技术领域
本发明涉及将滚动轴承与油封形成为一体的滚动轴承的密封装置。
背景技术
在如图6所示的配备以液压挖掘机为代表的履带式移动装置2的建筑机械1的移动减速机的链轮部3的链轮用轴承中,如图7所示,以圆锥滚子轴承的内环4的小凸缘部相对的方式并列使用两个圆锥滚子轴承,并利用压板12进行轴向的定位,其中,该圆锥滚子轴承包括:内环4及外环5、设置在所述内外环间的多个滚动体6、保持滚动体6的保持体7。
该链轮用轴承是外环旋转,外环5固定于旋转侧的链轮外壳8,与链轮外壳8一体旋转。
另一方面,链轮用轴承的内环4固定于不旋转的固定侧的电机外壳9。
为了保持内部润滑剂以及防止沙土从外部侵入,链轮部具有密封功能。
目前,链轮用轴承的密封使用与轴承分体的浮动密封件件10(专利文献1)。
该浮动密封件件10利用两个橡胶部件10a的弹力使密封环10b接触,以保持内部润滑油。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
但是,在浮动密封件10中,在橡胶部件10a以及电机外壳9与链轮外壳8组装时,为了确保密封性,需要管理密封环10b的高度和斜度,组装性差。
由此,有可能发生内部润滑油的泄漏以及沙土从外部侵入,存在引起减速机部和轴承的润滑不良这样的问题。
另外,在将由内环、外环、滚动体、保持器、密封件形成为一体的构造的已有的带密封轴承用作链轮用轴承的情况下,对于沙土从外部的侵入,密封性不足。
带密封轴承的密封件使用密封板、油封、高填充密封(hi-packseal)、三唇密封等,由于内外环是非分离构造,因此难以组装及拆开。
因此,本发明在课题在于,提供一种组装及拆开容易,能够保持内部润滑剂以及防止沙土从外部侵入的滚动轴承的密封装置。
用于解决课题的技术手段

下面,根据附图说明本发明的实施方式。
图1及图2所示的实施方式的链轮用轴承中,按照圆锥滚子轴承的内环25的小凸缘部相对的方式并列使用两个圆锥滚子轴承,并利用压板24将两个圆锥滚子轴承在轴向上定位,该圆锥滚子轴承包括:内环25及外环26、插设于这些内外环间的多个滚动体27、保持滚动体27的保持器28,。
该链轮用轴承是外环旋转,外环26固定在旋转侧的链轮外壳29,与链轮外壳29一体地旋转。
另一方面,链轮用轴承的内环25固定在不旋转的固定侧的电机外壳30。
链轮用轴承组装在移动装置中时,为了能够分别组装内环25和外环26,需要内环25与外环26能够分离。因此,在本发明中,向外具有密封唇32的油封31固定在内环25的大凸缘外径上而形成为内环一体部件。通过采用与内环25为一体的部件,不需要定位管理等,组装性提高。
而且,为了确保外环26旋转中的密封性,将油封31的密封唇32的滑动面设置在旋转轮侧、链轮外壳29侧。

