Abstract

 本発明は、活性エネルギー線硬化性化合物(A)、ポリ(パーフルオロアルキレンエーテル)鎖の両末端に2価の連結基を介してシクロポリシロキサン構造が結合し、前記シクロポリシロキサン構造に2価の連結基を介して(メタ)アクリロイル基が結合した構造を有するフッ素化合物(B)、反応性シリカ(C1)、及び非反応性シリカ(C2)を含有することを特徴とする活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物を提供する。本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物により、高い鉛筆硬度を有し、さらに優れた耐擦傷性、防汚性、滑り性も有する硬化塗膜が得られる。

Description

活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物、その硬化物及びその硬化塗膜を有する物品
 本発明は、各種物品の表面に、高い鉛筆硬度を付与でき、さらに優れた耐擦傷性、防汚性、滑り性も付与できる活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物、その硬化物及びその硬化塗膜を有する物品に関する。
 活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物は、塗布する基材への熱履歴が少なく、塗膜硬度や耐擦傷性に優れるという特長から、例えば、柔らかく、表面に傷が付き易い欠点があるプラスチック成形品の表面に耐擦傷性を付与するハードコート剤として使用されている。また、活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化塗膜に防汚性を付与するため、活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物に添加する材料として、パーフルオロポリエーテル基及び重合性基を有するフッ素化合物が提案されている(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。
 しかしながら、特許文献1記載のフッ素化合物を添加した活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化塗膜は、優れた防汚性を有するものの耐擦傷性、鉛筆硬度、滑り性に劣るという問題があった。そこで、優れた防汚性を有し、かつ耐擦傷性、鉛筆硬度、滑り性にも優れる硬化塗膜が得られる活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物が求められていた。

 本発明が解決しようとする課題は、高い鉛筆硬度を有し、さらに優れた耐擦傷性、防汚性、滑り性も有する硬化塗膜が得られる活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物、その硬化物及びその硬化塗膜を有する物品を提供することである。
 本発明者等は、上記課題を解決すべく鋭意研究を重ねた結果、活性エネルギー線硬化性化合物に、特定の構造を有するフッ素化合物、反応性シリカ及び非反応性シリカを加えた活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化塗膜の表面が、高い鉛筆硬度を有し、さらに優れた耐擦傷性、防汚性、滑り性も有することを見出し、本発明を完成した。
 すなわち、本発明は、活性エネルギー線硬化性化合物(A)、ポリ(パーフルオロアルキレンエーテル)鎖の両末端に2価の連結基を介してシクロポリシロキサン構造が結合し、前記シクロポリシロキサン構造に2価の連結基を介して(メタ)アクリロイル基が結合した構造を有するフッ素化合物(B)、反応性シリカ(C1)、及び非反応性シリカ(C2)を含有することを特徴とする活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物、その硬化物及びその硬化塗膜を有する物品に関する。さらには、本発明は、前記活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化物をハードコート層としたハードコートフィルム及び該ハードコートフィルムに粘着剤層を設けた保護フィルムに関する。
 本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物は、その硬化塗膜の表面が、高い鉛筆硬度を有し、さらに優れた耐擦傷性、防汚性、滑り性も有することから、各種物品の表面を保護するハードコート剤として極めて有用である。
 本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物は、活性エネルギー線硬化性化合物(A)、ポリ(パーフルオロアルキレンエーテル)鎖の両末端に2価の連結基を介してシクロポリシロキサン構造が結合し、前記シクロポリシロキサン構造に2価の連結基を介して(メタ)アクリロイル基が結合した構造を有するフッ素化合物(B)、反応性シリカ(C1)、及び非反応性シリカ(C2)を含有するものである。
 なお、本発明において、「(メタ)アクリレート」とは、アクリレートとメタクリレートの一方又は両方をいい、「(メタ)アクリロイル基」とは、アクリロイル基とメタクリロイル基の一方又は両方をいう。
 前記活性エネルギー線硬化性化合物(A)としては、例えば、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート、多官能アクリレート等が挙げられる。
 前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートとしては、(A1)は、脂肪族ポリイソシアネート(a1)と水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレート(a2)とを反応させて得られた1分子中に4つ以上の(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するものである。
 前記脂肪族ポリイソシアネート(a1)は、イソシアネート基を除く部位が脂肪族炭化水素から構成される化合物である。この脂肪族ポリイソシアネート(a1)の具体例としては、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、リジンジイソシアネート、リジントリイソシアネート等の脂肪族ポリイソシアネート(a1-1);ノルボルナンジイソシアネート、イソホロンジイソシアネート、メチレンビス(4-シクロヘキシルイソシアネート)、1,3-ビス(イソシアナトメチル)シクロヘキサン、2-メチル-1,3-ジイソシアナトシクロヘキサン、2-メチル-1,5-ジイソシアナトシクロヘキサン等の脂環式ポリイソシアネート(a1-2)などが挙げられる。また、前記脂肪族ポリイソシアネート(a1-1)又は脂環式ポリイソシアネート(a1-2)を3量化した3量化物も前記脂肪族ポリイソシアネート(a1)として用いることができる。これらの脂肪族ポリイソシアネート(a1)の中でも、直鎖脂肪族炭化水素のジイソシアネートであるヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、脂環式ジイソシアネートであるノルボルナンジイソシアネート、イソホロンジイソシアネートは、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化塗膜表面の鉛筆硬度及び耐擦傷性をより向上できるため好ましい。
 前記(メタ)アクリレート(a2)は、水酸基と(メタ)アクリロイル基とを有する化合物であるが、前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(A1)を1分子中に4つ以上の(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するものとするため、(メタ)アクリロイル基は2つ以上有するものが好ましい。このような(メタ)アクリレート(a2)としては、例えば、トリメチロールプロパンジ(メタ)アクリレート、エチレンオキサイド変性トリメチロールプロパンジ(メタ)アクリレート、プロピレンオキサイド変性トリメチロールプロパンジ(メタ)アクリレート、グリセリンジ(メタ)アクリレート、ビス(2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシエチル)ヒドロキシエチルイソシアヌレート、ペンタエリスリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレート、ジトリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールペンタ(メタ)アクリレート等が挙げられる。これらの(メタ)アクリレート(a2)は、前記脂肪族ポリイソシアネート(a1)の1種に対して、1種を用いることも2種以上併用することもできる。また、これらの(メタ)アクリレート(a2)の中でも、ペンタエリスリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールペンタ(メタ)アクリレートは、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化塗膜表面の鉛筆硬度及び耐擦傷性をより向上できるため好ましい。
 前記脂肪族ポリイソシアネート(a1)と前記(メタ)アクリレート(a2)との反応は、常法のウレタン化反応により行うことができる。また、ウレタン化反応の進行を促進するために、ウレタン化触媒の存在下でウレタン化反応を行うことが好ましい。前記ウレタン化触媒としては、例えば、ピリジン、ピロール、トリエチルアミン、ジエチルアミン、ジブチルアミン等のアミン化合物;トリフェニルホスフィン、トリエチルホスフィン等のリン化合物;ジブチル錫ジラウレート、オクチル錫トリラウレート、オクチル錫ジアセテート、ジブチル錫ジアセテート、オクチル酸錫等の有機錫化合物、オクチル酸亜鉛等の有機亜鉛化合物などが挙げられる。
 上記のウレタン化反応で得られる前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(A1)は、1種で用いることも2種以上併用することもできる。また、2種以上を用いる場合、前記脂肪族ポリイソシアネート(a1)としてヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートを用いて得られたウレタンアクリレートと、前記脂肪族ポリイソシアネート(a1)としてヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートの3量体を用いて得られたウレタンアクリレートとの併用は、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化塗膜表面の鉛筆硬度及び耐擦傷性をより向上できるため好ましい。
 前記多官能(メタ)アクリレート(A2)は、1分子中に3つ以上の(メタ)アクリロイル基を有する化合物である。この多官能(メタ)アクリレート(A2)の具体例としては、トリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート、エチレンオキサイド変性トリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート、プロピレンオキサイド変性トリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート、ジトリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート、ジトリメチロールプロパンテトラ(メタ)アクリレート、トリス(2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシエチル)イソシアヌレート、ペンタエリスリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールテトラ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールテトラ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールペンタ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサ(メタ)アクリレート等が挙げられる。これらの多官能(メタ)アクリレート(A2)は、単独で用いることも2種以上併用することもできる。また、これらの多官能(メタ)アクリレート(A2)の中でも、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化塗膜表面の鉛筆硬度及び耐擦傷性をより向上できることから、その(メタ)アクリロイル基当量が50~200g/eq.の範囲のものが好ましく、70~150g/eq.の範囲のものがより好ましく、80~120g/eq.の範囲のものがさらに好ましい。(メタ)アクリロイル基当量が80~200g/eq.の範囲である多官能(メタ)アクリレート(A2)の具体例としては、ペンタエリスリトールテトラアクリレート(アクリロイル基当量:88g/eq.)、ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(アクリロイル基当量:118g/eq.)等が挙げられる。
 前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(A1)と前記多官能(メタ)アクリレート(A2)との質量比[(A1)/(A2)]は、耐擦傷性を向上できることから、90/10~10/90の範囲が好ましく、80/20~20/80の範囲がより好ましく、75/25~25/75の範囲がさらに好ましい。
 また、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物には、前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(A1)、前記多官能(メタ)アクリレート(A2)以外に、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で、1分子中に1つの(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するモノ(メタ)アクリレート、1分子中に2つの(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するジ(メタ)アクリレート等のその他の(メタ)アクリレートを配合しても構わない。本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物に、その他の(メタ)アクリレートを配合する場合には、その配合量は、前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(A1)及び前記多官能(メタ)アクリレート(A2)の合計100質量部に対して、40質量部以下が好ましく、20質量部以下がより好ましい。
 前記フッ素化合物(B)は、ポリ(パーフルオロアルキレンエーテル)鎖の両末端に2価の連結基を介してシクロポリシロキサン構造が結合し、前記シクロポリシロキサン構造に2価の連結基を介して(メタ)アクリロイル基が結合した構造を有する化合物である。なお、本発明において、「ポリ(パーフルオロアルキレンエーテル)」を「パーフルオロポリエーテル」ということもある。
 前記フッ素化合物(B)が有するポリ(パーフルオロアルキレンエーテル)鎖としては、炭素原子数1~3の2価フッ化炭素基と酸素原子が交互に連結した構造を有するものが挙げられる。炭素原子数1~3の2価フッ化炭素基は、1種類であっても2種類以上の組み合わせであってもよく、具体的には、下記構造式(1)で表されるものが挙げられる。

