Abstract

Description

定制鞋内底及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及鞋子的定制鞋内底及其制造方法,尤其是通过支撑穿着者脚底部的足弓而能够降低穿着者的疲劳并保持活动健康的定制鞋内底。
背景技术
鞋子由支撑脚底部(脚底)的鞋底以及围绕脚上部的鞋面组成。鞋底又包括接触地面的鞋外底、弹性结合至鞋外底的鞋底夹层以及接触脚底的鞋内底。
通过取决于穿着者脚的形状来调节鞋子的鞋面及鞋底,定制鞋子能够匹配穿着者的脚。在市场中,除了各种调节机构之外,对于各种尺寸和形状,甚至标准化和大规模生产鞋子也是可能的,从而给予个体更好的可穿着性和匹配性。但是,调节鞋子趋向于关注脚的尺寸和外观。支撑脚底尤其是支撑脚足弓的结构对于腿健康和降低疲劳来说是非常重要的因素。但是,脚底形状是三维的,很难将它们标准化。
公开号2004-4293的韩国专利申请公开了可热变形的鞋底,其由泡沫板、热熔层和织布层压而成。热塑性物质用于热熔层。在使用之前,将可变形的鞋底预热到转变温度以上,并且插入模具或鞋中,被穿着者的脚挤压而匹配穿着者的脚底形状。
公开号2010-0088111的韩国专利申请公开了定制泡沫板鞋底,其被预热、插入模具并被穿着者的脚挤压。
上述现有技术并没有实现鞋子的鞋底匹配每个穿着者的脚底部。这是因为,不用匹配每个穿着者的脚底部的模具的话,这种鞋底不能够只通过仅穿着者的脚挤压热软化鞋内底来制造。即使这种鞋底碰巧匹配穿着者的脚底部,鞋底也无法支撑穿着者的脚,这是因为鞋内底和鞋底夹层之间存在间隙,层压鞋内底的一般材料不具有足够的强度和弹性来支撑脚。更不好的是,由聚氨酯或者EVA(“乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物”)制成的泡沫板如果被热转化的话会趋向于失去弹性。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明将要提供一种定制鞋内底以支撑穿着者脚底部的足弓(最重要部分),并且提供其制造方法。
解决技术问题的方案
根据本发明,提供了一种鞋内底,该鞋内底包括:层压板,该层压板具有泡沫层和织布,并且所述层压板被切割成脚的形状;以及拱形构件,该拱形构件插入层压板底部的预定区域,拱形构件使用热塑性树脂铸造成具有验证为最大的弯曲拱形(provablymaximumbentarch),热塑性树脂的拉伸强度为6kgf/mm2以上,弯曲模量为150kgf/mm2以上。
根据本发明,还提供了一种制造具有验证为最大的弯曲拱形以用于进行定制的鞋内底的方法,所述方法包括:将具有泡沫层和织布的层压板切割成脚的形状的步骤;使用热塑性树脂通过注射模制制备具有验证为最大的弯曲拱形的拱形构件的步骤,所述热塑性树脂的拉伸强度为6kgf/mm2以上,弯曲模量为150kgf/mm2以上;将所述层压板和所述拱形构件预热到变形温度之上的步骤;将粘着剂施加于所述层压板或者所述拱形构件的必要区域的步骤;以及在具有验证为最大的弯曲拱形的形状的鞋内底模具中将预热的所述层压板和预热的所述拱形构件挤压在一起的步骤。
本发明中的“验证为最大的弯曲拱形”指的是虚拟的拱形,其曲率大于每个期望穿着者的脚的曲率。
在本发明中,泡沫层是单个层或者层压层,例如,聚氨酯泡沫或者EVA泡沫构成的单个层,或者聚氨酯泡沫和EVA泡沫构成的层压层。
用于拱形构件的热塑性树脂的拉伸强度为6kgf/mm2以上,弯曲模量为150kgf/mm2以上。热塑性树脂优选是热塑性工程塑料系列,例如,尼龙、聚缩醛、聚碳酸酯、聚醚砜、聚苯醚、聚酯或聚苯硫醚,最优选地是尼龙6、尼龙6.6、尼龙6.10、尼龙12或者前述尼龙的混合物。拱形构件具有锥形边缘从而越到边缘越薄,并且被插入层压板以与层压板的下平面具有相同平面。这种插入例如可以通过以下方式来执行:在具有验证为最大的弯曲拱形的形状的鞋内底模具中将预热的层压板和预热的拱形构件冲压在一起。在插入之前,可以将粘着剂和/或底漆施加在层压板和/或拱形构件的接触区域上。拱形构件可以在纵向方向上具有凹槽以增加其弯曲强度。
本发明的鞋内底可以具有在鞋跟部区域附接至层压板下面的冲压成的EVA泡沫层。
根据本发明的鞋内底取决于鞋子穿着者的脚尺寸而被切割。为了定制,通过干燥机、加热器等将鞋内底在拱形构件处加热至软化温度以上,放入鞋子中,刚好被穿着者的脚因重量负荷而挤压,然后符合脚底部的形状,拱形构件的曲率下降。
本发明的有益效果
通过干燥机、加热器等将取决于鞋子穿着者的脚尺寸而被切割的鞋内底在拱形构件处加热至软化温度以上,放入鞋子中,刚好被穿着者的脚挤压并且符合脚底部的形状。鞋内底能够维持脚健康,并且通过随时紧密支撑穿着者的脚以简单的方式降低了穿着者疲劳。

