Definitions
- the present invention relates to a deployable disposable diaper.
- the diaper has a vertical direction, a horizontal direction, and a thickness direction perpendicular to each other.
- the diaper has a first waistline portion, a crotch portion, and a second waistline portion arranged in the vertical direction. Then, by fastening each fastening tape provided at each lateral end of the second waistline portion to the target area of the first waistline portion, a waistline opening and a pair of leghole openings are formed.
- Patent Document 1 To be worn by the wearer.
- the unfolded disposable diaper 1 ′ is also used for such a low-weight infant 101.
- the target region 1at ′ of the first waistline portion 1a ′ to which the male material 11m ′ of the fastening tape 11 ′ is generally locked is the ventral side of the low-weight infant 101, that is, the low-weight infant 101 Located under the body. Therefore, when changing diapers, the low-weight infant 101 is repositioned on his / her back so that the first waistline portion 1a ′ is exposed upward and then locked to the target region 1at ′. The material 11m ′ is removed and the diaper 1 ′ is developed to remove the diaper 1 ′ from the low-weight infant 101.
- the present invention has been made in view of the conventional problems as described above, and an object of the present invention is to provide a deployable disposable diaper that can be removed from a wearable person in a prone posture.
- the main invention for achieving the above object is:
- the first waistline portion, the crotch portion, and the second waistline portion are arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction, and the transverse direction of the second waistline portion is
- Each unfolding disposable diaper is formed with one waistline opening and a pair of leghole openings by locking each fastening tape fixed to each end to the first waistline.
- a tear line for cutting out a portion of the second waistline portion to which the fastening tape is fixed is formed in the unfolded state of the diaper.
- FIG. 1A is a schematic side view of a low-weight infant 101 in a positioning posture
- FIG. 1B is a view taken along the line BB in FIG. 1A.
- 3A, FIG. 3B, and FIG. 3C are an AA sectional view, a BB sectional view, and a CC sectional view in FIG. 2, respectively.
- FIG. 5A is a schematic side view of the low-weight infant 101 in the lying posture before removing the diaper 1
- FIG. 5B is a schematic side view showing a state where the diaper 1 is removed from the baby 101 in the lying posture.
- the diaper is attached to the wearing subject so that the second waistline portion to which the fastening tape is fixed is located on the back side of the wearing subject.
- the second waistline portion is usually positioned above the vertical direction, but here, according to the diaper having the above configuration, the fastening tape is fixed in the second waistline portion.
- the cut portion can be cut off with a cut line. Therefore, the fastening tape can be removed from the lateral central portion of the second waistline portion in the collapsed posture, and as a result, the diaper can be deployed in the same posture. And thereby, a diaper can be removed from the wearing subject in a prone posture.
- the cut line is formed at each position on both sides in the lateral direction, corresponding to each fastening tape, Each of the cut lines passes from the portion serving as the waistline opening portion through the position on the inner side in the lateral direction from the portion of the second waistline portion to which the fastening tape is fixed. It is desirable to form with the route extended toward the part used as an opening part.
- the portion of the second waistline portion where the fastening tape is fixed can be quickly cut out while being folded.
- the cut line passes through a position on the inner side in the lateral direction from the portion of the second waistline portion where the fastening tape is fixed. Therefore, it is not necessary to cut the fastening tape when cutting out the same portion. As a result, the force required for cutting the cut line can be reduced, and as a result, the external load that can be applied to the wearer at the time of cutting the cut line can be reduced.
- the cut line has a plurality of through holes penetrating in the thickness direction, The plurality of through holes are preferably arranged along a direction in which the cut line should extend.
- the cut line since the cut line has a plurality of through holes, the cut line can be cut with a small force. And thereby, the external load which can be given to a wear subject at the time of the cutting
- disconnection of a cutoff line can be reduced.
- the cut line is a first cut line portion formed to extend inward in the longitudinal direction from a portion that becomes the waistline opening, A second cut line portion located at a position inside the vertical direction from the first cut line portion and at the same position as the fastening tape with respect to the vertical direction,
- the ratio of the second cut line portion is more than the ratio of the first cut line portion. Small is desirable.