(上記一般式(1)中、Xは下記式(1-1)~(1-5)であり、Xが下記式(1-1)~(1-5)のいずれか1種類のものであってもよいし、また、下記式(1-1)~(1-5)のうち、2種類以上のものがランダム状又はブロック状に存在していてもよい。また、nは繰り返し単位を表す2~200の整数である。)

 前記ポリ(パーフルオロアルキレンエーテル)鎖の中でも、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化塗膜の防汚性が向上することから、前記式(1-1)で表されるパーフルオロメチレン基と、前記式(1-2)で表されるパーフルオロエチレン基との組み合わせのポリ(パーフルオロアルキレンエーテル)鎖が好ましい。ここで、前記式(1-1)で表されるパーフルオロメチレン基と、前記式(1-2)で表されるパーフルオロエチレン基とのモル比率[(1-1)/(1-2)]は、1/10~10/1の範囲が好ましい。また、前記一般式(1)中のnの値は、2~200の範囲が好ましく、10~100の範囲がより好ましく、20~80の範囲がさらに好ましい。
 前記フッ素化合物(B)が有するシクロポリシロキサン構造としては、例えば、下記一般式(2)で表される構造が挙げられる。

(上記一般式(2)中、Rはメチル基であり、Rはポリ(パーフルオロアルキレンエーテル)鎖と結合する2価の有機基であり、Rは(メタ)アクリロイル基を有する1価の有機基である。また、mは2~5の整数である。)
 前記シクロポリシロキサン構造の中でも、上記一般式(2)中のmが3であるシクロテトラシロキサン構造が好ましい。
 前記ポリ(パーフルオロアルキレンエーテル)鎖とシクロポリシロキサン構造とを結合する2価の連結基としては、2価の有機基であれば特に限定されないが、例えば、下記一般式(3)で表されるものが挙げられる。

 また、前記シクロポリシロキサン構造と(メタ)アクリロイル基とを結合する2価の連結基としては、2価の有機基であれば特に限定されないが、例えば、下記一般式(4)で表されるものが挙げられる。

