- 粘着面を有するテープ状基材を巻回してなる粘着テープロールを該ロールの中心軸線回りに回転可能に支持する本体部と該本体部に前記ロールの径方向外向きに凸設される鍔部とを備える清掃具によって支持された粘着テープロールを収容可能な筒状体をなす清掃具用ケースであって、
筒状体には、清掃具に支持された粘着テープロールが軸方向に沿って収脱可能となるように、軸方向一端における一端開口と、周方向の所定幅、かつ、軸方向一端から少なくとも中央部に亘る筒壁開口とが形成されており、
該筒壁開口を形成する筒壁縁部のうち、軸方向一端から少なくとも中央部に沿う部分に凸設され、鍔部が摺動可能な下レール部と、
該下レール部の軸方向における一端側を除く中央部側において、下レール部に対して筒状体の径方向外側に離間して設けられ、下レール部との間に鍔部を保持可能な上レール部とを備えることを特徴とする清掃具用ケース。 - 前記本体部には、把持可能な取手が凸設されており、
前記上レール部は、鍔部が下レール部上を摺動される際に、取手が筒壁開口内を軸方向に沿って移動されるように、前記筒壁縁部の軸方向中央部側に軸方向に沿って凸設されており、
該上レール部は、清掃具に支持された粘着テープロールが筒状体に収容された状態で、清掃具の鍔部が下レール部の前記一端側に摺動されることを抑制すべく、取手に係脱可能に係合する係合用突起を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の清掃具用ケース。 - 下レール部の軸方向の長さにおいて、軸方向の一端側であって上レール部が対向していない部分の長さと、軸方向の中央部側であって上レール部が対向している部分の長さとの比は、1:3乃至3:1であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の清掃具用ケース。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の清掃具用ケースと、該清掃具用ケースに収容される粘着テープロールを支持する請求項1又は2に記載の清掃具とを備えるケース付清掃具。
- 前記筒壁開口は、軸方向一端から中央部に亘って形成されており、
筒状体のうち、筒壁開口よりも軸方向他端側であって軸方向中央部側から他端に亘る筒壁部、又は、本体部の何れか一方は、鍔部が下レール部に載置された状態において、筒状体の軸方向に沿った平面形状をなし、他方は、前記一方に向けて凸をなす湾曲形状をなして構成されており、
前記湾曲形状と前記平面形状とは、鍔部が下レール部上を摺動されて、清掃具に支持された粘着テープロールが筒状体に対して所定の収容位置に収容されるときに、本体部が筒壁部に当接される状態となるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のケース付清掃具。