- the first cut line portion is easier to cut than the second cut line portion. Therefore, when each fastening tape is pulled outward in the lateral direction so that the diaper can be attached to the wearer, the diaper can be effectively worn while effectively preventing the second tear line from being cut unexpectedly.
- detaching from the base it is possible to easily start cutting from the portion serving as the waistline opening based on the first cut line portion.
- the cut line has a curved portion having a curved shape that is displaced outward in the lateral direction as it proceeds inward in the vertical direction at a position inside the vertical direction with respect to the second cut line portion,
- the ratio of the second cut line portion is smaller than the ratio of the curved portion. Is desirable.
- the curved portion is easier to cut than the second cut line portion. Therefore, when pulling each fastening tape to the outside in the lateral direction so that the diaper can be worn by the wearer, it is possible to wear the diaper while effectively preventing the second cut line portion from being unexpectedly cut. When removing from the person, the curved portion can be accurately cut along the curved target shape.
- the cut line is a linear portion extending linearly along the vertical direction from a portion that becomes the waistline opening, and is located on the inner side in the vertical direction than the linear portion, and on the inner side in the vertical direction. It is desirable to have a curved portion having a curved shape displaced outward in the lateral direction as it advances.
- the cut line has a curved portion as described above.
- the cut line can reach the lateral outer edge of the diaper with a relatively short route.
- the route of the cut line can be ended without greatly extending inward in the vertical direction.
- leg elastic members are provided along the vertical direction for contracting the portions that become the leg opening in the vertical direction, respectively.
- the curved part is virtually divided into a part on the waistline opening side and a part on the leghole opening side, and when the leg elastic member is viewed from the thickness direction It is desirable that the leg-hole elastic member intersects with the trunk-hole opening side portion of the curved portion.
- the leg elastic member intersects the trunk opening side portion of the curved portion. Therefore, the intersection position of the leg-hole elastic member and the curved portion is located in the vicinity of the boundary position between the linear portion and the curved portion.
- the moment when the straight portion is cut it is easy to accidentally cut the extension line of the same portion or its vicinity, that is, There is a risk that the position shifted from the curved portion may be cut accidentally.
- the leg-hole elastic member and the curved portion are located in the vicinity of the boundary position between the linear portion and the curved portion. The intersection is located.
- the diaper has a plurality of sheets stacked in the thickness direction, It is desirable that the number of sheets stacked in at least a part of the curved portion is smaller than the number of sheets stacked in the linear portion.
- the number of stacked sheets is smaller in at least a part of the curved portion than in the linear portion. Therefore, the part is relatively easy to cut. Therefore, it is possible to easily cut a curved line that is generally more difficult than a straight line, and as a result, the curved portion can be cut accurately along the target shape.
- the diaper has a resin film in which the stretching direction during production is along the longitudinal direction,
- the linear portion is preferably formed on the resin film.
- the stretching direction of the resin film is the longitudinal direction
- the resin film is easily cut in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the straight portion can be easily cut along the vertical direction.
- Such a deployable disposable diaper At each position on both sides in the lateral direction, a sheet-like three-dimensional gather forming portion provided along the longitudinal direction is provided,
- the three-dimensional gather forming portion has a base end portion that cannot stand up in the thickness direction and a stand up portion that can stand on the skin side in the thickness direction with the base end portion serving as a fulcrum in the lateral direction.
- the upright portion stands up on the skin side in the thickness direction by shrinking the upright portion in the vertical direction based on the contraction force in the vertical direction acting on the upright portion, It is desirable that the cut line is formed at a position outside in the lateral direction with respect to the base end portion and the upright portion.
- the cut line is formed at a position on the outer side in the lateral direction from the base end portion and the standing portion of the three-dimensional gather forming portion. Therefore, even if the cut line is cut, excrement held by the base end portion and the upright portion of the three-dimensional gather forming portion on the inner side in the lateral direction can be appropriately blocked. And thereby, the leakage of the excrement from a diaper can be prevented effectively.
- An absorbent core formed by laminating a liquid absorbent material that absorbs liquid in the thickness direction has a center in the lateral direction, It is desirable that the cut line is formed at a position on the outer side in the lateral direction with respect to the absorbent core.