 前記フッ素化合物(B)の製造方法としては、例えば、下記の(1)~(3)の工程を経て製造する方法が挙げられる。
(1)ポリ(パーフルオロアルキレンエーテル)鎖の両末端にアリル基を有する化合物とヒドロシリル基を有するシクロポリシロキサン化合物とを白金系触媒存在下で反応させ、ポリ(パーフルオロアルキレンエーテル)鎖の両末端にシクロポリシロキサン構造を有する化合物を得る工程。
(2)(1)で得られた化合物とアリルオキシアルカノールとを白金系触媒存在下で反応させ、(1)で得られた化合物のシクロポリシロキサン構造部位に水酸基を付加する工程。
(3)(2)で付加した水酸基にイソシアネート基を有する(メタ)アクリレートを反応させ、(メタ)アクリロイル基を導入する工程。
 本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物における前記フッ素化合物(B)の配合量は、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化塗膜表面に、より高い鉛筆硬度を付与でき、耐擦傷性、防汚性及び滑り性をより向上できることから、前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(A1)、前記多官能(メタ)アクリレート(A2)及び任意で配合したその他の(メタ)アクリレートの合計100質量部に対して、0.05~5質量部の範囲が好ましく、0.1~2質量部の範囲がより好ましい。
 前記反応性シリカ(C1)は、シリカ粒子の表面に(メタ)アクリロイル基等の反応性基を表面修飾により導入したものである。また、前記反応性シリカ(C1)は、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化塗膜の透明性及び表面の鉛筆硬度をより向上できることから、ナノメーターオーダーのサイズのものが好ましく、コロイダルシリカが好ましい。具体的な平均粒子径では、5~200nmの範囲が好ましく、5~100nmの範囲がより好ましい。
 前記非反応性シリカ(C2)は、シリカ粒子の表面に反応性基を有さないものであるが、非反応性の有機基で表面修飾したものであってもよい。また、前記非反応性シリカ(C2)は、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化塗膜の透明性及び表面の鉛筆硬度をより向上でき、耐カール性もより向上できることから、ナノメーターオーダーのサイズのものが好ましく、コロイダルシリカが好ましい。具体的な平均粒子径では、5~200nmの範囲が好ましく、5~100nmの範囲がより好ましい。
 前記反応性シリカ(C1)と前記非反応性シリカ(C2)との使用比率[(C1)/(C2)]は、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化塗膜表面の鉛筆硬度をより向上できることから、0.5~1.5の範囲が好ましく、0.6~1の範囲がより好ましい。
 本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物における前記反応性シリカ(C1)及び前記非反応性シリカ(C2)の合計の配合量は、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化塗膜表面の鉛筆硬度、耐擦傷性、防汚性及び滑り性をより向上できることから、前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(A1)、前記多官能(メタ)アクリレート(A2)及び任意で配合したその他の(メタ)アクリレートの合計100質量部に対して、100~300質量部の範囲が好ましく、150~280質量部の範囲がより好ましい。
 また、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物は、基材に塗布後、活性エネルギー線を照射することで硬化塗膜とすることができる。この活性エネルギー線とは、紫外線、電子線、α線、β線、γ線等の電離放射線をいう。活性エネルギー線として紫外線を照射して硬化塗膜とする場合には、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物中に光重合開始剤(D)を添加し、硬化性を向上することが好ましい。また、必要であればさらに光増感剤を添加して、硬化性を向上することもできる。一方、電子線、α線、β線、γ線等の電離放射線を用いる場合には、光重合開始剤(D)や光増感剤を用いなくても速やかに硬化するので、特に光重合開始剤(D)や光増感剤を添加する必要はない。
 前記光重合開始剤(D)としては、分子内開裂型光重合開始剤及び水素引き抜き型光重合開始剤が挙げられる。分子内開裂型光重合開始剤としては、例えば、ジエトキシアセトフェノン、2-ヒドロキシ-2-メチル-1-フェニルプロパン-1-オン、オリゴ[2-ヒドロキシ-2-メチル-1-[4-(1-メチルビニル)フェニル]プロパノン]、ベンジルジメチルケタール、1-(4-イソプロピルフェニル)-2-ヒドロキシ-2-メチルプロパン-1-オン、4-(2-ヒドロキシエトキシ)フェニル-(2-ヒドロキシ-2-プロピル)ケトン、1-ヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトン、2-メチル-2-モルホリノ(4-チオメチルフェニル)プロパン-1-オン、2-ベンジル-2-ジメチルアミノ-1-(4-モルホリノフェニル)-ブタノン等のアセトフェノン系化合物;ベンゾイン、ベンゾインメチルエーテル、ベンゾインイソプロピルエーテル等のベンゾイン;2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾインジフェニルホスフィンオキシド、ビス(2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾイル)-フェニルホスフィンオキシド等のアシルホスフィンオキシド系化合物;ベンジル、メチルフェニルグリオキシエステル等が挙げられる。
 一方、水素引き抜き型光重合開始剤としては、例えば、ベンゾフェノン、o-ベンゾイル安息香酸メチル-4-フェニルベンゾフェノン、4,4’-ジクロロベンゾフェノン、ヒドロキシベンゾフェノン、4-ベンゾイル-4’-メチル-ジフェニルスルフィド、アクリル化ベンゾフェノン、3,3’,4,4’-テトラ(t-ブチルペルオキシカルボニル)ベンゾフェノン、3,3’-ジメチル-4-メトキシベンゾフェノン、2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾフェノン、4-メチルベンゾフェノン等のベンゾフェノン系化合物;2-イソプロピルチオキサントン、2,4-ジメチルチオキサントン、2,4-ジエチルチオキサントン、2,4-ジクロロチオキサントン等のチオキサントン系化合物;ミヒラ-ケトン、4,4’-ジエチルアミノベンゾフェノン等のアミノベンゾフェノン系化合物;10-ブチル-2-クロロアクリドン、2-エチルアンスラキノン、9,10-フェナンスレンキノン、カンファーキノン、1-[4-(4-ベンゾイルフェニルスルファニル)フェニル]-2-メチル-2-(4-メチルフェニルスルホニル)プロパン-1-オン等が挙げられる。これらの光重合開始剤(D)は、単独で用いることも、2種以上を併用することもできる。
 また、前記光増感剤としては、例えば、ジエタノールアミン、N-メチルジエタノールアミン、トリブチルアミン等の3級アミン化合物、o-トリルチオ尿素等の尿素化合物、ナトリウムジエチルジチオホスフェート、s-ベンジルイソチウロニウム-p-トルエンスルホネート等の硫黄化合物などが挙げられる。
 これらの光重合開始剤及び光増感剤の使用量は、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物中の不揮発成分100質量部に対し、各々0.05~20質量部が好ましく、0.5~15質量%がより好ましい。
 また、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物には、上記の成分(A)~(D)以外に、必要に応じて、重合禁止剤、表面調整剤、帯電防止剤、消泡剤、粘度調整剤、耐光安定剤、耐候安定剤、耐熱安定剤、紫外線吸収剤、酸化防止剤、レベリング剤、有機顔料、無機顔料、顔料分散剤、シリカビーズ、有機ビーズ等の添加剤;酸化ケイ素、酸化アルミニウム、酸化チタン、ジルコニア、五酸化アンチモン等の無機系充填剤などを配合することができる。これらその他の配合物は単独で用いることも2種以上併用することもできる。
 本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物を基材に塗布する方法としては、用途により異なるが、例えば、ダイコート、マイクログラビアコート、グラビアコート、ロールコート、コンマコート、エアナイフコート、キスコート、スプレーコート、ディップコート、スピンナーコート、ホイーラーコート、刷毛塗り、シルクスクリーンによる全面コート、ワイヤーバーコート、フローコート等が挙げられる。
 本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物を硬化させる活性エネルギー線としては、上記の通り、紫外線、電子線、α線、β線、γ線のような電離放射線であるが、具体的な活性エネルギー線を照射する装置として、紫外線を用いる場合には、紫外線の発生源として、低圧水銀ランプ、高圧水銀ランプ、超高圧水銀ランプ、メタルハライドランプ、無電極ランプ、ケミカルランプ、ブラックライトランプ、水銀-キセノンランプ、ショートアーク灯、ヘリウム・カドミウムレーザー、アルゴンレーザー、太陽光、LED等が挙げられる。また、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物を塗布する基材がフィルム基材の場合には、閃光的に照射するキセノン-フラッシュランプを使用すると、フィルム基材への熱の影響を小さくできるので好ましい。一方、電子線を用いる場合には、電子線の発生源として、走査型電子線加速器、カーテン型電子線加速器等が挙げられる。
 また、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物に紫外線を照射して、硬化塗膜とする場合、空気雰囲気下で行っても構わないが、より高い鉛筆硬度を有する硬化塗膜が得られ、さらに優れた耐擦傷性、滑り性も有する硬化塗膜が得られることから、酸素濃度5,000ppm以下の雰囲気下で行うことが好ましい。
 本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化塗膜は、優れた防汚性を有し、かつ耐擦傷性や滑り性にも優れることから、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物を各種物品の表面に塗布し硬化させることで、各種物品の表面に、高い鉛筆硬度を付与することができ、優れた防汚性、耐擦傷性、滑り性も付与することができる。したがって、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物は、各種物品の表面に高い耐擦傷性、防汚性等を付与することのできるハードコート剤として非常に有用である。
