通常的鞋底包括中底和大底, 其中中底是位于大底之上的一层材料, 件中国发明专利号为 200410026765的中国发明专利申请公开说明书, 其 公开了 "一种鞋中底的制作方法",该发明专利申请中提出的技术方案为: 首先制作中部, 其次是将制作好的位置放置于制作鞋中底模具的中央, 以 注塑的方式将 PU料注入中部外围的模具空间内, 形成外缘, 以注塑方式 使外缘与中部固接为一体; 最后将制作好的中底由模具中取出。上述的中 部是将经过切割成型的 EVA材质经过发泡处理后制得。又或者将经过整平 成型的椰棕垫经过切割成型制得。
而现有技术中的鞋定型中底, 皆为纸质, 通过上下两片纸质材料贴合 后与一条 14mm宽的钢芯压合而成, 如图 1所示的为现有技术的鞋中底的 剖面分解结构示意图所示。 现有技术的鞋中底大多有上、 下两层红纸板 V . V , 刷胶后, 中间夹一条铁芯 3 贴在一起, 再贴一层软纸板 4 而成。 这种鞋中底常被称为 "4合一、 五合一定型中底"
上述现有技术中的鞋中底存在以下几个方面的不足:
1、 由于现有技术的鞋定型中底为纸质材料, 遇潮湿容易软化、 遇水 易破损, 从而失去对鞋的定型和支撑作用;
2、现有技术的鞋定型中底只由一条约 14毫米宽的钢芯支撑, 无法使 整个足底得到全方位的平衡;
3、 现有技术的鞋定型中底, 由于其材料为纸质材料, 制作完成的鞋 中底厚度和重量也无法减低, 致使穿着的舒适度和鞋的美观都受到影响;
4、 现有技术的鞋定型中底的连接方式为胶粘连接固定后、 冷压贴合 而成, 与鞋模无法精确吻合,也导致在鞋的批量生产制程中影响其标准化 和规范化, 容易导致不良品的增加。 发明内容
鉴于现有技术中鞋中底的制造方法及其鞋中底所存在的上述不足。 本发 明的目的在于提供一种成品强度高, 厚度和重量均是现有纸质定型中底的三 分之二; 耐潮湿和水解, 定型持久; 耐候性强, 可在零下 30度到零上 50度 之间保持其特性;且是整体片状结构,每个部位都可以对足底起到支撑作用, 提高穿着的平衡性; 方便了制鞋过程的标准化操作的鞋中底的制造方法及其 鞋中底及包含该鞋中底的鞋。

本发明还公开了一种鞋, 所述鞋中底为上述本发明的鞋中底。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于: 本发明的鞋中底制作方法, 采用模压 热固成型工艺, 由于是树脂和纤维热固产品, 具有成品强度极高, 厚度和 重量均是现有纸质定型中底的三分之二; 耐潮湿和水解, 定型持久; 耐候 性强, 可在零下 30度到零上 50度之间保持其特性; 且是整体片状结构, 每个部位都可以对足底起到支撑作用,提高穿着的平衡性; 由于是模压成 型, 可以与鞋模楦头精确吻合, 方便了制鞋过程的标准化和员工的操作等 优点。 附图说明

