1 )机械包覆纱制备: 将外包纤维长丝旋转并缠绕在被匀速牵伸的芯丝氨纶 上;
2 )三层网布制备: 将机械包覆纱、 涤纶或锦纶单丝、 涤纶或锦纶纤维和氨 纶通过经编方式织成三层网布, 使得三层网布的面部材质为机械包覆纱、 中间 层材质为涤纶或锦纶单丝, 底部材质为涤纶或锦纶纤维和氨纶; 3 ) 面部提花: 通过提花工艺在三层网布的面部提出设计图案。

本发明的有益效果为: 现有的鞋面结构, 部通常分为前套、 后套、 鞋头、 腰身、 鞋眼、 鞋舌等, 这些件通常都是单独制作之后, 根据每个部位型体大小 制定裁刀沖剪, 再缝合在一起, 如需在鞋面不同部位附着图案, 还必须通过印 刷或高周波压制上去, 形成完整的鞋面, 若是要生产弹性鞋面, 须由弹性部件 缝合起来更难易卷边, 尺寸裁剪不好控制, 制作工序繁多, 生产效率低下, 成 本高。 此发明织物面料主要选原料、 上机工艺、 制图、 织造、 松弛预缩、 预定、 溢流染色、 成定; 根据鞋型大小花纹制订图案, 成品按鞋型大小定型, 工艺技 术上一次织成鞋型, 既对生态环保, 又筒化了鞋面生产流程, 提高了生产效率, 降低了生产成本。 具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、 构造特征、 所实现目的及效果, 以下结合 实施方式详予说明。
本发明一种弹性提花三层网布的制备工艺, 包括以下步骤:
1 )机械包覆纱制备: 将外包纤维长丝旋转并缠绕在被匀速牵伸的芯丝氨纶上; 制备机械包覆纱过程控制机械包覆纱的粗细为 50D-150D涤、锦纶纤维或复合纤 维(麻灰) 包覆 40D氨纶、 70D氨纶、 100D氨纶。 2 )三层网布制备: 将机械 包覆纱、 涤纶或锦纶单丝、 涤纶或锦纶纤维和氨纶通过经编方式织成三层网布, 使得三层网布的面部材质为机械包覆纱、 中间层材质为涤纶或锦纶单丝, 底部 材质为涤纶或锦纶纤维和氨纶, 该步骤为采用经编机织成三层网布, 经编过程 纱线不经过弹簧片调整张力; 3 ) 面部提花: 通过提花工艺在三层网布的面部提 出设计图案。
本发明采用新技术材料包纱一一机械包覆纱, 将外包纤维长丝不断的旋转 并缠绕在被勾速牵伸的芯丝氨纶上, 在纺纱过程中氨纶的预牵倍数, 是一项重 要的工艺参数, 它影响包覆纱的及织物的弹性, 又影响包覆纱的强伸度, 条干 不均勾度和蠕变性能, 预牵伸倍数小, 不能充分发挥弹力织物面料弹性好的优 势, 牵伸过高纺纱困难, 又容易引起断丝, 产品质量随之下降。
同时本发明在成本问题也做了调整, 此款弹性织物, 面部用 50D-150D (涤 /锦或复合纤维) 包覆纱 +中间层(涤 /锦单丝) +底部普通(涤 /锦 )纤维 +氨纶生 产。
本发明的主要特点: 因设备本身的密度问题(针数), 无法像纬编圓机生产 布面细腻, 采用此原料根据原纤维弹性收缩度, 并在工艺织造上调整工艺, 原 设备都必须弹簧片调整张力, 根据机械包覆纱原料本身的特性, 此织物面料上 机工艺不经过弹簧片调机, 提高织造效率, 布面又平整 /细腻。
本发明弹性提花三层网布还包括染色工艺步骤:
4A )松弛精炼:将准备染色的弹性提花三层网布在温度 70-85°C下进行松弛, 通过水洗进行精炼, 水洗液中含纯碱 3%、 乳化剂 3% , 冰醋酸 0.5% , 同时调整 PH值在 6-7之间, 控制布料行进速度在 10Y/分钟, 吸水量 30kg压力, 调节布 料张力, 较之前染缸精炼工艺节能 30% , 提升坯布清洁度降低含油率;
4B )预定: 对松弛后布料的布头剪齐后接导布, 导布长度大于 10米, 后对 布料切边定型, 在温度 185 °C -200°C对布料进行纵向微拉定型, 横向门幅根据图 型设定标准门幅, 纵向微拉至花型比成品图案花型小 1.5-2cm; 设备张力小于 lkg, 控制布料行进速度在 5-8Y/分钟, 本发明该步骤不可缩定(缩定会出现细 纹,进缸后容易出现因细纹产生的皱印),所以只能 拉定型 (在花型设计时必须 预算设定好坯布纵向尺寸大小 (比原图案小 1-1.5CM ), 经松驰精炼后纵向尺寸 大小(小 1.5-2.5CM ), 预定 拉后纵向尺寸大小(比原图案小 1-2CM ), 染色进 缸后因转动后产生的纵向尺寸大小 (0.5-1CM), 成定时按原图案大小符合, 必须 根据大小尺寸排定;
4C ) 染色: 采用大喷嘴染缸, 浴比 1 : 15 , PH值 4-5 , 喷压 33PA, 对预定 后的布料进行染色保温 40-60分钟, 控制布料行进速度在 250-300Y/分钟, 染色 温度: 锦纶 100-105 °C , 涤纶 130-135 °C , 涤锦 120°C , 染色升降温小于或等于 1 度 /分钟, 转速不能过快, 温度根据纤维而定, 有锦纶混织温度不要超过 120度 染色, 不然会容易出现缸皱, 染色过程中必须加抗皱剂;
4D )成定: 在温度 180 °C , 车速 5-8Y, 风力 1800转, 张力 lkg, 上风 80%, 下风 50%相对染色后的布料进行尺寸定型, 横向门幅根据图型设定标准门幅定 型, 整体花型对位尺寸控制在于 0.3-0.5CM之内。 通过选材织造、特殊染整工艺 (松弛精炼一预定一染色一成定), 使用于制作高档提花弹性三层面料, 改善了 三层面料在弹性方面上使用的局限性, 具有手感柔软弹性好, 布面细腻, 对脚 趾无挤压作用, 本发明制作的鞋子给人一种轻松无约束的感觉, 工艺技术上一 次织成鞋型, 既对生态环保, 又筒化了鞋面生产流程, 提高了生产效率, 降低 了生产成本, 给人一种全新绿色健康的舒适。 以上所述仅为本发明的实施例, 并非因此限制本发明的专利范围, 凡是利 用本发明说明书内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换, 或直接或间接运用在其 _ _ 他相关的技术领域, 均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内

1 )机械包覆纱制备: 将外包纤维长丝旋转并缠绕在被匀速牵伸的芯丝氨纶 上;
2 )三层网布制备: 将机械包覆纱、 涤纶或锦纶单丝、 涤纶或锦纶纤维和氨 纶通过经编方式织成三层网布, 使得三层网布的面部材质为机械包覆纱、 中间 层材质为涤纶或锦纶单丝, 底部材质为涤纶或锦纶纤维和氨纶;
3 ) 面部提花: 通过提花工艺在三层网布的面部提出设计图案。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的弹性提花三层网布的制备工艺, 其特征在于, 步 骤 1 ) 中制备机械包覆纱过程控制机械包覆纱的粗细为 50D-150D涤、 锦纶纤维 或复合纤维(麻灰) 包覆 40D氨纶、 70D氨纶、 100D氨纶。