- the tear line is formed at a position where the absorbent core does not exist. Therefore, it is possible to effectively avoid the excrement retained by the absorbent core from leaking from the core along with the cutting of the cut line, thereby effectively preventing the excretion of the excrement from the diaper. .
- Such a deployable disposable diaper It is desirable that a cutting line is formed along the vertical direction at the same position as the cut line with respect to the position in the lateral direction in a portion of the first waist part that becomes the waist opening.
- the portion that becomes the waistline opening portion in the first waistline portion can be folded, thereby, Part of the wearer's body can be exposed. Then, various treatments such as phototherapy can be performed on the exposed portion. Moreover, if said cutting line is cut

- the aforementioned crotch side flaps 1 msf and 1 msf are formed over a predetermined range.
- Each of the crotch side flaps 1msf, 1msf is a portion that becomes the leg opening 1HL in the mounted state together with a part of the first side flap 1asf and a part of the second side flap 1bsf, That is, the part which covers the leg periphery of the low weight child 101 is comprised. Then, in order to form leg gathers by contracting each crotch side flap 1 msf in the vertical direction, each leg crotch side flap 1 msf is provided with a rubber thread 21 along a straight line in the vertical direction as the leg elastic member 21. It is fixed by bonding or the like in an extended state in the direction.
- the leg-hole elastic member 21 is interposed between the exterior sheet 5 and the three-dimensional gather sheet 6, but is not limited thereto.
- it may be adhered to the non-skin side surface of the exterior sheet 5, or may be adhered to the skin side surface of the three-dimensional gather sheet 6.
- the rubber thread 21 is used as the leg-hole elastic member 21, but the present invention is not limited to this.
- Flat rubber may be used, or a stretchable nonwoven fabric or stretch film having stretchability based on its own elasticity may be used.
- the fastening tapes 11, 11 are respectively provided at the lateral outer ends 1 bsfe 2, 1 bsfe 2 of the pair of second side flaps 1 bsf, 1 bsf.
- Each fastening tape 11 is a strip-shaped sheet made of a horizontally long non-woven fabric as a tape base 11a, and one end of the tape base 11a in the horizontal direction is fixed to a part 1bk of the outer end 1bsfe2 of the second side flap 1bsf. The other end portion protrudes outward in the lateral direction from the outer end portion 1bsfe2 of the second side flap 1bsf.
- surface fastener is being fixed to the skin side surface of this projecting part, and also several protrusions (not shown) for latching are provided in the skin side surface of the male material 11m. . Therefore, the fastening tape 11 is locked to the first waistline portion 1a when the locking protrusion of the male material 11m is hooked on the target region 1at set on the non-skin side surface of the first waistline portion 1a.
- a well-known one can be applied as a hook-and-loop fastener, and for example, a hooking protrusion or a T-shaped protrusion can be used as appropriate.
- the target region 1at is a non-skin side surface of the exterior sheet 5 that is the non-skin side surface of the first waistline 1a. That is, in this example, since the exterior sheet 5 is a nonwoven fabric and the sheet 5 can secure a sufficient locking force with the male material 11m, the non-skin side surface of the exterior sheet 5 itself The male material 11m is to be locked.
- the present invention is not limited to this, and a dedicated target tape may be separately used for forming the target region 1at.
- a pair of fastening tapes 11 and 11 of the second waistline portion 1b are used to pull the second waistline portion 1b of the diaper 1 to both sides in the lateral direction.
- the fastening tapes 11 and 11 are respectively engaged with the target region 1at of the first waistline portion 1a (FIG. 4).
- the tape base material 11 a further protrudes outward in the lateral direction from the male material 11 m, and this protruding portion 11 ap serves as a knob portion 11 ap that is picked when the fastening tape 11 is pulled to both sides.
- the second side flaps 1bsf of the second waistline portion 1b are provided for the purpose of making it possible to remove the diaper 1 from the low-weight infant 101 in the collapsed posture of FIG. 5A.
- 1bsf are respectively formed with tear lines 1c, 1c in the unfolded state of the diaper 1 as shown in FIG.
- FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of a main part for explaining the cut line 1c.
- the cut line 1c is a portion 1bk to which the tape base material 11a of the fastening tape 11 is fixed in the second waistline portion 1b (the portion 1bk indicated by hatching in FIG. 6). , And also referred to as a fastening tape fixing portion 1bk).
- the cut line 1c is formed on each second side flap 1bsf so as to correspond to each fastening tape 11.
- Each cut line 1c passes from the portion 1bHB of the second waistline portion 1b, which becomes the waistline opening 1HB, to the side of the second waistline portion 1b through the position in the lateral direction from the fastening tape fixing portion 1bk. It is formed by a route extending toward the portion 1bHL that becomes the leg opening 1HL.
- the diaper 1 can be quickly removed as shown in FIG. 5B from the low-weight infant 101 in the prone posture as shown in FIG. 5A. That is, as shown in FIG. 5A, normally, the diaper 1 is placed on the low-weight infant 101 so that the second waistline portion 1b to which the fastening tape 11 is fixed is located on the back side of the low-weight infant 101. Installed. Therefore, in the prone posture, the second waistline portion 1b is positioned above in the vertical direction.
- the fastening tape fixing portion 1bk of the second waistline portion 1b is attached as described above. It can be cut along the cut line 1c (FIG. 5B).
- the fastening tape 11 can be separated from the lateral central portion 1bc (FIG. 6) of the second waistline portion 1b.
- the male material 11m of the fastening tape 11 is engaged with the first waistline portion 1a.
- the diaper 1 can be developed by uncoupling the first waistline portion 1a and the second waistline portion 1b while being stopped. And thereby, the diaper 1 can be removed from the low weight child 101 in the prone posture.
- the cut line 1c passes through a position inside the second waistline portion 1b in the lateral direction from the fastening tape fixing portion 1bk. Therefore, when cutting the fixed portion 1bk, it is not necessary to cut the fastening tape 11 at all, and thereby the force required for cutting the cut line 1c can be reduced. As a result, it is possible to reduce the external load that can be given to the low-weight infant 101 when cutting, which is suitable for the idea of minimum handling.
- the perforation of the cut line 1c is an aggregate of a plurality of linear slits (corresponding to the through-holes and schematically shown in all drawings including the perforations including FIG. 6). It is. That is, a plurality of linear slits (not shown) penetrating the second side flap 1bsf in the thickness direction are arranged along the direction in which the cut line 1c should extend.
- the length of the slit and the pitch of the slit are appropriately set in consideration of cutting properties, etc., and specific examples here can be exemplified by 1 to 3 mm as the length of the slit, Examples of the distance between the slits (that is, the length of the portion where no slit is located between the slits) can be 0.5 mm to 2 mm. Incidentally, it can be said that the pitch of the slit is a sum of the length of the slit and the interval.
- each cut line 1c has a substantially J shape having a linear portion 1cL along the vertical direction and a curved portion 1cB having a curved shape.
- the straight portion 1cL is a portion 1bHB to be the waistline opening 1HB in the second waistline portion 1b, that is, along a straight line parallel to the longitudinal direction starting from the longitudinal outer edge 1be1 of the second waistline portion 1b. Then, it proceeds to the inside in the vertical direction, and reaches the same position as the position of the fastening tape 11 in the vertical direction or a position slightly beyond the same position. At this position, the curved portion 1cB is connected to the curved portion 1cB. The curved portion 1cB further extends inward in the vertical direction.
- the curved portion 1cB is displaced outward in the lateral direction with a predetermined radius of curvature as it goes inward in the vertical direction, and finally, the leg portion of the second waistline portion 1b. It reaches a portion 1bHL to be the opening 1HL, that is, an outer edge 1be2 in the lateral direction of the second waistline portion 1b.
- the cut line 1c can be made to reach the lateral outer edge 1be2 of the second waistline portion 1b by a relatively short route. That is, the route of the cut line 1c can be terminated without greatly extending inward in the vertical direction.