 本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物が適用できる物品としては、テレビ、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、エアコン等の家電製品の筐体;パソコン、スマートフォン、携帯電話、デジタルカメラ、ゲーム機等の電子機器の筐体;自動車、鉄道車輌等の各種車輌の内装材;化粧板等の各種建材;家具等の木工材料、人工・合成皮革;FRP浴槽;トリアセチルセルロース(TAC)フィルム等の液晶ディスプレイ(LCD)の光学フィルム;LCDのバックライト部材であるプリズムシート又は拡散シート;プラズマディスプレイ(PDP)、有機ELディスプレイ等の各種ディスプレイ画面(ハードコート層、反射防止層);タッチパネル;携帯電話、スマートフォン等の電子端末の画面;液晶ディスプレイ用カラーフィルター(以下、「CF」という。)用透明保護膜;CD、DVD、ブルーレイディスク等の光学記録媒体;インサートモールド(IMD、IMF)用転写フィルム;コピー機、プリンター等のOA機器用ゴムローラー;コピー機、スキャナー等のOA機器の読み取り部のガラス面;カメラ、ビデオカメラ、メガネ等の光学レンズ;腕時計等の時計の風防、ガラス面;自動車、鉄道車輌等の各種車輌のウインドウ;太陽電池用カバーガラス又はフィルム;化粧板等の各種建材;住宅の窓ガラス;家具等の木工材料などが挙げられる。
 本発明のハードコートフィルムは、フィルム基材の少なくとも一面に、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物を硬化させたハードコート層を有するものである。前記フィルム基材は、一般に使用される各種の樹脂フィルム基材を使用でき、例えば、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、セロファン、ジアセチルセルロース、トリアセチルセルロース、アセチルセルロースブチレート、セルロースアセテートプロピオネート、シクロオレフィンポリマー、シクロオレフィンコポリマー、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリビニルアルコール、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリスチレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリメチルペンテン、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリイミド、フッ素樹脂、ナイロン、アクリル樹脂等の樹脂フィルムを挙げることができる。特に、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、トリアセチルセルロース、アクリル樹脂の樹脂フィルムが透明性、加工性に優れるため好適に用いることができる。
 また、前記フィルム基材は、上記で挙げた樹脂フィルムのみからなる基材であってもよいが、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物との密着性を向上させるために、前記樹脂フィルムにプライマー層を設けたフィルム基材であってもよい。前記プライマー層としては、例えば、ポリエステル系樹脂、ウレタン系樹脂、アクリル系樹脂等からなるものが挙げられる。また、ハードコート層との密着性を向上させる目的で、樹脂フィルム表面を、サンドブラスト法、溶剤処理法等による表面の凹凸化処理、コロナ放電処理、クロム酸処理、火炎処理、熱風処理、オゾン・紫外線照射処理、酸化処理等により処理を施すこともできる。
 また、前記フィルム基材の厚さは、50~200μmの範囲が好ましく、80~150μmの範囲がより好ましく、90~130μmの範囲がさらに好ましい。本発明においては、フィルム基材の厚さを当該範囲とすることで、フィルム基材の片面にハードコート層を設けた場合にもカールを抑制しやすくなる。
 さらに、前記フィルム基材として、弾性率が3~7GPaの範囲のフィルム基材を使用することが好ましく、特に3~5GPaの範囲のフィルム基材を使用することが好ましい。弾性率が当該範囲であると、保護フィルムを形成した際にフィルム基材の変形が生じにくくハードコート層の割れを抑制でき、ハードコートフィルム表面の硬度低下を抑制しやすくなる。また、フィルム基材の柔軟性を確保できるため、後述する保護フィルムの貼り付け時に緩やかな曲面への追従が容易となる。
 本発明の保護フィルムは、上記のハードコートフィルムの一面に粘着剤層を有するものである。前記粘着層は、上記フィルム基材に粘着テープを貼り合わせるか、上記フィルム基材のハードコート面とは反対面に直接粘着剤層を塗布することで設けることできる。
 本発明の保護フィルムの粘着剤層の厚さは、5~50μmの範囲が好ましく、8~30μmの範囲がより好ましく、10~25μmの範囲がさらに好ましい。本発明において、粘着剤層の厚さを当該範囲とすることで、接着信頼性に優れ、またハードコートフィルムの表面硬さを著しく損なわず維持することができる。
 本発明に用いる粘着剤層に使用される粘着剤には、公知のアクリル系、ゴム系、シリコーン系等の粘着樹脂を使用することができる。そのなかでも、反復単位として炭素原子数2~14のアルキル基を有する(メタ)アクリレート単量体を主成分として重合させたアクリル系共重合体が、フィルム基材との密着性、透明性、耐候性の点から好ましい。
 前記炭素原子数2~14の(メタ)アクリレート単量体としては、例えば、エチルアクリレート、n-プロピルアクリレート、イソプロピルアクリレート、n-ブチルアクリレート、sec-ブチルアクリレート、t-ブチルアクリレート、n-ヘキシルアクリレート、シクロヘキシルアクリレート、n-オクチルアクリレート、イソオクチルアクリレート、2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート、イソノニルアクリレート、イソデシルアクリレート、ラウリルアクリレート、メチルメタクリレート、エチルメタクリレート、n-プロピルメタクリレート、イソプロピルメタクリレート、n-ブチルメタクリレート、sec-ブチルメタクリレート、t-ブチルメタクリレート、n-ヘキシルメタクリレート、シクロヘキシルメタクリレート、n-オクチルメタクリレート、イソオクチルメタクリレート、2-エチルヘキシルメタクリレート、イソノニルメタクリレート、イソデシルメタクリレート、ラウリルメタクリレート等が挙げられる。
 上記の(メタ)アクリレート単量体のなかでも、炭素原子数が4~9のアルキル基を有するアルキル(メタ)アクリレートが好ましく、さらに炭素原子数が4~9のアルキル基を有するアルキルアクリレートがより好ましい。アルキルアクリレートのなかでもn-ブチルアクリレート、イソオクチルアクリレート、2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート、イソノニルアクリレート、エチルアクリレートが特に好ましい。当該範囲の炭素原子数のアルキル基を有するアルキル(メタ)アクリレートを使用することで、好適な粘着力を確保しやすくなる。
 本発明の粘着剤層に使用するアクリル系共重合体を構成する単量体中の炭素原子数2~14の(メタ)アクリレートの含有量は、90~99質量%とすることが好ましく、90~96質量%にすることがより好ましい。当該範囲の前記(メタ)アクリレートの含有量にすることで、好適な粘着力を確保しやすくなる。
 アクリル系共重合体には、さらに単量体成分として、水酸基、カルボキシル基、アミド基等の極性基を有する(メタ)アクリレート単量体やその他の極性基を有するビニル系単量体を用いることが好ましい。
 前記水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレート単量体としては、例えば、2-ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、4-ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、6-ヒドロキシヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、カプロラクトン変性(メタ)アクリレート、ポリエチレングリコールモノ(メタ)アクリレート、ポリプロピレングリコールモノ(メタ)アクリレート等が挙げられる。これらのなかでも、2-ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、4-ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、6-ヒドロキシヘキシル(メタ)アクリレートを使用することが好ましい。
 前記カルボキシル基を有する(メタ)アクリレート単量体としては、例えば、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、イタコン酸、マレイン酸、クロトン酸、アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸の2量体、エチレンオキサイド変性コハク酸アクリレート等が挙げられる。これらのなかでも、アクリル酸を使用することが好ましい。
 前記アミド基を有する(メタ)アクリレート単量体としては、例えば、N-ビニル-2-ピロリドン、N-ビニルカプロラクタム、アクリロイルモルホリン、アクリルアミド、N,N-ジメチルアクリルアミド、N-アクリロイルオキシエチル-3,4,5,6-テトラヒドロフタルイミド等が挙げられる。これらのなかでも、N-ビニル-2-ピロリドン、N-ビニルカプロラクタム、アクリロイルモルホリンを使用することが好ましい。
 前記その他の極性基を有するビニル系単量体としては、例えば、酢酸ビニル、アクリロニトリル、無水マレイン酸、無水イタコン酸等が挙げられる。
 極性基を有する単量体の含有量は、アクリル系共重合体を構成する単量体成分の0.1~20質量%であることが好ましく、1~13質量%であることがより好ましく、1.5~8重量%であることがさらに好ましい。当該範囲で極性基を有する単量体を含有することにより、粘着剤の凝集力、保持力、接着性を好適な範囲に調整しやすい。
 粘着剤層に使用するアクリル系共重合体の重量平均分子量Mwは40万~140万であることが好ましく、60万~120万であることがより好ましい。当該アクリル系共重合体の重量平均分子量Mwが当該範囲内であると、接着力を特定範囲に調整しやすい。
 なお、前記重量平均分子量Mwは、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)により測定することができる。より具体的には、GPC測定装置として、東ソー株式会社製「SC8020」を用いて、ポリスチレン換算値により、次のGPC測定条件で測定して求めることができる。

