Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合鞋底,包括由橡胶、塑胶或热塑性橡胶(TPR)制成的大底,以及填充于所述大底内部的复数个布块,所述大底与复数个所述布块一体注塑成形。还公开了该复合鞋底的成形方法。本发明提供的复合鞋底,通过在大底中填充的布块,使鞋底在绕曲时有良好的抗绕曲性,同时通过布块给鞋底提供了良好的抗刺穿性,大幅延长了鞋底的使用寿命,同时使得鞋底更加轻便,制作成本也有效降低,并且当采用了透明材质的大底材料时,位于大底内部的布块能使得鞋底整体呈现出不同于传统鞋底的视觉效果。

一种复合鞋底及其成形方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合鞋底及其成形方法。
背景技术
鞋底是鞋子的重要组成部分,在鞋子的使用期间,由于足部挠曲作用产生应变,鞋底可能渐渐出现变形甚至裂纹,同时由于尖锐物对鞋底进行切割或者刺穿,也会使鞋底出现开裂、断裂或者穿孔。
因此,鞋底的抗绕曲性和抗刺穿性优劣,是影响鞋子使用寿命的重要因素。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗绕曲性和抗刺穿性好,以提高鞋底使用寿命、轻便、成本低的复合鞋底,并提供其成形方法。
为了达到上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种复合鞋底,包括由橡胶、塑胶或热塑性橡胶(TPR)制成的大底,以及填充于所述大底内部的复数个布块,所述大底与复数个所述布块一体成形。
优选的,所述布块与所述大底的重量比为1:(1~9)。
优选的,所述布块呈条形,复数个所述布块沿所述大底的长度方向设置。
优选的,所述布块长0.7cm~1.5cm,宽0.4mm~0.6mm。
优选的,所述布块为布料经破碎机破碎而成。
一种复合鞋底成形方法,包括以下步骤:
1)选择布料,并选择橡胶原料、塑胶原料或热塑性橡胶(TPR)原料,所述布料的熔点高于所述橡胶原料、塑胶原料或热塑性橡胶(TPR)原料的熔点,将布料分割成复数个布块;
2)按重量百分比称取布块,并按重量百分比称取橡胶原料、塑胶原料或热塑性橡胶(TPR)原料,通过搅拌机充分搅拌得到混合料;
3)将混合料通过注塑机注塑制成鞋底。
优选的,在所述橡胶原料、塑胶原料或热塑性橡胶(TPR)在注塑前进行干燥处理,并测定含水量,含水量要求为重量比在5%以下。
优选的,所述混合料通过注塑机注入模腔,所述注塑机料筒温度为160℃~210℃,喷嘴温度为180℃~230℃,所述模腔温度为30℃~40℃。
优选的,所述布料置于破碎机中,设定破碎机参数后运行,将布料分割成复数个布块。
本发明提供的复合鞋底,通过在大底中填充的布块,使鞋底在绕曲时有良好的抗绕曲性,同时通过布块给鞋底提供了良好的抗刺穿性,大幅延长了鞋底的使用寿命,同时使得鞋底更加轻便,制作成本也有效降低,并且当采用了透明材质的大底材料时,位于大底内部的布块能使得鞋底整体呈现出不同于传统鞋底的视觉效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图以及具体实施例来详细说明本发明,在此以本发明的示意性实施例及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种复合鞋底,包括由橡胶、塑胶或热塑性橡胶(TPR)注塑而成的大底1,以及一体成形填充于所述大底1内部的复数个布块2,其中所述布块2为布料经破碎机破碎而成,所述布块2与所述大底1的重量比为1:1。本实施例中,所述布块2在所述大底1内部水平分布,在鞋底因行走而发生绕曲时,应力集中在布块2从而降低了大底1的形变程度,能有效防止尖锐物对鞋底的切割或者刺穿,从而提高了鞋底的抗绕曲性和抗刺穿性。从鞋底仰视图(即鞋底由外向内的投影视图)看,所述布块2覆盖所述大底1底面面积的90%左右。
实施例2
如图2所示,一种复合鞋底,包括由橡胶、塑胶或热塑性橡胶(TPR)注塑而成的大底1,以及一体成形填充于所述大底1内部的复数个布块2,其中所述布块2为布料经破碎机破碎而成,所述布块2与所述大底1的重量比为1:9。本实施例中,所述布块2在所述大底1内部垂直方向分布,在鞋底因行走而发生绕曲时,应力集中在布块2从而降低了大底1的形变程度,且所述布块2在所述大底1内部垂直方向上至少有三层,能有效防止尖锐物对鞋底的切割或者刺穿,从而提高了鞋底的抗绕曲性和抗刺穿性。所述大底呈透明状,位于大底内部的布块能使得鞋底整体呈现出不同于传统鞋底的视觉效果。布块也可以设置成多种颜色,使得其外形非常美观。