- the route of the cut line 1c greatly extends inward in the vertical direction, for example, when the route reaches the first side flap 1asf (FIG. 2), the positioning posture is low. It is possible to effectively prevent a part of the cut line 1c from being sandwiched between the abdomen of the weight child 101 and the leg that is opened in an M shape and difficult to cut.
- the cut line 1c is completely within the second side flap 1bsf, but the present invention is not limited to this. That is, depending on the case, a part of the cut line 1c may protrude toward the crotch side flap 1msf. However, if the amount of protrusion is excessive, it becomes difficult to cut the above-mentioned cut line 1c because it becomes easy to be sandwiched between the abdomen of the low-weight child 101 and the M-shaped leg or the cutting length becomes long. It can lead to a malfunction.
- a plurality of sheets 4, 5, 6 exist at the position where the linear portion 1cL is formed. Specifically, there are three members, the three-dimensional gather sheet 6, the leak-proof sheet 4, and the exterior sheet 5, from the skin side in the thickness direction, and the number of stacked sheets is three. Therefore, in this linear portion 1cL, perforations are formed through the three stacked sheets 4, 5, and 6.
- the formation position of the curved portion 1cB is displaced outward in the horizontal direction as it proceeds inward in the vertical direction. For this reason, the number of stacked sheets changes in the process of proceeding from one end to the other end of the curved portion 1cB. That is, as shown in the left half of FIG.
- the number of stacked sheets is three as in the linear portion 1cL.
- the leak-proof sheet 4 does not exist, so the three-dimensional gather sheet 6 and the exterior sheet 5 The two-sheet configuration. Therefore, in the former part 1cB1, perforations are formed through the three sheets 4, 5 and 6, whereas in the latter part 1cB2, the perforations are formed through the two sheets 5 and 6. Is formed.
- the part 1cB2 of the curved part 1cB when the number of stacked sheets is small, the part 1cB2 is relatively easy to cut. Therefore, it is possible to easily cut a curved line that is generally more difficult than a straight line, and as a result, it is possible to accurately cut the curved portion 1cB along the curved target shape.
- the cut line 1 c is formed in the second side flap 1 bsf, and therefore, the cut line 1 c is outside the absorber 3 in the lateral direction. It is formed at the position.
- the cut line 1 c is formed at a position outside in the lateral direction from the base end portion 6 k and the upright portion 6 s of the three-dimensional gather sheet 6. Therefore, even if the cut line 1c is cut, the base 3k and the upright part 6s of the absorber 3 and the three-dimensional gather sheet 6 are not affected at all and are maintained in a healthy state. And thereby, the excrement which the absorber 3 or the standing part 6s hold
- the cut line 1c is formed at a position laterally outside the sheet 2, that is, the top sheet 2 exists at the position of the cut line 1c. Not done. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the number of stacked sheets at the position of the cut line 1c, which contributes to an improvement in the ease of cutting the cut line 1c.
- the sheet 4 is arranged so that the stretching direction at the time of production of the resin film forming the leak-proof sheet 4 of FIG. 6 is along the vertical direction.
- the resin film is easily cut along the stretching direction because the resin orientation is aligned in the stretching direction. Therefore, if the stretching direction is along the longitudinal direction, the leak-proof sheet 4 can be easily cut along the longitudinal direction. As a result, the linear portion 1cL where the sheet 4 is present can be reduced. It becomes possible to cut accurately along the vertical direction.
- the leg-hole elastic member 21 is positioned in the vicinity of the cut line 1c.
- the leg-hole elastic member 21 and the curved portion 1cB of the cut line 1c are provided. Are crossed at a predetermined intersection position P1c. Specifically, as shown in the right half of FIG.
- intersection position P1c with the member 21 is included in the former part 1cBa on the side of the waistline opening 1HB. Therefore, the intersection position P1c is a relative position of the boundary position PLB between the linear part 1cL and the curved part 1cB. Located in the vicinity.
- the ease of cutting the cut line 1c is varied depending on the position in the vertical direction by devising the perforation.
- the ease of cutting is set corresponding to each part 1c1, 1c2, and 1c3.
- the first portion 1c1 (corresponding to the first cut line portion) that is one portion 1c1 of the three portions 1c1, 1c2, and 1c3 is a portion 1bHB that becomes the waistline opening 1HB in the second waistline portion 1b.