 さらに粘着剤層の凝集力をあげるために、粘着剤中に架橋剤を添加するのが好ましい。架橋剤としては、例えば、イソシアネート系架橋剤、エポキシ系架橋剤、キレート系架橋剤等が挙げられる。架橋剤の添加量としては、粘着剤層のゲル分率25~80質量%になるよう調整するのが好ましく、40~75質量%になるように調整するのがより好ましく、50~70質量%になるように調整するのが最も好ましい。ゲル分率を当該範囲に調整することで、保護フィルムを基材に貼付したときの表面鉛筆硬度の低下を抑制することができ、接着性も十分なものとすることができる。なお、本発明におけるゲル分率は、養生後の粘着剤層をトルエン中に浸漬し、24時間放置後に残った不溶分の乾燥後の質量を測定し、元の質量に対して百分率で表したものである。
 さらに粘着剤層の粘着力を向上させるため、粘着付与樹脂を添加しても良い。粘着付与樹脂の添加量としては、粘着剤樹脂がアクリル系共重合体である場合は、アクリル系共重合体100質量部に対して、10~60質量部の範囲で添加するのが好ましい。さらに接着性を重視する場合は、20~50質量部の範囲で添加するのが好ましい。
 また、粘着剤には、上記以外に公知慣用の添加剤を添加することができる。例えば、ガラス基材への接着性を向上するために、粘着剤100質量部に対して、0.001~0.005質量部の範囲でシランカップリング剤を添加することが好ましい。さらに、必要に応じて、その他の添加剤として、可塑剤、軟化剤、充填剤、顔料、難燃剤等を添加することもできる。
 本発明の保護フィルムは、好適な耐擦傷性や滑り性を有することから各種用途に適用できるが、なかでも、液晶ディスプレイ(LCD)や有機ELディスプレイ等の画像表示装置の画像表示部に好適に適用できる。特に、薄型であっても好適な耐擦傷性や滑り性を実現できることから、電子手帳、携帯電話、スマートフォン、携帯オーディオプレイヤー、モバイルパソコン、タブレット端末等の小型化や薄型化の要請の高い携帯電子端末の画像表示装置の画像表示部の保護フィルムとして好適である。このような画像表示装置においては、例えば、LCDモジュールや有機ELモジュール等の画像表示モジュールをその構成中に有し、当該画像表示モジュール上部に当該画像表示モジュールを保護する透明パネルが設けられた構成の画像表示装置においては、当該透明パネルの表面又は裏面に貼り付けて使用することで、傷つき防止や透明パネルが破損した際の飛散防止に有効である。
 以下に実施例により本発明をより具体的に説明する。
(合成例1:ウレタンアクリレート(A1-1)の合成)
 撹拌機、ガス導入管、冷却管及び温度計を備えたフラスコに、ペンタエリスリトールトリアクリレート(以下、「PE3A」と略記する。)及びペンタエリスリトールテトラアクリレート(以下、「PE4A」と略記する。)の混合物(PE3A/PE4A=60/40(質量比))549.1質量部、ジブチル錫ジアセテート0.1質量部、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエン0.6質量部、p-メトキシフェノール0.1質量部及び酢酸ブチル160質量部を加え、空気を吹き込み、均一に混合しながら徐々に昇温した。60℃に達したところでヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート90.9質量部を加えた後、80℃で5時間反応させ、1分子中に6つのアクリロイル基を有するウレタンアクリレート(A1-1)を含む不揮発分80質量%溶液を得た。なお、この溶液には、不揮発分中にウレタンアクリレート(A1-1)の他にPE4Aが34.3質量%含まれる。
(合成例2:ウレタンアクリレート(A1-2)の合成)
 攪拌機、ガス導入管、冷却管及び温度計を備えたフラスコに、酢酸ブチル254質量部、イソホロンジイソシアネート222質量部、p-メトキシフェノール0.5質量部及びジブチル錫ジアセテート0.5質量部を仕込み、空気を吹き込みながら、70℃に昇温した後、PE3A及びPE4Aの混合物(PE3A/PE4A=75/25(質量比))795質量部を1時間かけて滴下した。滴下終了後、70℃で3時間反応させ、さらにイソシアネート基を示す2250cm-1の赤外線吸収スペクトルが消失するまで反応を行い、1分子中に6つのアクリロイル基を有するウレタンアクリレート(A1-2)を含む不揮発分80質量%溶液を得た。なお、この溶液には、不揮発分中にウレタンアクリレート(A1-2)の他にPE4Aが19.5質量%含まれる。
(合成例3:ウレタンアクリレート(A1-3)の合成)
 攪拌機、ガス導入管、冷却管及び温度計を備えたフラスコに、PE3A及びPE4Aの混合物(PE3A/PE4A=60/40(質量比))242質量部、p-メトキシフェノール0.23質量部、ジブチル錫ジラウレート0.13質量部及びメチルエチルケトン100質量部を仕込み、空気を吹き込みながら、75℃に昇温した後、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートの3量化物(イソシアヌレート体)(住化バイエルウレタン株式会社製「デスモジュールN3390BA」、不揮発分90質量%、NCO%:19.6、NCO当量:214g/eq.)107質量部及びメチルエチルケトン50質量部の混合溶液を2時間かけて滴下した。滴下終了後、75℃で4時間反応させ、さらにイソシアネート基を示す2250cm-1の赤外線吸収スペクトルが消失するまで反応を行い、1分子中に9つのアクリロイル基を有するウレタンアクリレート(A1-3)を含む不揮発分67.8質量%溶液を得た。なお、この溶液には、不揮発分中にウレタンアクリレート(A1-3)の他にPE4Aが28.6質量%含まれる。
(合成例4:フッ素化合物(B-1)の合成)
 攪拌機及び冷却管を備えたフラスコに、乾燥窒素雰囲気下で、下記式(5)で表される両末端にアリル基を有するパーフルオロポリエーテル500質量部、m-キシレンヘキサフロライド700質量部及びテトラメチルシクロテトラシロキサン361質量部を仕込み、攪拌しながら90℃まで昇温した。ここに塩化白金酸/ビニルシロキサン錯体のトルエン溶液0.442質量部(Pt単体として1.1×10-6モル含有。)を仕込み、内温を90℃以上に維持したまま4時間攪拌した。H-NMRスペクトルで原料のアリル基が消失したのを確認した後、溶剤や過剰のテトラメチルシクロテトラシロキサンを減圧留去し、活性炭処理を行うことで、下記式(6)で表される無色透明の液体であるパーフルオロポリエーテル化合物(1)を得た。

