请参阅图1-2,现有的电子烟结构中,其发热丝由第一引脚、发热丝本体和第二引脚依次顺序连接螺旋盘绕而成,第一引脚和第二引脚的末端均向下弯折延伸。当发热丝组装到雾化芯中时,第一引脚穿插于导油棉的中间(实际装配中,现有生产厂商都是这样装配的),从而导致第一引脚隔断导油棉影响供油效果。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种解决因第一引脚阻断导油棉影响供油效果问题的新型发热丝及雾化芯。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种新型发热丝,包括发热丝本体、第一引脚、第二引脚,所述发热丝本体沿竖直螺旋盘绕设置,所述第二引脚与发热丝本体的下端固定连接,且第二引脚螺旋盘绕并向下弯折延伸,所述第一引脚与发热丝本体的上端固定连接,所述第一引脚螺旋盘绕并向发热丝本体所在圆周的外侧延伸。

本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型通过将第一引脚的末端向发热丝本体所在圆周的外侧延伸,改变了传统发热丝结构中第一引脚向下弯折延伸的形状,避免了发热丝组装到雾化芯中时第一引脚隔断导油棉,从根本上解决了现有技术中存在的因第一引脚隔断导油棉造成的供油不足的问题,防止导油棉干烧影响口感或损坏雾化芯。

可选地,所述第一引脚2的末端呈直线延伸。
第一引脚2的末端沿轴线引出方向以平行或水平角度直线延伸,且延伸点位于发热丝所在圆周的外侧并与支架4电性接触。
