3。进气口1设置于外套管6上。
吸音组件2置于腔体3中,在一体式电子烟中,优选的,采用吸音件24和支撑架22共同组成的吸音组件2的方式。
此时,该吸音组件2的一端抵接于雾化组件4的端部,另一端抵接于电池杆5的端部。但吸音件24完全置于支撑架22内部时,为支撑架22的两端与雾化组件4以及电池杆5的端部相抵接。吸音件24部分置于支撑架22内部时,支撑架22的一端电池杆5的端部相抵接,吸音件24的外露于支撑架的一端与雾化组件4的端部相抵接。
可以理解的是,吸音件24也可以直接容置于腔体3之中且与腔体3内壁过盈配合。
实施例二
如图4、图6所示,电子烟为分体式电子烟,即烟杆包括雾化组件4、电池杆5以及用于连接雾化组件4以及电池杆5的连接件7,进气口1置于连接件7上,腔体3设于连接件7内部。吸音组件2置于连接件7内部。
在分体式电子烟中,优选的,采用仅仅由吸音件24构成的吸音组件2的方式。
连接件7包括上连接件71以及下连接件72,所述上连接件71与下连接件72可以通过螺纹连接、磁铁连接或者是过盈配合的方式来实现。
实施方式一:
如图4所示,当为螺纹连接时,可以为上连接件71上设有外螺纹,下连接件72上设有内螺纹,通过内外螺纹旋合的方式实现两者的连接,或者是上连接件71上设有内螺纹,下连接件72上设有外螺纹。
以当上连接件71上设有外螺纹,下连接件72上设有内螺纹为例进行说明,上连接件71的与进气口1相对应处设有第四通孔711,吸音件24插置于上连接件71中且与第四通孔711的边缘的区域过盈配合。
实施方式二:
当为磁铁连接时,上连接件71插置于下连接件72内部,上连接件71的与进气口1相对应处设有第四通孔711,且吸音件24紧贴于腔体3内壁。
在上述两个实施例中,为制造简单,吸音件24的外形为柱状。也可以根据电子烟内部结构需要做成外形呈阶梯轴的形状。具体的,但为螺纹连接时外形呈柱状,但为磁铁连接时外形呈阶梯轴状。
同样上述两个实施例中,进气口1的面积为1 mm~7 mm
可以理解的是,上述两个实施例,在进气的过程中,气流均是从进气口1进入后,穿过吸音件24之后再进入到雾化通道中。
对于进气口1的设置位置,可以理解的是,烟杆还可以包括外套管6及与外套管6相连的灯帽,灯帽位于外套管6的一端,进气口1设置在灯帽上或外套管6与灯帽的连接处(未在图中示出)。
综上,通过在气流通道的靠近进气口1的处设置吸音组件2,通过吸音组件2吸收进入到电子烟内部空气的噪音,噪音减少且吸烟效果好。