 乾燥空気雰囲気下で、上記で得られたパーフルオロポリエーテル化合物(1)50質量部、2-アリルオキシエタノール7.05質量部、m-キシレンヘキサフロライド50質量部及び塩化白金酸/ビニルシロキサン錯体のトルエン溶液0.0442質量部(Pt単体として1.1×10-7モル含有。)を混合し、100℃で4時間攪拌した。H-NMRスペクトル及び赤外線吸収スペクトルでSi-H基が消失したのを確認した後、溶剤と過剰の2-アリルオキシエタノールを減圧留去し、活性炭処理を行うことで、下記式(7)で表される淡黄色透明の液体であるパーフルオロポリエーテル化合物(2)を得た。

 乾燥空気雰囲気下で、上記で得られたパーフルオロポリエーテル化合物(2)50質量部、テトラヒドロフラン50質量部及び2-アクリロイルオキシエチルイソシアネート9質量部を混合し、50℃に加熱した。次いで、ジオクチル錫ラウレート0.05質量部を加え、50℃で24時間攪拌した。加熱終了後、80℃、0.27kPaで減圧留去することで、下記式(8)で表される淡黄色のペースト状であるフッ素化合物(B-1)を得た。このフッ素化合物(B-1)に、メチルエチルケトン及びメチルイソブチルケトンの混合溶剤(メチルエチルケトン/メチルイソブチルケトン=1/3(質量比))を加え、不揮発分20質量%のフッ素化合物(B-1)溶液を調製した。

