- 根据权利要求1所述的一种高压泵头的孔加工辅助装置,其特征在于:所述上夹具(2)包括上夹具方形板(9),上夹具方形板(9)左侧位于两个边角处均设有外凸的上夹具定位部(8),上夹具定位部(8)内设有竖直通孔(7),所述上夹具方形板(9)下端面设有内凹的定位槽。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种高压泵头的孔加工辅助装置,其特征在于:所述方形主体板(9)上端面的前、后两侧均设置有卡槽(10)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种高压泵头的孔加工辅助装置,其特征在于:所述方形主体板(9)上端面还设置有信息牌(6)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种高压泵头的孔加工辅助装置,其特征在于:所述方形主体板(9)的厚度不大于5厘米。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高压泵头的孔加工辅助装置,其特征在于:所述下夹具(4)包括下夹具方形板(15),下夹具方形板(15)左侧位于两个边角处均设有外凸的下夹具定位部(12),下夹具定位部(12)内设有连接孔(11),所述下夹具方形板(15)上端面设有内凹的泵头安装槽(14),泵头安装槽(14)中部设置有竖直定位柱(13)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种高压泵头的孔加工辅助装置,其特征在于:所述连接孔(11)为螺纹孔,所述连接杆(5)下端设有与螺纹孔配合的外螺纹。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种高压泵头的孔加工辅助装置,其特征在于:所述下夹具方形板(15)的前、后两端均设置有固定卡槽(16)。