- the first portion 1c1 has a perforation that is easy to cut.
- the second portion 1c2 (corresponding to the second cut line portion) which is another one portion 1c2 is positioned so as to include the same position as the fastening tape fixing portion 1bk with respect to the position in the vertical direction.
- the portion 1c2 has a perforation that is harder to cut than the first portion 1c1.
- the remaining third portion 1c3, which is the first portion 1c3, is the curved portion 1cB described above.
- the portion 1c3 is perforated with the same specifications as the first portion 1c1 and easy to cut.
- the said 2nd part 1c2 will cut unexpectedly.
- the second portion 1c2 can be effectively prevented based on the perforation that is difficult to cut.
- the first portion 1c1 can be easily cut from the portion 1bHB that becomes the waistline opening 1HB based on the perforation that is easy to cut, and the first portion 1c1
- the curved portion 1cB which is the three portions 1c3, can be accurately cut along the curved target shape based on the perforation that is easy to cut.
- the setting of the perforation that is easy to cut and the perforation that is difficult to cut can be realized by changing the length of the slit provided in the perforation, and this is the case in this example. That is, in this example, the ratio of the length of the slit per unit length in the direction in which the cut line 1c extends is set as the portion 1c2 by changing the length of the slit while keeping the pitch of the slit constant.
- the portions 1c1 and 1c3 are different from each other. In general, the larger the ratio, the easier to cut, and the smaller the ratio, the harder to cut. Therefore, in this example, the ratio in the second portion 1c2 is set to be smaller than the ratio in the first portion 1c1 and the ratio in the third portion 1c3.
- the first side flaps 1asf and 1asf of the first waistline portion 1a are also formed with cut lines 1ca at perforations. That is, the first side flap 1asf is formed with a cutting line 1ca extending from the outer edge 1asfe in the vertical direction to the inner side in the vertical direction. And the formation position of this cutting line 1ca in the horizontal direction is aligned with the formation position of the cutting line 1c at the outer edge 1bsfe in the vertical direction of the second side flap 1bsf.
- FIG. 8 is an explanatory diagram of the cut line 1c 'of the first modification.
- the number of stacked sheets is changed from three to two according to the position of the cut line 1 c.
- the cut line 1 c is used.
- the number of stacked sheets is constant over the entire length of '. That is, as shown in FIG. 8, the position of the cut line 1c ′ of the first modification is shifted outward in the lateral direction from the cut line 1c of the above-described embodiment of FIG.
- the cut line 1c ′ is located laterally outside the leak-proof sheet 4 over the entire length thereof. And in this position, only two sheets of the three-dimensional gather sheet 6 and the exterior sheet 5 exist.
- the perforation line of the cut line 1c ′ is formed by penetrating these two sheets 5 and 6 in the thickness direction, and since the number of stacked sheets is small, the cut line 1c with good cutting properties. Can be cut. Since the other points are generally the same as those of the above-described embodiment, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.
- FIG. 9 is an explanatory diagram of the cut line 1c ′′ of the second modified example.
- the cut lines 1c and 1c ′ have the linear portion 1cL and the curved portion 1cB, but this second modified example.
- the cut line 1c '' does not have the curved portion 1cB, but has only the linear portion 1cL. That is, in the second modification, the cut line 1c '' is shifted further outward in the horizontal direction than in the first modification, and thus, only in one linear portion 1cL along the vertical direction.
- the fastening tape fixing part 1bk can be cut off.
- FIG. 10 is an explanatory diagram of the cut line 1c "'of the third modified example.
- Any of the cutoff lines 1c, 1c ′, 1c ′′ of the above-described embodiment (FIG. 6), the first modification (FIG. 8), and the second modification (FIG. 9) is included in the second waistline portion 1b.
- the portion 1bHB serving as the waist opening 1HB extends from the portion 1bHL serving as the leg opening 1HL in a so-called substantially J-shape or straight line, but the cut line 1c ′ ′′ of the third modification is formed. Differ mainly in that they do not take such a route. That is, as shown in FIG.