为了进一步说明本发明的原理和结构, 现结合附图对本发明的优选实施 例进行详细说明, 然而所述实施例仅为提供说明与解释之用, 不能用来限制 本发明的专利保护范围。
一种鞋中底的制作方法,所述鞋中底的制作方法包括如下步骤: 步骤一、 搅拌树脂混合物, 在容器里搅拌树脂与固化剂混合; 步骤二、 预浸玻璃纤维 布, 把所述经步骤一搅拌后的树脂混合物浸渍于玻璃纤维布上; 步骤三、 裁 剪玻璃纤维布, 按照预设的半插中底或中底形状, 裁剪经所述步骤二预浸过 的玻璃纤维布备用。 步骤四、 热压成型, 把经过所述步骤三裁剪后的玻璃纤 维布, 放入经预热的模具里, 热压所述步骤三裁剪后的玻璃纤维布, 得到鞋 中底产品。
根据本发明的上述构思, 所述鞋中底的制作方法还包括步骤五、 去除毛 边, 使用打磨设备, 打磨毛边。
根据本发明的上述构思, 所述步骤一中的树脂包括不饱和树脂、 环氧树 脂、 乙烯基树脂、 酚醛树脂中的任一种。
根据本发明的上述构思, 所述步骤一中, 树脂混合物中固化剂的比列为 混合物总量的 0. 1 %- 80%。
根据本发明的上述构思, 所述步骤一中, 树脂混合物还包括低收缩剂, 所述低收缩剂的比例为混合物总量的 1 %- 30 %。
根据本发明的上述构思, 所述步骤一中, 树脂混合物还包括增稠剂, 所 述增稠剂的比列为混合物总量的 0. 5%-10%。
根据本发明的上述构思, 所述步骤一中, 树脂混合物还包括脱模剂, 所 述脱模剂的比列为混合物总量的 0. 5%-10%。
根据本发明的上述构思,所述步骤一中,树脂混合物包括树脂、 0. 1%-80% 的固化剂、 1%_30%的低收缩剂、 0. 5%-10%的增稠剂、 0. 5%_10%的脱模剂。
根据本发明的上述构思, 所述步骤二中的玻璃纤维布包括方格玻璃纤维 布、 单向玻璃纤维布、 斜纹玻璃纤维布、 经编玻璃纤维布中的任一种。
根据本发明的上述构思, 所述步骤二中的玻璃纤维布是面密度为 200克 -1200克的玻璃纤维方格布。
根据本发明的上述构思, 所述步骤三中的玻璃纤维布的为数层层叠而 成。
根据本发明的上述构思,所述步骤四中的模具的预热温度为 1 00-180度; 所述步骤四中的热压的压力为 1 0-180公斤, 热压时间为 80-240秒, 所述步 骤四中热压所述步骤三裁剪后的玻璃纤维布及一层软中底。
如图 2所示, 本发明还公开了一种鞋中底, 所述鞋中底是依据上述任一 所述的方法制作而成, 所述鞋中底包括一软中底 1及设置于所述软中底 1上 部的玻璃纤维层叠定型中底 2 , 所述玻璃纤维层叠定型中底 2是由数层的玻 璃纤维布 21预浸树脂混合物热压而成。
本发明还公开了一种鞋, 所述鞋中底为上述本发明的鞋中底。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于: 本发明的鞋中底制作方法, 采用模压 热固成型工艺, 由于是树脂和纤维热固产品, 成品强度极高, 厚度和重量 均是现有纸质定型中底的三分之二;耐潮湿和水解,定型持久;耐候性强, 可在零下 30度到零上 5 0度之间保持其特性; 且是整体片状结构,每个部 位都可以对足底起到支撑作用, 提高穿着的平衡性; 由于是模压成型, 可 以与鞋模楦头精确吻合, 方便了制鞋过程的标准化和员工的操作。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1.一种鞋中底的制作方法, 其特征在于:
所述鞋中底的制作方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、 搅拌树脂混合物, 在容器里搅拌树脂与固化剂混合;
步骤二、 预浸玻璃纤维布, 把所述经步骤一搅拌后的树脂混合物浸渍于 玻璃纤维布上;
步骤三、 裁剪玻璃纤维布, 按照预设的半插中底或中底形状, 裁剪经所 述步骤二预浸过的玻璃纤维布备用。
步骤四、 热压成型, 把经过所述步骤三裁剪后的玻璃纤维布, 放入经预 热的模具里, 热压所述步骤三裁剪后的玻璃纤维布, 得到鞋中底产品。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的一种鞋中底的制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述鞋中底的制作方法还包括步骤五、 去除毛边, 使用打磨设备, 打磨 毛边。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的一种鞋中底的制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述步骤一中的树脂包括不饱和树脂、 环氧树脂、 乙烯基树脂、 酚酸树 脂中的任一种。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的一种鞋中底的制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述步骤一中, 树脂混合物中固化剂的比列为混合物总量的 0. 1%-80%。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的一种鞋中底的制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述步骤一中, 树脂混合物还包括低收缩剂, 所述低收缩剂的比例为混 合物总量的 1%_30%。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的一种鞋中底的制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述步骤一中, 树脂混合物还包括增稠剂, 所述增稠剂的比列为混合物 总量的 0. 5%_1 0%。
7.根据权利要求 1所述的一种鞋中底的制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述步骤一中, 树脂混合物还包括脱模剂, 所述脱模剂的比列为混合物 总量的 0. 5%_1 0%。
8.根据权利要求 1所述的一种鞋中底的制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述步骤一中, 树脂混合物包括树脂、 0. 1%-80%的固化剂、 1%-30%的低 收缩剂、 0. 5%-1 0%的增稠剂、 0. 5%-10%的脱模剂。
9.根据权利要求 1所述的一种鞋中底的制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述步骤二中的玻璃纤维布包括方格玻璃纤维布、 单向玻璃纤维布、 斜 纹玻璃纤维布、 经编玻璃纤维布中的任一种。
10.根据权利要求 1或 9所述的一种鞋中底的制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述步骤二中的玻璃纤维布是面密度为 200克 -1200克的玻璃纤维方格 布。
11.根据权利要求 1所述的一种鞋中底的制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述步骤三中的玻璃纤维布的为数层层叠而成。
12.根据权利要求 1所述的一种鞋中底的制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述步骤四中的模具的预热温度为 1 00-180度; 所述步骤四中的热压的 压力为 10-180公斤, 热压时间为 80-240秒, 所述步骤四中热压所述步骤三 裁剪后的玻璃纤维布及一层软中底。

14.一种鞋, 其特征在于: 所述鞋中底为上述权利要求 1 3的鞋中底。