具体实施方式
下文将参考附图详细描述本发明,这种说明旨在图示本发明,不应视为限制本发明的范围。
根据本发明一个实施方式的鞋内底10包括层压板、鞋跟部6以及拱形构件4,如图2所示。如图1、图2、图3、图4和图5所示,层压板被切割成脚的形状,该层压板由以下制成:具有闭孔的EVA泡沫层1、具有连续孔的聚氨酯泡沫层2以及织布层3。使用由尼龙6和尼龙12以50:50树脂比例组成的尼龙组合物来注射成型具有纵向凹槽8和固定孔7的拱形构件4。拱形构件4具有证明为最大曲率的拱形以及变薄的边缘,如图6所示出的。
粘着剂在鞋跟区域施加于层压板的下面,然后EVA泡沫板被结合至鞋跟区域以形成鞋跟底部5。将层压板和拱形构件4在一室内加热至110℃。将粘着剂施加在层压板和拱形构件4上的所需点处。将具有锥形边缘的拱形构件4固定在压机的下模具上,固定销穿过固定孔7,然后将层压板置于拱形构件4上并且用压机的上模具挤压层压板。将拱形构件4插入通过挤压形成在层压板下面的凹部中,并由此产生具有最大曲率的拱的鞋内底10。

Claims (6)

1.一种鞋内底,该鞋内底包括:层压板,该层压板具有泡沫层和织布,并且所述层压板被切割成脚的形状;以及拱形构件,该拱形构件插入所述层压板的底部的预定区域,所述拱形构件使用热塑性树脂铸造成具有验证为最大的弯曲拱形,所述热塑性树脂的拉伸强度为6kgf/mm2以上,弯曲模量为150kgf/mm2以上,其中所述验证为最大的弯曲拱形指的是虚拟的拱形,其曲率大于每个期望穿着者的脚的曲率。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鞋内底,其中,所述泡沫层由聚氨酯泡沫板和EVA泡沫板层压而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的鞋内底,其中,所述热塑性树脂是尼龙6、尼龙6.6、尼龙6.10、尼龙12或其混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的鞋内底,其中,所述拱形构件具有锥形边缘从而越到边缘越薄,并且所述拱形构件被插入所述层压板以与所述层压板的下平面具有相同平面。
5.一种制造具有验证为最大的弯曲拱形以用于进行定制的鞋内底的方法,所述方法包括:
将具有泡沫层和织布的层压板切割成脚的形状的步骤;
使用热塑性树脂通过注射模制制备具有验证为最大的弯曲拱形的拱形构件的步骤,所述热塑性树脂的拉伸强度为6kgf/mm2以上,弯曲模量为150kgf/mm2以上;
将所述层压板和所述拱形构件分别预热到变形温度之上的步骤;
将粘着剂施加于所述层压板或者所述拱形构件的接触区域的步骤;以及
在具有验证为最大的弯曲拱形的形状的鞋内底模具中将预热的所述层压板和预热的所述拱形构件挤压在一起的步骤,
其中所述验证为最大的弯曲拱形指的是虚拟的拱形,其曲率大于每个期望穿着者的脚的曲率。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制造具有验证为最大的弯曲拱形以用于进行定制的鞋内底的方法,其中,所述拱形构件具有锥形边缘从而越到边缘越薄,并且所述拱形构件被插入所述层压板以与所述层压板的下平面具有相同平面。