 上記で得られたウレタンアクリレート(A1-1)~(A1-3)及びフッ素化合物(B-1)を用いて、下記の通り、活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物を調製した。
(実施例1)
 合成例1で得られたウレタンアクリレート(A1-1)を含む溶液62質量部(ウレタンアクリレート(A1-1)32.6質量部、PE4A 17質量部を含む。)、合成例3で得られたウレタンアクリレート(A1-3)を含む溶液18.3質量部(ウレタンアクリレート(A1-3)8.9質量部、PE4A 3.5質量部を含む。)、PE4A及びPE3Aの混合物(PE4A/PE3A=60/40(質量比))38質量部、合成例4で得られたフッ素化合物(B-1)の20質量%溶液7.5質量部(フッ素化合物(B-1)として1.5質量部)、反応性コロイダルシリカ(日産化学工業株式会社製「MEK-AC-2140Z」、不揮発分40質量%のメチルエチルケトン分散液;以下「反応性シリカ(C1-1)」と略記する。)287.5質量部(反応性シリカ(C1-1)として115質量部)、非反応性コロイダルシリカ(日産化学工業株式会社製「MEK-ST40」、不揮発分40質量%のメチルエチルケトン分散液;以下「非反応性シリカ(C2-1)」と略記する。)312.5質量部(非反応性シリカ(C2-1)として125質量部)、光重合開始剤(BASFジャパン株式会社製「イルガキュア184」、1-ヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトン;以下、「光重合開始剤(D-1)」と略記する。)10.9質量部及び光重合開始剤(BASFジャパン株式会社製「イルガキュア754」、オキシフェニル酢酸2-[2-オキソ-2-フェニルアセトキシエトキシ]エチルエステルとオキシフェニル酢酸2-(2-ヒドロキシエトキシ)エチルエステルとの混合物;以下、「光重合開始剤(D-2)」と略記する。)1.6質量部を均一に攪拌した後、メチルエチルケトンで希釈して、不揮発分40質量%の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物(1)を調製した。
[塗剤外観の評価]
 上記で得られた活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物(1)が、塗剤として利用可能か判断するために、目視で外観を観察して、下記の基準にしたがい塗剤外観を評価した。
 ○:白濁及び成分分離がない。
 ×:白濁又は成分分離がある。
[試験片フィルムの作製]
 上記で得られた活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物(1)を、ポリエチレンテレフタレート製フィルム(東洋紡株式会社製「コスモシャインA4100」、厚さ100μm)の易接着処理面上にワイヤーバー(#40)を用いて塗布して、60℃で1分間乾燥後、酸素濃度5,000ppm以下の雰囲気下で紫外線照射装置(アイグラフィックス株式会社製「MIDN-042-C1」、ランプ:120W/cm、高圧水銀灯)を用いて、照射光量0.5J/cmで紫外線を照射して、厚さ15μmの硬化塗膜(ハードコート層)を有する試験片フィルムを得た。
[硬化塗膜外観の評価]
 上記で得られた試験片フィルムの硬化塗膜の表面を目視で観察し、下記の基準にしたがい硬化塗膜外観を評価した。
 ○:塗布ムラ、塗布スジ、及びブツがない。
 ×:塗布ムラ、塗布スジ又はブツがある。
 上記で得られた試験片フィルムについて、下記のカール、鉛筆硬度、耐擦傷性、水接触角、防汚性、滑り性の評価又は測定を行った。
[耐カール性の評価]
 上記で得られた評価用フィルムを10cm角に切り取り、23℃、50%RHで一晩静置の後、カールした四隅の底面からの浮き上がりを計測し、下記の基準にしたがい耐カール性を評価した。
 ◎:四隅の浮き上がりの平均値が10mm未満である。
 ○:四隅の浮き上がりの平均値が10mm以上25mm未満である。
 ×:四隅の浮き上がりの平均値が25mm以上である。
[鉛筆硬度の測定]
 上記で得られた評価用フィルムの硬化塗膜表面について、JIS S 6006:2007に規定された鉛筆を用いて、JIS K 5600-5-4:1999に準じて、傷跡を生じなかった最も硬い鉛筆の硬度を鉛筆硬度として測定した。
[耐擦傷性の評価]
 上記で得られた試験片フィルムを30cm×2cmの長方形に切り取り、平面摩擦試験機(株式会社東洋精機製作所製)に治具で固定し、スチールウール#0000を用いて荷重1kg/cm、ストローク10cm、速度20cm/秒、往復200回実施後の試験片の傷付き状態を目視観察し、下記の基準にしたがい耐擦傷性を評価した。
 ◎:傷が付かない。
 ○:5本未満の傷が付く。
 △:5本以上の傷が付くが、試験片フィルム全面には傷が付かない。
 ×:試験片フィルム全体に傷が付く。
[水接触角の測定]
 上記で得られた試験片フィルムを1×5cmの長方形に切り、試験片フィルムの硬化塗膜を表側にして両面テープでガラス板に固定し、協和界面科学株式会社製の自動接触角計「DROMPAMSTER500」で精製水4~4.5μLの接触角を測定した。
[防汚性の評価]
 上記で得られた試験片フィルムの硬化塗膜上に、三菱鉛筆株式会社製「ユニ・メディアックス(黒)」でインクを円状に塗布し、インクのはじき度合いを目視観察した。その観察結果から、下記の基準にしたがい防汚性を評価した。
 5:インクを点状にはじく。
 4:インクを点と線状にはじく。
 3:インクを線状にはじく。
 2:インクをわずかにはじく。
 1:インクをはじかない。
[滑り性の評価]
 上記で得られた試験片フィルムの硬化塗膜の表面をベンコット(旭化成せんい株式会社製)で擦った際の滑りやすさから、下記の基準にしたがい滑り性を評価した。
 ◎:よく滑る。
 ○:滑る。
 △:滑りにくい。
 ×:滑らない。
(実施例2)
 実施例1で用いたフッ素化合物(B-1)の20質量%溶液を5質量部(フッ素化合物(B-1)として1質量部)とした以外は、実施例1と同様に、不揮発分40質量%の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物(2)を調製した。得られた活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物(2)を用いて、実施例1と同様に、試験片フィルムの作製後、評価又は測定を行った。
(実施例3)
 実施例1で用いたPE4A及びPE3Aの混合物(PE4A/PE3A=60/40(質量比))に代えて、合成例2で得られたウレタンアクリレート(A1-2)を含む溶液23.8質量部(ウレタンアクリレート(A1-2)15.3質量部、PE4A 3.7質量部を含む。)、ならびにDPHA及びDPPAの混合物(DPHA/DPPA=60/40(質量比))19質量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様に、不揮発分40質量%の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物(3)を調製した。得られた活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物(3)を用いて、実施例1と同様に、試験片フィルムの作製後、評価又は測定を行った。
(実施例4)
 実施例1で用いた反応性シリカ(C1-1)の不揮発分40質量%のメチルエチルケトン分散液の配合量を287.5質量部から187.5質量部(反応性シリカ(C1-1)として75質量部)に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様に、不揮発分40質量%の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物(4)を調製した。得られた活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物(4)を用いて、実施例1と同様に、試験片フィルムの作製後、評価又は測定を行った。
(比較例1)
 実施例1で用いた反応性シリカ(C1-1)及び非反応性シリカ(C2-1)を配合しなかった以外は、実施例1と同様に、不揮発分40質量%の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物(R1)を調製した。得られた活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物(R1)を用いて、実施例1と同様に、試験片フィルムの作製後、評価又は測定を行った。
(比較例2)
 実施例1で用いたフッ素化合物(B-1)の20質量%溶液に代えて、ポリ(パーフルオロアルキレンエーテル)鎖の片末端にアクリロイル基を有するフッ素化合物(ダイキン工業株式会社製「オプツールDAC-HP」、不揮発分20質量部;以下、「フッ素化合物(RB-1)」と略記する。)7.5質量部(フッ素化合物(RB-1)として1.5質量部)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に、不揮発分40質量%の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物(R2)を調製した。得られた活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物(R2)を用いて、実施例1と同様に、試験片フィルムの作製後、評価又は測定を行った。
(比較例3)
 実施例1で用いた反応性シリカ(C1-1)の不揮発分40質量%のメチルエチルケトン分散液の配合量を287.5質量部から500質量部(反応性シリカ(C1-1)として200質量部)に変更し、非反応性シリカ(C2-1)を配合しなかった以外は、実施例1と同様に、不揮発分40質量%の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物(R3)を調製した。得られた活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物(R3)を用いて、実施例1と同様に、試験片フィルムの作製後、評価又は測定を行った。
(比較例4)
 実施例1で用いた非反応性シリカ(C2-1)の不揮発分40質量%のメチルエチルケトン分散液の配合量を312.5質量部から500質量部(非反応性シリカ(C2-1)として200質量部)に変更し、反応性シリカ(C1-1)を配合しなかった以外は、実施例1と同様に、不揮発分40質量%の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物(R4)を調製した。得られた活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物(R4)を用いて、実施例1と同様に、試験片フィルムの作製後、評価又は測定を行った。
 上記の実施例1~4及び比較例1~4で得られた活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の組成及び評価結果を表1に示す。なお、表1中の組成は、すべて不揮発分量で記載しており、ウレタンアクリレート(A1-1)~(A1-3)については、PE4Aを含んだ配合量を記載している。