- the cut line 1 c ′′ ′′ is formed in a substantially U shape so as to surround the fastening tape fixing portion 1 bk from three directions.
- the start end Ps is located at the laterally outermost end edge 1bsfee in the second side flap 1bsf of the second waistline portion 1b, and from there, it is substantially U-shaped.
- the fastening tape fixing portion 1bk enters the inner peripheral side of the route, and finally reaches the outermost edge 1bsfee in the lateral direction of the second side flap 1bsf in the same manner as the above-described start end Ps, and the outermost The position Pe reaching the end edge 1bsfee is set as the end Pe of the cut line 1c ′ ′′.
- the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
- the diaper 1 of this embodiment is particularly suitable for the low-weight infant 101 having a weight of 3000 grams or less.
- the diaper 1 can effectively solve the above-described problems associated with the positioning posture and the minimum handling. Taking this into consideration, it is considered that the diaper 1 is more effective when the positioning posture is more likely and minimum handling is more required. And such a case is a case where a weight is lighter. Therefore, the diaper 1 of the present embodiment is preferably used for low birth weight infants of 500 grams or more and less than 2500 grams, and more desirably used for extremely low birth weight infants of 1000 grams or more and less than 1500 grams. Better and even more desirably for very low birth weight infants of less than 1000 grams.
- the diaper 1 of this embodiment is specialized for the low-weight infant 101, it is formed smaller than the existing neonatal diaper 1.
- the product length of the diaper for a newborn is 365 mm
- the circumferential length L1HB of the waistline opening 1HB in the mounted state is 304 mm
- the product length L1 (FIG. 2) Is 210 mm to 330 mm
- the circumference L1HB of the waistline opening 1HB in the mounted state is 160 to 295 mm.
- the product length L1 is measured, for example, with the diaper 1 deployed. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, in the unfolded state, first, the fastening tapes 11 and 11 are unlocked from the target region 1at, and the first waistline portion 1a, the crotch portion 1m, and the second waistline portion 1b are vertically In the vertical direction, the three-dimensional gather sheet 6 is contracted by the three-dimensional gather elastic member 6r and the crotch side flaps 1msf and 1msf are not contracted by the leg elastic members 21 and 21. Make the diaper 1 stretched out. And the maximum dimension L1 of the vertical direction in this extended state is measured, and the measured value becomes said product length L1.
- FIG. 11 is an explanatory diagram thereof.
- the fastening tape 11 of the second side flap 1bsf located on the left side in FIG. 11 is referred to as the “left tape 11-1”, and similarly, the second side flap located on the right side.
- the 1 bsf fastening tape 11 is referred to as a “right tape 11-2”.
- the two fastening tapes 11-1 and 11-2 are brought into a locked state in which the fastening tapes are overlapped. That is, as shown in FIG.
- the male material 11m of the right tape 11-2 is attached to the left tape 11-1. Locks to the non-skin side surface 11-1s.
- the leading end 11-2e of the right tape 11-2 is aligned with the left tape 11 while aligning the longitudinal center positions C11-1, C11-2 of the tapes 11-1, 11-2. -1 so as to align with the end 11me on the base side of the male material 11m. And thereby, it will be in the latching state of a fastening tape overlapping form.
- the waistline opening 1HB formed on the basis of this locked state is extended until the shrinkage based on the waistline elastic member 21 has just disappeared. And in this expansion
- examples of the product length L1 of the low birth weight infant and the circumference L1HB of the waist opening 1HB can include 310 mm and 273.5 mm, respectively, and the product length L1 and the waist circumference opening of the extremely low birth weight infant.
- examples of the circumference L1HB of the part 1HB can include 270 mm and 220 mm, respectively, and examples of the product length L1 of the ultra low birth weight infant and the circumference L1HB of the waist opening 1HB are 230 mm and 219 mm, respectively. Can be mentioned.
- the perforation is given as an example of the cut lines 1c, 1c ′, 1c ′′, and 1c ′′, but the present invention is not limited thereto. That is, as long as the cut lines 1c, 1c ', 1c ", 1c" "are easier to cut as compared with the surrounding portion, it may be other than the perforation.