在链轮外壳29的外侧端面用螺栓37固定有侧板34,密封唇32的侧唇32a在侧板34滑动。
侧板34在电机外壳30侧突出,侧板34的内径侧的端面与电机外壳30的外径面之间的间隙36形成迷宫式密封,确保沙土和泥水不会侵入到侧板34的内侧。
为了油封31的定位和固定,在内环25的外径面设置第1台阶部25a,在与侧板34的端面之间形成迷宫式密封的间隙36的部分设置第2台阶部25b。通过设置该第2台阶部25b,即使泥水侵入侧板34的内侧,泥水也容易沿着第2台阶部25b流出。
如果内环25的外径面带有台阶,则内环25的大凸缘的宽度缩小,由此产生的强度不足通过在第1台阶部25a嵌入油封31来解决。即,内环25与油封31采用一体构造,由此,能够确保满足内环25的大凸缘强度的内环宽度。
第2层由内环与侧板形成迷宫,由此防止外部沙土的侵入。另外,在轴承的组装工序中,第2层的台阶与侧板接触,从而防止内环部件落下以及侧唇过大变形。
在链轮外壳29的内径面嵌合固定圆环状的套筒35,将套筒35作为与油封31滑动的滑动部件,由此无需改善链轮外壳29内径面的表面粗糙度。但是,套筒35的滑动面的粗糙度为Ra0.1~0.6μm的研磨抛光。径向唇32b与套筒35并不直接接触,在两者之间存在油膜。根据径向唇32b附近的压力分布的变化,该油膜从内部润滑材料侧向外部(大气)侧、从外部侧向内部润滑材料侧循环,从而发挥密封效果,并且,避开滑动面上的径向唇32b与套筒35的接触,从而发挥防止径向唇32b磨损与烧接的作用。在Ra0.1~0.6μm的研磨抛光中,存在与轴向大体成直角的不连续的加工痕,处于内部的润滑油难以泄漏的状态。另外,在Ra0.1μm以下的精加工的情况下,加工痕与轴向斜交,粗糙度的谷部的部分从油封的内部至外部连续,因此,油沿着谷部向外部泄漏。另一方面,在超过Ra0.6μm的情况下,润滑油沿着粗糙度的深谷部向外部泄漏,这成为油膜变小,径向唇32b的滑动部的效果和烧接的原因。
另外,由于径向唇32b在其上滑动的部件磨损,因此,通过使用可更换的套筒35,能够防止链轮外壳29的磨损。
上述第1台阶部25a将油封31与内环25在轴向上定位固定,这样,即使在油封31被外部沙土挤压的情况下,也不会影响保持器28,维持侧板34与侧唇32a的过盈量。
图1及图2所示的实施方式的链轮用轴承,如以上所述,密封装置一体化,所以装置的密封性提高,并且密封装置的组装性也提高。
根据图3说明图1及图2所示的实施方式的链轮用轴承的组装步骤。
首先,如图3(a)所示,在链轮外壳29的内径面嵌入圆环状的套筒35和外环26。
接着,如图3(b)所示,将保持在保持器28的滚动体27和组装有油封31的内环25组装于外环26。
然后,如图3(c)所示,在链轮外壳29的端面用螺栓37固定侧板34,将密封唇32的侧唇32a压在侧板34上。
接着,在图3(c)所示的组装状态下,即使倒过来,也能够利用侧板34防止内环25落下,所以,将图3(c)所示的组装件倒过来,如图3(d)所示,将内环25组装在电机外壳30,完成链轮用轴承24的组装。
下面,图4所示的实施方式的一例链轮用轴承是一个例子,即,通过在侧板34的表面粘接树脂制滑动部件,使侧板34的内侧端部与内环25的第2台阶部25b接触,消除内环25与侧板34之间的间隙。
另外,图5所示的实施方式的链轮用轴承,使用于嵌入套筒35的外环26的宽度在轴向延伸,在该延伸部26a嵌入整合了侧板34功能的L形套筒35,使密封唇32的侧唇32a压在该L形套筒35的圆形环部35a,由此省略侧板34。

Claims (7)

1.一种滚动轴承的密封装置,其特征在于,包括:
固定在旋转侧的链轮外壳上的外环;
固定在不旋转的固定侧的电机外壳上的内环;
插设在该内外环间的多个滚动体;和
保持滚动体的保持器,其中
包括甩油环和密封唇的油封固定在内环上,油封的密封唇抵接在外环或者链轮外壳,由此密封内外环的轴承空间。
2.如权利要求1所述的滚动轴承的密封装置,其特征在于:
在所述外环的内径面设置有套筒,在油封的径向上延伸的密封唇在该套筒滑动。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的滚动轴承的密封装置,其特征在于:
在所述链轮外壳的端面固定有侧板,在油封的轴向上延伸的密封唇在该侧板滑动。
4.如权利要求3所述的滚动轴承的密封装置,其特征在于:
在所述内环的轴向的端部形成台阶部,在该台阶部与所述侧板的内径端部之间形成迷宫式密封。
5.如权利要求3所述的滚动轴承的密封装置,其特征在于:
在所述侧板的表面粘接树脂制滑动件,使内环与侧板接触。
6.如权利要求3~5所述的滚动轴承的密封装置,其特征在于:
所述侧板通过螺栓固定在链轮外壳的端面。
7.如权利要求2所述的滚动轴承的密封装置,其特征在于:
所述外环在轴向上延伸,在该延伸部嵌入L形的套筒,在轴向上延伸的油封的密封唇在该套筒的圆形环部滑动。
