Abstract
Description
。従って、圧縮機の起動時には、ガス冷媒配管内の圧縮機の吸入側に近い箇所に滞留している冷媒が吸入されたのち、ガス冷媒配管に滞留する冷媒量が一時的に少なくなって圧縮機の吸入圧力が急激に低下する所謂プルダウンが発生する。尚、圧縮機の起動時回転数が高いほど、プルダウンによる吸入圧力の低下度合は大きくなる。
の容量の総和が小さいことにより除霜運転開始時の冷媒循環量が減少するような場合であっても、吸入圧力が大きく低下して圧縮機の性能下限圧力を下回ることを防ぐことができる。従って、圧縮機の破損を防ぐことができる。また、吸入圧力が圧縮機の性能下限吸入圧力を下回って低圧保護制御が実行されることを防ぐことができるので、低圧保護制御により除霜運転が中断されて除霜運転時間が長くなり、暖房運転への復帰が遅れるということがない。

以上説明したように冷媒回路100を冷媒が循環することで、空気調和装置1の冷房運転が行われる。
ポートbとポートcとが連通するよう、切り換える。これにより、室外熱交換器23が蒸発器として機能するとともに、室内熱交換器51a~51cが凝縮器として機能する。
運転を行う。そして、流量係数総和Cvaが閾値A以上である場合は、吸入圧力の低下度合が小さく吸入圧力が性能下限値を下回る可能性が小さいので、圧縮機21の起動時回転数Crを90rpsとし、できる限り早く除霜運転が終了するよう制御する。
U210は、記憶した各室内膨張弁52a~52cの流量係数Cvを加算して流量係数総和Cvaを算出しする。そして、CPU210は、記憶部220に記憶されている除霜運転条件テーブル300aを参照し、算出した流量係数総和Cvaに対応する起動時回転数Crと除霜運転間隔Tmとを抽出して記憶部220に記憶する。

Claims (4)
- 圧縮機と、流路切換手段と、室外熱交換器と、室外機制御手段とを有する少なくとも1台の室外機と、
室内熱交換器と、流量調整弁とを有する少なくとも1台の室内機と、
前記室外機と前記室内機とを接続する少なくとも1本の液管および少なくとも1本のガス管と、
を有する空気調和装置であって、
前記室外機制御手段は、除霜運転を開始してからの所定時間、前記圧縮機を所定値である起動時回転数で駆動し、
前記起動時回転数は、前記流量調整弁の容量の総和に応じて複数の値が定められていること、
を特徴とする空気調和装置。 - 前記起動時回転数は、前記流量調整弁の容量の総和が所定の閾値未満である場合、前記流量調整弁の容量の総和が所定の閾値以上である場合に比べて低く定められている、
請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。 - 圧縮機と、流路切換手段と、室外熱交換器と、室外機制御手段とを有する少なくとも1台の室外機と、
室内熱交換器と、流量調整弁とを有する少なくとも1台の室内機と、
前記室外機と前記室内機とを接続する少なくとも1本の液管および少なくとも1本のガス管と、
を有する空気調和装置であって、
前記室外機制御手段は、除霜運転を開始してからの所定時間、前記圧縮機を所定値である起動時回転数で駆動し、
前記起動時回転数は、前記流量調整弁の容量の総和と、前記液管および前記ガス管の長さである冷媒配管長とに応じて複数の値が定められていること、
を特徴とする空気調和装置。 - 前記起動時回転数は、前記冷媒配管長が前記所定の閾配管長以上である場合、前記冷媒配管長が所定の閾配管長未満である場合に比べて低く定められている、
請求項3に記載の空気調和装置。
