Description

一种高压泵头的孔加工辅助装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种孔加工辅助装置,更具体的说是涉及一种高压泵头的孔加工辅助装置。
背景技术
高压泵头上会设置多个供气体或液体流通的通孔,如泄流孔、分流孔、降压孔等通孔,这些通孔之间为满足装配和使用的需要,需要满足相互之间的尺寸要求,尺寸要求包括孔径、孔与边的间距、孔与孔的间距等尺寸,在加工这些尺寸有严格限定的孔时,需要先在工件表面找基准并划多个基准线,然后再以多个基准线分别划出各个孔的中心,然后再以划的孔中心进行孔加工,工序不仅复杂,而且在划线出现较小偏差时加工尺寸就会出现较大误差,从而加工出尺寸误差较大的工件而报废,加工精度低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种高压泵头的孔加工辅助装置,通过在辅助装置上预先设置尺寸精度较高的辅助加工孔,然后再将工件定位在辅助装置上,从而在加工时能免去找基准、划线等步骤,可以直接找准辅助加工孔对泵头单面精确孔加工,不仅节约时间而且可以提高尺寸精度,解决了以往泵头孔加工工序复杂、精度低的问题。
为解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种高压泵头的孔加工辅助装置,包括上夹具和下夹具,上夹具和下夹具通过连接杆连接,所述上夹具和下夹具之间留有泵头安装腔,所述上夹具上端面设置有多个贯穿上夹具的竖直辅助孔。
所述上夹具包括上夹具方形板,上夹具方形板左侧位于两个边角处均设有外凸的上夹具定位部,上夹具定位部内设有竖直通孔,所述上夹具方形板下端面设有内凹的定位槽。
所述上夹具方形板上端面的前、后两侧均设置有卡槽。
所述上夹具方形板上端面还设置有信息牌。
所述上夹具方形板的厚度不大于5厘米。
所述下夹具包括下夹具方形板,下夹具方形板左侧位于两个边角处均设有外凸的下夹具定位部,下夹具定位部内设有连接孔,所述下夹具方形板上端面设有内凹的泵头安装槽,泵头安装槽中部设置有竖直定位柱。
所述连接孔为螺纹孔,所述连接杆下端设有与螺纹孔配合的外螺纹。
所述下夹具方形板的前、后两端均设置有固定卡槽。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型设计的这种高压泵头的孔加工辅助装置,可批量对泵头单面的通孔进行快速加工,操作简便,加工效率和孔加工尺寸精度高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
实施例1
如图1、图2所示的一种高压泵头的孔加工辅助装置,包括上夹具2和下夹具4,上夹具2和下夹具4通过连接杆5连接,所述上夹具2和下夹具4之间留有泵头安装腔3,所述上夹具2上端面设置有多个贯穿上夹具2的竖直辅助孔1。
本实施例在应用时,将泵头直接放置在泵头安装腔3内,将上夹具2和下夹具4通过连接杆5连接,并调整上夹具2和下夹具4之间的间距将泵头卡紧定位,再通过外部固定装置将上夹具2和下夹具4固定即可钻孔,钻孔时钻头穿过竖直辅助孔1从而可以精确的钻孔,竖直辅助孔1的孔径和相对尺寸根据泵头所需钻孔要求预先精确加工出来,在加工时就可以免去每个泵头划线找基准的工序,对应竖直辅助孔1进行钻孔即可,使用简便,钻孔效率高,孔加工精度高,实用性大为提高。
实施例2
本实施例在实施例1的基础上优化了上夹具,具体为:所述上夹具2包括上夹具方形板9,上夹具方形板9左侧位于两个边角处均设有外凸的上夹具定位部8,上夹具定位部8内设有竖直通孔7,所述上夹具方形板9下端面设有内凹的定位槽。
本实施例中上夹具2的竖直通孔7与连接杆5配合实现上夹具(2)和下夹具4的连接并将泵头卡紧,泵头上端面可卡紧在上夹具方形板9下端面的定位槽内,加强定位。
实施例3
本实施例在实施例2的基础上增加了以下结构:所述上夹具方形板9上端面的前、后两侧均设置有卡槽10。
本实施例卡槽10可用于外部卡具将上夹具方形板9压紧,避免钻孔时上夹具方形板9移位而出现钻孔错误、卡钻等事故,提高安全性。
实施例4
本实施例在实施例2的基础上增加了以下结构:所述上夹具方形板9上端面还设置有信息牌6。
本实施例信息牌6可标识出上夹具方形板9的使用泵头类型、孔尺寸信息等相关使用信息,方便工作人员选择和分类。
实施例5
本实施例在实施例2的基础上增加了以下结构:具体为:所述上夹具方形板9的厚度不大于5厘米。
本实施例中考虑到钻头在钻深孔时其伸入泵头的工作部位较长,钻头极易打断,当上夹具方形板9的厚度越大,钻头穿过竖直辅助孔1伸入工件加工的长度就越长,所以,为了保护钻头,上夹具方形板9的厚度不宜过大,所以本实施例中的上夹具方形板9的厚度不大于5厘米,也可减少成本。
实施例6
实施例6为本实用新型的最优实施例
本实施例在实施例的1或实施例2基础上优化了下夹具,具体为:所述下夹具4包括下夹具方形板15,下夹具方形板15左侧位于两个边角处均设有外凸的下夹具定位部12,下夹具定位部12内设有连接孔11,所述下夹具 方形板15上端面设有内凹的泵头安装槽14,泵头安装槽14中部设置有竖直定位柱13。
本实施例中下夹具方形板15的连接孔11与连接杆5配合将上夹具(2)和下夹具4连接,泵头安装槽14用于定位泵头,提高钻孔尺寸精度,竖直定位柱13与泵头的主通孔配合用于加强泵头的固定。通过下夹具方形板15的上述结构设计可很好的定位泵头,提高钻孔精度。
作为优选的,所述连接孔11为螺纹孔,所述连接杆5下端设有与螺纹孔配合的外螺纹。连接孔11与连接杆5螺纹连接可保证在取放泵头时只需装卸上夹具即可,不用连连接杆也一起拆下,方便了使用。
作为优选的,所述下夹具方形板15的前、后两端均设置有固定卡槽16。固定卡槽16可用于下夹具的卡紧,方便固定和定位。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高压泵头的孔加工辅助装置,其特征在于:所述上夹具(2)包括上夹具方形板(9),上夹具方形板(9)左侧位于两个边角处均设有外凸的上夹具定位部(8),上夹具定位部(8)内设有竖直通孔(7),所述上夹具方形板(9)下端面设有内凹的定位槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种高压泵头的孔加工辅助装置,其特征在于:所述方形主体板(9)上端面的前、后两侧均设置有卡槽(10)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种高压泵头的孔加工辅助装置,其特征在于:所述方形主体板(9)上端面还设置有信息牌(6)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种高压泵头的孔加工辅助装置,其特征在于:所述方形主体板(9)的厚度不大于5厘米。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高压泵头的孔加工辅助装置,其特征在于:所述下夹具(4)包括下夹具方形板(15),下夹具方形板(15)左侧位于两个边角处均设有外凸的下夹具定位部(12),下夹具定位部(12)内设有连接孔(11),所述下夹具方形板(15)上端面设有内凹的泵头安装槽(14),泵头安装槽(14)中部设置有竖直定位柱(13)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种高压泵头的孔加工辅助装置,其特征在于:所述连接孔(11)为螺纹孔,所述连接杆(5)下端设有与螺纹孔配合的外螺纹。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种高压泵头的孔加工辅助装置,其特征在于:所述下夹具方形板(15)的前、后两端均设置有固定卡槽(16)。