上述实施例方案中,所述布块2与所述大底1的重量比为1:(1~9),实际重量比可根据设计需求制定。
作为上述实施例方案的优选方案,所述布块2呈条形,复数个所述布块2沿所述大底1的长度方向设置,以集中并承受鞋底因正常行走发生绕曲时的应力。
作为上述实施例方案的优选方案,所述布块长0.7cm~1.5cm,宽0.4mm~0.6mm,保证布块2在注塑成形时能从注塑机的喷嘴喷出。
作为上述实施例方案的优选方案,所述橡胶为热塑性橡胶(TPR),TPR是一类具有橡胶弹性同时无需硫化,可直接加工成型(如注塑,挤出,吹塑等)的热塑性软性胶料,TPR在物理性能、化学性能上表现优越,并具有良好的加工性能优势,是生产鞋底的优质材料。
在本发明中,从鞋底仰视图(即鞋底底面由外向内的投影视图)看,所述布块2覆盖所述大底1底面面积的50%-90%之间为最佳。
实施例3
一种复合鞋底成形方法,包括以下步骤:
1)选择布料,并选择橡胶原料、塑胶原料或热塑性橡胶(TPR)原料,所述布料的熔点高于所述橡胶原料、塑胶原料或热塑性橡胶(TPR)原料的熔点,将布料分割成复数个布块;
2)按重量百分比称取布块,并按重量百分比称取橡胶原料、塑胶原料或热塑性橡胶(TPR)原料,通过搅拌机充分搅拌得到混合料;
3)将混合料通过注塑机注塑制成鞋底。
上述注塑方法中,选择布料熔点高于在所述橡胶原料、塑胶原料或热塑性橡胶(TPR)原料的熔点,主要目的在于当所述橡胶原料或塑胶原料熔化后,所述布块不至于碳化或熔化。
上述注塑方法中,布块和橡胶原料、塑胶原料或热塑性橡胶(TPR)原料的重量百分比为1:(1~9),具体的重量百分比可根据需要进行选择。
上述注塑方法中,供应的粒料往往含有不同程度的水分、熔剂及其它易挥发的低分子物,特别是具有吸湿倾向的TPR含水量总是超过加工所允许的限度。因此,在所述橡胶、塑胶或热塑性橡胶(TPR)热熔前进行干燥处理,并测定含水量,水分含量要求为重量比在5%以下。
上述方法中,所述塑胶原料可以选择PU材料。
在加工注塑过程中,温度的设定是否准确是制品外观和性能好坏的关键。以TPR加工注塑为例,注塑机进料区域的温度应设定得相当低,以避免进料口堵塞并让夹带的空气逸出。当使用色母料时为了改善混合状态,应将过渡区域的温度设定在色母料的熔点以上。离注塑喷嘴最近区域的温度应该设定得接近于所需的熔体温度。所以,经过测试,通常TPR产品在各个区域温度的设定范围分别是:料筒为160摄氏度到210摄氏度,喷嘴为180摄氏度到230摄氏度。
模腔温度应该设定高于注塑区的冷凝温度,这将能避免水分对模腔的污染以致制品表面出现的条纹,较高的模腔温度通常会导致较长的循环周期,但它能改进焊接线和制品的外观效果,所以,模腔温度的范围应设计定在30摄氏度到40摄氏度之间。

包括由橡胶、塑胶或热塑性橡胶(TPR)制成的大底,以及填充于所述大底内部的复数个布块,所述大底与复数个所述布块一体成形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合鞋底,其特征在于:
所述布块与所述大底的重量比为1:(1~9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合鞋底,其特征在于:
所述布块呈条形,复数个所述布块沿所述大底的长度方向设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合鞋底,其特征在于:
所述布块长0.7cm~1.5cm,宽0.4mm~0.6mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合鞋底,其特征在于:
所述布块为布料经破碎机破碎而成。
6.一种复合鞋底成形方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:

7.如权利要求6所述的一种复合鞋底成形方法,其特征在于:
在所述橡胶原料、塑胶原料或热塑性橡胶(TPR)在注塑前进行干燥处理,并测定含水量,含水量要求为重量比在5%以下。
8.如权利要求6述的一种复合鞋底成形方法,其特征在于:
所述混合料通过注塑机注入模腔,所述注塑机料筒温度为160℃~210℃,喷嘴温度为180℃~230℃,所述模腔温度为30℃~40℃。
9.如权利要求6所述的一种复合鞋底成形方法,其特征在于:
所述布料置于破碎机中,设定破碎机参数后运行,将布料分割成复数个布块。
