Abstract
Description
ところで、超音波観察終了後、超音波振動子ユニットの外周からバルーンを取り外す際、作業者は、衛生上、ゴム手袋を装着した指でガーゼ等を介してしごきながらバルーンを取り外す作業を行うのが一般的である。
本出願は、2013年11月26日に日本国に出願された特願2013-244036号を優先権主張の基礎として出願するものであり、上記の内容は、本願明細書、請求の範囲、図面に引用されたものである。
Claims (5)
- 超音波内視鏡の挿入部の先端の超音波振動子ユニットを挿抜自在な内径を有し、第1の開口を軸方向の一端側に有するとともに第2の開口を前記軸方向の他端側に有する筒状の保持部と、
前記保持部の外周において前記一端から前記軸方向の前記他端側に設定距離離間した位置に形成された、前記超音波振動子ユニットの外周から外された前記バルーンの端部が係止される溝と、
前記保持部を前記一端から前記他端まで軸方向に沿って切断する切断部と、
前記保持部の内部において前記第2の開口側に位置する、前記保持部の内周面を前記他端から前記一端に向けて縮径させるとともに前記保持部の径方向に拡径自在な部材から構成された嵌合部と、
前記保持部の前記内周面において、前記軸方向において前記嵌合部よりも前記一端側に設けられた、前記内周面から前記径方向の内側に突出するとともに前記嵌合部の前記一端側の端部が当てつけられた当てつけ部と、
を具備していることを特徴とするバルーン取り外し器具。 - 前記嵌合部は前記保持部とは別体に筒状に形成されており、前記保持部の内部に対し前記第2の開口側に嵌合されて設けられているとともに、前記嵌合部の他端から一端に向けて縮径する内周面を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルーン取り外し器具。
- 前記当てつけ部に、前記軸方向に貫通する突き抜け孔が形成されており、前記突き抜け孔は、前記嵌合部の前記一端側の開口に連通していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバルーン取り外し器具。
- 前記第2の開口を介して前記嵌合部の前記他端側の開口から前記嵌合部内に嵌入される、少なくとも一部が前記嵌合部の内径よりも大径の外周面と、前記当てつけ部に突き当たる突き当て面とを有する拡径部をさらに具備し、
前記拡径部は、前記嵌合部内に嵌入された際、前記嵌合部を前記径方向の外側に拡径させて、前記保持部を前記径方向の外側に拡径させることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のバルーン取り外し器具。 - 前記拡径部の前記外周面は、前記保持部の内周面において前記嵌合部よって形成された傾斜面と傾斜角度が異なるテーパ面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバルーン取り外し器具。
