Abstract
Description
凹部空間及び高さのある側面を有する箱状に形成された上側部材と下側部材を備え、
前記上側部材と前記下側部材が、互いの凹部空間を連通させるように上下に組み合わされて、内部に内部空間が形成されたフロアパネルにおいて、
前記フロアパネルは、前記上側部材と前記下側部材の側面の高さ先端部同士が互いを包み込むように折り曲げられて結合された結合部を有し、
前記結合部は、前記フロアパネルの側面の高さ途中部に配置され、かつ前記フロアパネルの高さ両端側の側面よりも前記フロアパネルの内側に引っ込んだ位置に配置されたことを特徴とするものである。
前記上側部材は、その側面の下端部側に、その側面の上端部側よりも前記フロアパネルの内側に引っ込んで形成された上側凹部を有し、
前記下側部材は、その側面の上端部側に、その側面の下端部側よりも前記フロアパネルの内側に引っ込んで形成された下側凹部を有し、
前記上側凹部の下端部側に形成された上側周縁部と、前記下側凹部の上端部側に形成された下側周縁部が、互いを包み込むように折り曲げられることにより前記結合部が形成されたことを特徴とするものである。
前記上側部材と前記下側部材は、前記フロアパネルの側面の高さ中央部において結合されたことを特徴とするものである。
前記上側部材と前記下側部材の間に形成された前記内部空間に補強部材が設けられたことを特徴とするものである。

前記上側部材と前記下側部材が、互いの凹部空間を連通させるように上下に組み合わされて、内部に内部空間が形成されたフロアパネルにおいて、
前記フロアパネルは、前記上側部材と前記下側部材の側面の高さ先端部同士が互いを包み込むように折り曲げられて結合された結合部を有し、
前記結合部は、前記フロアパネルの側面の高さ途中部に配置され、かつ前記フロアパネルの高さ両端側の側面よりも前記フロアパネルの内側に引っ込んだ位置に配置されたことにより、
その成形加工時に亀裂や破壊が容易に生じるのを防止することができると共に、その寸法精度及び作業性を向上することができる。

Claims (4)
- 凹部空間及び高さのある側面を有する箱状に形成された上側部材と下側部材を備え、
前記上側部材と前記下側部材が、互いの凹部空間を連通させるように上下に組み合わされて、内部に内部空間が形成されたフロアパネルにおいて、
前記フロアパネルは、前記上側部材と前記下側部材の側面の高さ先端部同士が互いを包み込むように折り曲げられて結合された結合部を有し、
前記結合部は、前記フロアパネルの側面の高さ途中部に配置され、かつ前記フロアパネルの高さ両端側の側面よりも前記フロアパネルの内側に引っ込んだ位置に配置された
ことを特徴とするフロアパネル。 - 前記上側部材は、その側面の下端部側に、その側面の上端部側よりも前記フロアパネルの内側に引っ込んで形成された上側凹部を有し、
前記下側部材は、その側面の上端部側に、その側面の下端部側よりも前記フロアパネルの内側に引っ込んで形成された下側凹部を有し、
前記上側凹部の下端部側に形成された上側周縁部と、前記下側凹部の上端部側に形成された下側周縁部が、互いを包み込むように折り曲げられることにより前記結合部が形成された
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフロアパネル。 - 前記上側部材と前記下側部材は、前記フロアパネルの側面の高さ中央部において結合された
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のフロアパネル。 - 前記上側部材と前記下側部材の間に形成された前記内部空間に補強部材が設けられた
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のフロアパネル。
