図1及び図2に示す実施形態のスプロケット用軸受は、内輪25および外輪26と、これら内外輪間に介在させた複数の転動体27と、転動体27を保持する保持器28を備えた円すいころ軸受が、内輪25の小つば部が対向するように2つ並べて使用され、2つの円すいころ軸受は押え板24によって軸方向に位置決めされている。

Claims (7)
- 回転側のスプロケットハウジングに固定される外輪と、回転しない固定側のモータハウジングに固定される内輪と、これら内外輪間に介在させた複数の転動体と、転動体を保持する保持器とを備え、スリンガとシールリップとからなるオイルシールを内輪に固定し、オイルシールのシールリップを、外輪又はスプロケットハウジングに押し当てることにより、内外輪の軸受空間を密封するようにした転がり軸受の密封装置。
- 前記外輪の内径面に、オイルシールの径方向に延出するシールリップが摺動するスリーブを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の転がり軸受の密封装置。
- 前記スプロケットハウジングの端面に、オイルシールの軸方向に延出するシールリップが摺動する側板を固定したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の転がり軸受の密封装置。
- 前記内輪の軸方向の端部に段部を形成し、この段部と前記側板の内径端部との間に、ラビリンスシールを形成したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の転がり軸受の密封装置。
- 前記側板の表面に樹脂製摺動材を接着し、内輪と側板とが接触するようにした請求項3に記載の転がり軸受の密封装置。
- 前記側板をスプロケットハウジングの端面にボルト固定したことを特徴とする請求項3~5に記載の転がり軸受の密封装置。
- 前記外輪を軸方向に延長し、この延長部にL形のスリーブをはめ、このスリーブの円形リング部に、軸方向に延出するオイルシールのシールリップが摺動するようにした請求項2記載の転がり軸受の密封装置。
