综上所述,如何有效地解决发热丝的连接端子易生锈导致断路的问题,是 目前本领域技术人员急需解决的问题。 实用新型内容

另外, 连接端子 3可以具体为与所述发热丝 2和电子线 4铆接相连的铆接端 子, 即该发热丝 2与电子线 4在铆接端子内部分别和铆接端子相互挤压接触, 以 实现两者的电连接。具体可以在连接端子 3上开设铆接孔, 电子线 4与连接端子
3均与铆接端子铆接并紧密接触, 实现电连接。 当然, 连接端子 3也可以通过焊 接的方式与电子线 4连接, 在此不作限定。
请参阅图 1及图 2,基于上述实施例中提供的发热丝 2的连接端子 3 , 本实用 新型还提供了一种雾化器 B, 用于与电池杆组合形成电子烟, 包括导油绳 1、 与所述导油绳 1接触的发热丝 2、与所述发热丝 2电连接的连接端子 3以及与所述 连接端子 3电连接的用于为所述发热丝 2输送电的电子线 4 ,所述发热丝 2的连接 端子 3具体为上述任一项实施例中所述的发热丝 2的连接端子 3 , 即为白铜材质 的连接端子 3。该雾化器的所述连接端子 3具有上述任一项实施例中所述的连接 端子 3所具有的优点和效果。
在本实施例中, 所述雾化器 B还包括用于与所述电池杆连接的连接件 6、 用于为所述导油绳 1供油的储油棉 7、用于固定所述发热丝 2的通气管 8以及用于 固定所述通气管 8的雾化座 9。所述连接件 6包括分别与所述电子线 4电连接的外 电极 61及内电极 62, 当所述雾化器 B与电池杆连接时, 所述外电极 61及内电极 62均与所述电池杆电连接。可以理解的是, 用于为所述导油绳 1供油的储油棉 7 可以替换成油杯等。 所述雾化器工作时, 所述电池杆为所述发热丝 2提供电流 而使所述导油绳 1上的烟油雾化,烟油雾化后形成的烟雾经所述通气管 8送入吸 烟者口腔。
优选地, 该雾化器 B的导油绳 1可以具体为纤维绳, 其主要成分为二氧 化硅, 即玻璃纤维绳。 当然还可以为其它材质的绳, 比如尼龙纤维绳, 在此不 作限定。
另外, 为了进一步增加导油绳 1与发热丝 2之间的接触面积, 以使导油绳 1 升温更快, 可以将导油绳 1缠绕于导油绳 1上。 当然还可以将发热丝 2与导油绳 1 并排接触, 在此不作限定。
需要说明的是, 连接端子 3可以具体为铆接端子, 即该发热丝 2与电子线 4 在铆接端子内部分别和铆接端子相互挤压接触, 以实现两者的电连接。具体可 以在连接端子 3上开设铆接孔, 电子线 4与连接端子 3均与铆接端子铆接并紧密 接触, 实现电连接。 当然, 连接端子 3也可以通过焊接的方式与电子线 4连接, 在此不作限定。
请参阅图 1及图 3 , 基于上述实施例中提供的雾化器 B, 本实用新型还提供 了一种电子烟 A, 该电子烟 A包括雾化器 B和电池杆, 其中雾化器 B为上述中任 意一项雾化器, 由于上述实施例中的雾化器具有上述技术效果, 因此该电子烟 A也应具有相同的技术效果, 在此不再贅述。
优选地, 为了使人们更加便于拿放该电子烟 A, 还可以在电子烟 A的外表 面设置凸起的摩擦部 5 , 如此可以防止电子烟 A脱离人手, 防止其掉落。 进一 步地, 该摩擦部 5可以为圓柱状, 或者在电子烟 A的表面设置橡胶套, 将橡胶 套的外表面设置纹理, 以增大摩擦力。
在本实施例中, 所述电子烟 A为雾化器与电池杆是可拆卸连接的电子烟, 可以理解的是,在其它实施例中所述电子烟可以是其雾化器与电池杆为不可拆 卸的一体结构的电子烟。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本 实用新型。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易 见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本实用新型的精神或范围的情况 下, 在其它实施例中实现。 因此, 本实用新型将不会被限制于本文所示的这些 实施例, 而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、一种发热丝的连接端子,其用于连接电子烟的发热丝( 2 )和电子线( 4 ), 所述电子线(4)用于为所述发热丝(2)输送电, 其特征在于, 所述连接端子 (3)具体为白铜材质的连接端子(3)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的发热丝的连接端子, 其特征在于, 所述白铜材 质中镍的质量百分比为 17.0〜35.0。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的发热丝的连接端子, 其特征在于, 所述白铜为 铜镍二元合金。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的发热丝的连接端子, 其特征在于, 所述白铜为 铜和镍材质中加入铁、 锌、 铝或锰中的一种或多种材质形成的多元合金。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的发热丝的连接端子, 其特征在于, 所述连接端 子(3)具体为与所述发热丝 (2)和电子线(4)铆接相连的铆接端子。
6、 一种雾化器, 用于与电池杆组合形成电子烟, 包括导油绳(1)、 与所 述导油绳(1 )接触的发热丝(2)、 与所述发热丝(2) 电连接的连接端子(3) 以及与所述连接端子(3) 电连接的用于为所述发热丝输送电的电子线(4), 其特征在于, 所述发热丝(2)的连接端子(3)具体为如权利要求 1-5任一项 所述的发热丝的连接端子(3)。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述导油绳 ( 1 )具体为 纤维绳。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述发热丝(2)缠绕于 所述导油绳( 1 )上。
9、 一种电子烟, 包括雾化器和电池杆, 其特征在于, 所述雾化器具体为 如权利要求 6-8中任一项所述的雾化器。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟的外表面设 置有凸起的摩擦部 (5)。
