Abstract

La présente invention vise à fabriquer la totalité des équipements de fabrication pour des couches jetables de type T et de type culotte plus compactes et à produire des couches efficacement en maintenant à un minimum le gaspillage de matériaux. La présente invention concerne par conséquent un procédé de fabrication caractérisé en ce que : un feuille de matériau de base (8) obtenue d'un matériau de feuille continu (W) et d'un élément élastique (11) est alimentée en continu dans une direction d'alimentation (A) ; un corps absorbant (5) est fixé à la feuille de matériau de base (W) dans la partie centrale de la direction de la largeur ; une feuille de matériau de base (W) est divisée en une paire de parties feuille encerclant la taille (9a, 9b) et une partie unique feuille de couverture d'entrejambe (10) par deux lignes de division (18) dans la direction longitudinale de la feuille de matériau de base ; la partie feuille de couverture d'entrejambe (10) est coupée à une longueur indiquée pour former des couvertures d'entrejambe individuelles (6) ; les couvertures d'entrejambe (6) sont jointes une par une alternativement à l'une ou l'autre des parties feuille encerclant la taille (9a, 9b); les parties feuille encerclant la taille (9a, 9b) sont coupées à une position intermédiaire entre les couvertures d'entrejambe (6) qui sont adjacentes les unes aux autres ; les parties d'entrejambe (3) sont pliées en deux ; et les sections proches des deux extrémités des sections encerclant la taille (2) sont pliées vers l'intérieur et chacune desdites extrémités est fixée à l'extrémité libre de la partie d'entrejambe (3).
