Description
また、本発明の他態様による超音波内視鏡は、被検体内に挿入される挿入部と、前記挿入部の先端に設けられるとともに少なくとも1つの嵌入溝を有する先端部と、前記先端部に対して着脱自在な超音波振動子ユニットと、前記超音波振動子ユニットに形成され、前記嵌入溝に嵌入自在であるとともに前記挿入部の長手軸に垂直な方向である径方向の外側に突出する少なくとも1つの突起部と、前記嵌入溝の内周側面と前記嵌入溝に嵌入された前記突起部の外周側面との間に隙間を形成した状態で前記先端部と前記超音波振動子ユニットとを固定する固定部材と、を具備する。
図1は、本実施の形態の超音波内視鏡を具備した超音波内視鏡装置を示す図である。図1に示すように、超音波内視鏡装置100は、超音波内視鏡1と、光源装置11と、ビデオプロセッサ12と、超音波観測装置14と、吸引ポンプ15と、送水タンク16とを具備して主要部が構成されている。
本出願は、2014年9月12日に日本国に出願された特願2014−186741号を優先権主張の基礎として出願するものであり、上記の内容は、本願明細書、請求の範囲、図面に引用されたものである。
Claims (9)
- 被検体内に挿入される挿入部と、
前記挿入部の先端に設けられるとともに少なくとも1つの嵌入溝を有する先端部と、
前記先端部に着脱自在な、前記嵌入溝に嵌入自在であるとともに前記先端部の径方向の外側に突出する少なくとも1つの突起部を有する超音波振動子ユニットと、
前記嵌入溝に嵌入された前記突起部と前記嵌入溝との間に形成された、前記超音波振動子ユニット取り外し用の隙間と、
を具備していることを特徴とする超音波内視鏡。 - 前記隙間は、前記挿入部の挿入方向の前方に向けて露出されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記突起部は、前記嵌入溝に当接する面の一部に段差部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記突起部に、該突起部を視認させる視認手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記先端部は、先端面に前記嵌入溝が形成されるとともに内部に超音波振動子ユニット固定孔が形成された先端部本体を有しているとともに、前記超音波振動子ユニットは、外周に前記突起部が設けられるとともに前記超音波振動子ユニット固定孔に一部が嵌合自在なハウジングを有しており、
前記先端部本体に、尖り先を有する少なくとも1つのネジが螺合される少なくとも1つの雌ネジ部が形成されており、
前記ハウジングの前記先端部本体への嵌合部位に、前記雌ネジ部に螺合された前記ネジの尖り先が当て付く少なくとも1つのV字状の溝部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波内視鏡。 - 前記ネジは、全ネジであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 被検体内に挿入される挿入部と、
前記挿入部の先端に設けられるとともに少なくとも1つの嵌入溝を有する先端部と、
前記先端部に対して着脱自在な超音波振動子ユニットと、
前記超音波振動子ユニットに形成され、前記嵌入溝に嵌入自在であるとともに前記挿入部の長手軸に垂直な方向である径方向の外側に突出する少なくとも1つの突起部と、
前記嵌入溝の内周側面と前記嵌入溝に嵌入された前記突起部の外周側面との間に隙間を形成した状態で前記先端部と前記超音波振動子ユニットとを固定する固定部材と、
を具備する超音波内視鏡。 - 前記隙間は、前記先端部から前記超音波振動子ユニットを取り外す際に用いられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記固定部材はネジであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の超音波内視鏡。