 表1に示した評価結果から、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物である実施例1~4のものは、塗剤として外観に問題はなく、その硬化塗膜の外観にも問題がないことが確認できた。また、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物は硬化後のカールが小さく、高い耐カール性を有することも確認できた。さらに、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化塗膜表面は、高い鉛筆硬度を有し、優れた耐擦傷性、鉛筆硬度、防汚性、滑り性も有することが確認できた。
 一方、比較例1は、本発明で用いる反応性シリカ(C1)及び非反応性シリカ(C2)の両方を用いなかった活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の例であるが、鉛筆硬度が十分でないことが確認できた。
 比較例2は、本発明で用いるフッ素化合物(B)以外のフッ素化合物を用いた活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の例であるが、鉛筆硬度、耐擦傷性、滑り性が十分でないことが確認できた。
 比較例3は、本発明で用いる非反応性シリカ(C2)を用いなかった活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の例であるが、鉛筆硬度が十分でなく、硬化後のカールが大きく、耐カール性も十分でないことが確認できた。
 比較例4は、本発明で用いる反応性シリカ(C1)を用いなかった活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の例であるが、鉛筆硬度、耐擦傷性が十分でないことが確認できた。

Claims (14)

  1.  活性エネルギー線硬化性化合物(A)、ポリ(パーフルオロアルキレンエーテル)鎖の両末端に2価の連結基を介してシクロポリシロキサン構造が結合し、前記シクロポリシロキサン構造に2価の連結基を介して(メタ)アクリロイル基が結合した構造を有するフッ素化合物(B)、反応性シリカ(C1)、及び非反応性シリカ(C2)を含有することを特徴とする活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物。
  2.  前記活性エネルギー線硬化性化合物(A)が、脂肪族ポリイソシアネート(a1)と水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレート(a2)とを反応させて得られた1分子中に4つ以上の(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(A1)、及び1分子中に3つ以上の(メタ)アクリロイル基を有する多官能(メタ)アクリレート(A2)である請求項1記載の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物。
  3.  前記脂肪族ポリイソシアネート(a1)が、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、ノルボルナンジイソシアネート、イソホロンジイソシアネート、メチレンビス(4-シクロヘキシルイソシアネート)及びこれらの3量化物からなる群から選ばれる1種以上のポリイソシアネートである請求項2記載の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物。
  4.  前記(メタ)アクリレート(a2)が、ジペンタエリスリトールペンタ(メタ)アクリレート及びペンタエリスリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレートからなる群から選ばれる1種以上の(メタ)アクリレートである請求項2項記載の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物。
  5.  前記多官能(メタ)アクリレート(A2)の(メタ)アクリロイル基当量が、50~200g/eq.の範囲である請求項2記載の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物。
  6.  前記多官能(メタ)アクリレート(A2)が、ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールペンタ(メタ)アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールテトラ(メタ)アクリレート及びペンタエリスリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレートからなる群から選ばれる1種以上の多官能(メタ)アクリレートである請求項2記載の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物。
  7.  請求項1~6のいずれか1項記載の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物に、活性エネルギー線を照射して得られたことを特徴とする硬化物。
  8.  請求項1~6のいずれか1項記載の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物に、酸素濃度が5,000ppm以下のガス雰囲気下で、紫外線を照射することによって得られたことを特徴とする硬化物。
  9.  請求項1~6のいずれか1項記載の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化塗膜を有することを特徴とする物品。
  10.  フィルム基材の少なくとも一面にハードコート層を有し、前記ハードコート層が請求項1~6のいずれか1項記載の活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物の硬化物からなることを特徴とするハードコートフィルム。
  11.  ハードコート層の厚さが1~20μmであり、基材の厚さが50~200μmである請求項10記載のハードコートフィルム。
  12.  請求項10記載のハードコートフィルムの一面に粘着剤層を有することを特徴とする保護フィルム。
  13.  粘着剤層の厚さが5~50μmである請求項12記載の保護フィルム。
  14.  携帯電子端末の画像表示部の保護に使用される請求項12記載の保護フィルム。
