技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及电子烟领域, 特别是一种包含电子发热膜的电子烟发热体。
背景技术
[0002] 现有的电子烟分为烟油型电子烟和烟丝型电子烟。 烟油型电子烟, 采用雾化器 对烟油进行雾化, 然而该种类型电子烟, 烟油容易渗出, 给使用者带来不便。 而现有的烟丝型电子烟, 只能在烟丝底部对烟丝进行烘烤, 造成烟丝烘烤不完 全, 这样烟丝不能充分利用, 资源浪费。 并且烘烤不完全的烟丝, 会产生有害 气体, 对人体产生伤害。 技术问题

一种包含电子发热膜的电子烟发热体, 其特征在于, 包括一个由非导 电材料制成的发热杯和包裹在发热杯外壁的电子发热膜, 电子发热膜 处于发热杯的两端部分别设有与电子发热膜电连接的电极, 电子发热 膜由铬粉、 铼粉、 镍粉、 钨粉和稀土粉按照质量百分比为 10~18%、 1 5-25% ^ 20-30% ^ 20-30% ^ 10~20<¾组成, 铬粉、 铼粉、 镍粉、 钨粉 和稀土粉的粒径不大于 80nm。
根据权利要求 1所述的包含电子发热膜的电子烟发热体, 其特征在于 : 稀土粉包括有镧、 铈、 镨、 钕、 钷、 钐、 铕和钆中的一种或多种。 根据权利要求 1所述的包含电子发热膜的电子烟发热体, 其特征在于 : 电子发热膜由铬粉、 铼粉、 镍粉、 钨粉和稀土粉按照质量百分比为 15%、 20%、 25% 25% 15%组成。
根据权利要求 1所述的包含电子发热膜的电子烟发热体, 其特征在于 : 发热杯采用玻璃制成。
