Description

一种搬运车的称重装置 技术领域
本发明涉及搬运设备技术领域,具体为一种搬运车的称重装置。
背景技术
搬运车在企业的物流系统中扮演着非常重要的角色,是物料搬运设备中的主力军,广泛应用于车站、港口、机场、工厂、仓库等国民经济中的各个部门,是机械化装卸、堆垛和短距离运输的高效设备。为了提高生产力,人们在搬运车上加装一种称重传感装置,即可实现货物的搬运和称量同步进行。
技术问题
现有的搬运车的称重传感装置存在以下缺陷:1、如图 1 所示的称重结构有采用四支点传感器 21 来传递需称重的货物重量,将传感器采集到的信号通过数字仪表显示出来,该结构的缺陷是采用两个或多个传感器,导致成本较高,机械结构复杂。2、如图2所示的普通的单支点传感器的称重结构由单个片式传感器22通过车体钢板变形采集信号,而不是直接由传感器直接承受载荷,虽然结构简单,但是称重精确度很低。3、至今无任何式样的称重装置适用于手、电动剪叉式推车上。
技术解决方案
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种搬运车的称重装置,其结构简单,成本低,适用广泛,称重精确度高,稳定性好。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:包括车身、油缸、柱形传感器、连接钢球,所述油缸安装在所述车身下端,所述油缸的活塞杆的顶端设有与所述连接钢球贴合的圆弧形凹槽,所述连接钢球置于所述圆弧形凹槽内,所述连接钢球上方设置有柱形传感器,所述柱形传感器的下端对应设置有与所述连接钢球贴合的圆弧形凹槽,所述柱形传感器压装在所述车身上端的安装板内,所述柱形传感器电控连接数字显示仪表。
其进一步特征在于:所述活塞杆套装在轴承,所述轴承安装在连接套中;所述连接套的上端开设有与所述连接钢球大小配合的凹口。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是:采用连接钢球传递载荷的压力,连接钢球能够快速复位,自动调节寻找承载点,确保柱形传感器的测试精度、可靠性和稳定性不受影响,误差小,活塞杆外套装有轴承使得活塞杆能够平滑运行,连接套的设置使得钢珠受到横向冲击力时不易发生偏移,确保了称重结构的正常运行,其结构简单,成本低,广泛适用于各种类型的搬运车,泛用性好。

本发明的实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例一:见图 3、图 4、图 5,采用本发明的称重装置的手动称重剪杆车,包括车体10,车体 10 的前端设置有货叉 11,货叉 11 下方设置有剪叉机构 12,车体 10 的下端的后侧设有油缸 1、操作杆 13a,油缸 1 的活塞杆 4 的顶端设有与连接钢球 3 贴合的圆弧形凹槽 5a,连接钢球 3 置于圆弧形凹槽 5a 内,连接钢球 3 上方设置有柱形传感器 2,柱形传感器 2 的下端设置有与连接钢球 3 贴合的圆弧形凹槽 5b,柱形传感器 2 设置在车体 10 上的安装板 14内,柱形传感器 2 电控连接车体 10 上端的数字显示仪表 6,数字显示仪表 6 还连接有电源15,活塞杆 4 套装在轴承 7,轴承 7 安装在连接套 8 中,连接套8 的上端开设有与连接钢球3 大小配合的凹口 9。
柱形传感器 2 设置在车体 1 上的安装板 14 内,柱形传感器 2 一端直接和车体 1 相连,直接承载载荷,另一端通过连接钢球 3 与油缸 1 的活塞杆 4 相连,当需称重载荷放置在车体10 的货叉 11 上,该载荷通过车体 10 直接施压在柱形传感器 2 一端,柱形传感器 2 另一端由连接钢球 3 和油缸 1 的活塞杆 4 支撑,柱形传感器 2 直接承受载荷的压力,通过数字传感器信号采集和分析,并标定后通过数字显示仪表 6 显示出准确的载荷重量,油缸 1 还可以控制剪叉机构 12 的升降。
实施例二:见图 3、图 6,采用本发明的称重装置的手动称重推车,包括车身 16,车身 16 的前侧设有承重台 17,承重台 17 的下端设有承重轮 18,车身 16 的后侧设置有油缸 1,油缸 1 的后侧设有操作杆 13b,油缸 1 的下方设有后轮 19,油缸 1 的活塞杆 4 的顶端设有与连接钢球 3 贴合的圆弧形凹槽 5a,连接钢球 3 置于圆弧形凹槽 5a 内,连接钢球 3 上方设置有柱形传感器 2,柱形传感器 2 的下端设置有与连接钢球 3 贴合的圆弧形凹槽 5b,柱形传感器 2 设置在车身上的盖板 20 内,柱形传感器2 电控连接车体 10上端的数字显示仪表6。
柱形传感器 2 设置在车身 16 上的盖板 20 内,柱形传感器 2 一端直接和车身 16 相连,直接承载载荷,另一端通过连接钢球 3 与油缸 1 的活塞杆 4 相连,当需称重载荷放置在承重台 17 上,该载荷通过车身 16 直接施压在柱形传感器 2 一端,柱形传感器 2 另一端由连接钢球 3 和油缸 1 的活塞杆 4 支撑,柱形传感器 2 直接承受载荷的压力,通过数字传感器信号采集和分析,并标定后通过数字显示仪表6 显示出准确的载荷重量。

  1. 一种搬运车的称重装置,包括车身、油缸、柱形传感器、连接钢球,所述油缸安装在所述车身下端,所述油缸的活塞杆的顶端设有与所述连接钢球贴合的圆弧形凹槽,所述连接钢球置于所述圆弧形凹槽内,所述连接钢球上方设置有柱形传感器,所述柱形传感器的下端对应设置有与所述连接钢球贴合的圆弧形凹槽,所述柱形传感器压装在所述车身上端的安装板内,所述柱形传感器电控连接数字显示仪表。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种搬运车的称重装置,其特征在于:所述活塞杆套装在轴承,所述轴承安装在连接套中。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的一种搬运车的称重装置,其特征在于:所述连接套的上端开设有与所述连接钢球大小配合的凹口。
