- each individual operation screen (B1 screen), ladder diagram screen (B2 screen), I / O are displayed on the three displays 51 arranged side by side.
- the operator can confirm information regarding the machine tool 10B at the same time.
- the processing machine line 1 since the worker standing in front of the machine tool 10B has a short distance to the display 51 of the left and right machine tools 10A and 10C, all three of them are hardly moved from the standing position. The display 51 can be confirmed.
- the processing machine line 1 is configured such that the transfer control device 7 of the autoloader 45 is connected to the control device 15 of each machine tool 10 via a LAN and can communicate. Therefore, the autoloader 45 does not have a dedicated display, but can display its own predetermined information on the display 51 of the machine tool 10.
- the other machine selection button 68 of the main menu screen 60 shown in FIG. 7 is selected, the other machine selection screen 75 shown in FIG. 9 is displayed on the display 51 of the operation panel 20.
- an autoloader selection button 79 is set.
- a main menu screen for selecting predetermined information related to the autoloader 45 is displayed on the display 51, and the predetermined information screen of the autoloader is displayed on the display 51 by the operator's transition operation. Is displayed. Since the processing machine line 1 has a very compact configuration, an operation panel dedicated to an autoloader cannot be provided. However, in this embodiment, the disadvantage is eliminated by using the operation panel 20 of the machine tool 10. And since the operation panel for exclusive use of an autoloader becomes unnecessary, the structure of the processing machine line 1 can be simplified and cost can also be held down.
- the processing machine line 1 by which the operation panel 20 was mounted in all the four machine tools 10 was shown.
- the operation panel 20 may be configured to be detachable, and may be replaced with a specific machine tool 10 when necessary.
- the processing machine line 1 can be further simplified and the cost can be reduced.
- the processing machine line 1 is equipped with the operation panel 20 on the machine tools 10A and 10C, for example, at normal times.
- the operation panel 20 mounted on the machine tools 10A and 10C may be used to display predetermined information about itself from the other machine selection screen 70. Since the distance between the machine tools 10 is extremely close, there is no particular problem in use for the operator. When three screens are required as in the operation check described above, the operation panel may be brought from another and attached.
- the machine tools 10 constituting the processing machine line 1 are all described as being the same type, but some or all of the machine tools may be different.
- the processing machine line 1 was comprised with the four machine tools 10 was demonstrated, if it is two or more, there will be no limitation in a number.
- the arrangement of each machine tool is not particularly limited as long as the effects of the invention can be achieved.
- the operation check of the machine tool has been described as an example of use of the present invention. However, it can be used in various other situations. Moreover, although the case where three screens were displayed was demonstrated, two or four display screens may be sufficient.
- the operation panel 20 may be a panel computer, and the predetermined information may be acquired directly from the control device 15 of another machine tool 10 without using the control device 15 of the machine tool 10 mounted. Further, it is preferable that the panel computer is connected to the machine tool 10 by connecting with a wireless LAN. In this case, it is not necessary to provide a panel computer for all the machine tools 10 constituting the processing machine line 1.
- Processing machine line 6 Hub 7: Transfer control device 10 (10A, 10B, 10C, 10D): Machine tool 15: Control device 20: Operation panel 51 (51A, 51B, 51C): Display 52: Input unit 60 : Main menu screen 70: Other device selection screen
