Description

一种由多根发热丝并联构成的发热体及其电子烟雾化器 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟产品领域,具体涉及一种由多根发热丝并联构成的发热体以及一种电子烟雾化器。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们也越来越注重自身的健康,抽烟的人数也逐渐降低,而作为香烟的代用品,电子烟已经在市场得到迅速的普及;而在现今市面上的电子烟雾化器中的发热体主要都是由一根发热丝构成,但由于一根发热丝的功率十分有限,其已经满足不了当今电子烟的大功率、大口径、大气流等需求;为了满足上述的要求,现有雾化器中的发热体已经向多根发热丝发展,但在现今拥有多根发热丝的发热体结构中,其只是将原有的发热体进行简单的并联焊接,故其需要进行焊接的次数较多,增加了生产成本,且组装较为麻烦。
发明内容
为克服上述缺陷,本发明的目的即在于提供一种由多根发热丝并联构成的发热体以及一种电子烟雾化器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本发明是一种由多根发热丝并联构成的发热体,包括:正极引脚和负极引脚,所述正极引脚和负极引脚之间接有螺旋状的发热丝,所述发热丝的数量为两根以上,且每个发热丝的两端均分别通过一个焊接平台与正极引脚或负极引脚相连接。
进一步,所述正极引脚和负极引脚的数量为两根以上。
本发明一种电子烟雾化器,包括:中空的外壳、导油棉和如上所述的 发热体,所述外壳内设有支架,所述导油棉层设置于该支架的内侧面上,所述发热丝的外侧面与导油棉的内侧相接,所述发热丝的正极引脚和负极引脚均与伸出于支架外与电源相连接。
进一步,所述正极引脚和负极引脚与支架之间设有绝缘层。
本发明在满足了电子烟大功率、大口径、大气流的要求同时,减少了焊接次数从而降低了焊接成本,并且组装更为方便,并减少组装的人工成本。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参阅图1至图2,本发明是一种由多根发热丝并联构成的发热体,包括:正极引脚1和负极引脚2,所述正极引脚1和负极引脚2之间接有螺旋状的发热丝3,所述发热丝3的数量为两根以上,且每个发热丝3的两端均分别通过一个焊接平台4与正极引脚1或负极引脚2相连接。优选地,所述发热丝3的数量大于正极引脚1或负极引脚2的数量。
进一步,所述正极引脚1和负极引脚2的数量为两根以上。
本发明中的多根发热丝3并联后与正、负极引脚1、2焊接时,将其发热丝3两端的所有连接点均焊接于焊接平台4上,使其熔合成一个电气性能可靠的单一焊接点;且由于本发明采用多根发热丝3并联焊接,其减少了焊接次数从而降低了焊接成本,使发热丝3结构更简单组装更方便, 并减少组装人工成本。
请参阅图3,本发明一种电子烟雾化器,包括:中空的外壳5、导油棉6和如上所述的发热体,所述外壳5内设有支架7,所述导油棉6层设置于该支架7的内侧面上,所述发热丝3的外侧面与导油棉6的内侧相接,所述发热丝3的正极引脚1和负极引脚2均与伸出于支架7外与电源相连接。
进一步,所述正极引脚1和负极引脚2与支架7之间设有绝缘层8。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种由多根发热丝并联构成的发热体,其特征在于,包括:正极引脚和负极引脚,所述正极引脚和负极引脚之间接有螺旋状的发热丝,所述发热丝的数量为两根以上,且每个发热丝的两端均分别通过一个焊接平台与正极引脚或负极引脚相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的由多根发热丝并联构成的发热体,其特征在于,所述正极引脚和负极引脚的数量为两根以上。
  3. 一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,包括:中空的外壳、导油棉和如权利要求1至2任一项所述的发热体,所述外壳内设有支架,所述导油棉层设置于该支架的内侧面上,所述发热丝的外侧面与导油棉的内侧相接,所述发热丝的正极引脚和负极引脚均与伸出于支架外与电源相连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述正极引脚和负极引脚与支架之间设有绝缘层。
