Abstract
Description
内視鏡を用いて活電部を有する機器内等の観察を安全に行えるようにするために挿入部を絶縁部材で構成することが考えられる。
しかしながら、内視鏡の挿入部を機器内に繰り返し挿入、抜去している間に、湾曲チューブの一部、或いは、熱収縮チューブの一部に破れが発生してブレードが露出し、露出したブレードが活電部に接触するおそれがある。
図1-図6を参照して本発明の一実施形態を説明する。
図1に示す内視鏡システム1は、電子内視鏡(以下、内視鏡と略記する)10と、装置本体40と、内視鏡用ガイドチューブ50とを備えて構成されている。
先端部14は、例えば、絶縁性を有するセラミック製であって、撮像光学系(不図示)、照明光学系(不図示)等が設けられている。
なお、湾曲部15は、上下の二方向に湾曲する構成に限定されるものではなく、上下左右の四方向に湾曲する構成であってよい。
電源部(不図示)等を備えている。
図2Cに示すようにチューブ挿入部51は、芯材となる金属製の鋼板で構成された螺旋管51sと、螺旋管51sの外層を被覆する第1熱収縮チューブ51h1と、第1熱収縮チューブ51h1の外層を被覆する後述する接点側導電検知部を構成するためのブレード51bと、ブレード51bの外層を被覆する第2熱収縮チューブ51h2と、を積層して構成されている。チューブ体である第2熱収縮チューブ51h2は、チューブ挿入部51の最外層を構成している。
図3A、図3Bに示すようにブレード51bは、右巻きに巻回される金属部材である金属線51Rと、左巻に巻回される絶縁部材である絶縁線51Lとを管状に網組みした網状管である。金属線51Rは、例えばステンレス素線であり、絶縁線51Lはポリイミド素線である。
この結果、金属線51Rの引張り強さ(張力とも記載する)と、絶縁線51Lの引張り強さとを略一致するように調整してブレード51bのバランスが所望する状態となるように設定してある。
上述した構成によれば、隣り合う金属線51R同士が接触すること無く、予め定めた間隔離間して保持される。
なお、打数は、16本に限定されるものでは無く、それ以上であっても16本より少なくてもよい。また、打数は、偶数に限らず、奇数であってもよい。
また、金属素線の線径及び絶縁線素線の線経を適宜設定して各線の張力を調整する、或いは、金属線51Rの持数及び絶縁線51Lの持数を適宜設定して各線の張力を調整するようにしてもよい。
フレキシブル基板30は、接続部材であって、管状に構成される基板本体37と、延出部となる延出基板部38とを備えて構成されている。
第1配線端部33Eは、複数の第1配線33の基端側を一纏めにして第1接点35に延出される1本の配線である。第2配線端部34Eは、複数の第2配線34の基端側を一纏めにして第2接点36に延出される1本の配線である。
符号59は、後述する送信コイルであって、後述する受信コイル(図5の符号28)に対設して非接触給電部(図6等の符号61参照)を構成する。
つまり、保持部材57を図5に示すように矢印Y5方向に移動させていくことによって、一体固定部52と取付部19との着脱を行える。
本実施形態の内視鏡システム1は、内視鏡用ガイドチューブ50のチューブ挿入部51の最外層を構成する第2熱収縮チューブ51h2に破れ、いわゆる孔明きが発生してブレード51bの金属線51Rが露出されたことを検出する検知部60,70,80を備えている。
第1接点35は、コンデンサ63Cの一端に接続され、第2接点36は、第1抵抗64Rを介してコンデンサ63Cの他端(基準電位端)に接続される。
例えば、第1抵抗64Rに電流が流れていなければ第1電流検出アンプ65の出力は、コンパレータ66の他方入力端に印加される定電圧よりも低くなり、コンパレータ66の出力は、ローレベルLである。一方、第1抵抗64Rに電流が流れると第1電流検出アンプ65の出力は、コンパレータ66の他方入力端に印加される定電圧よりも高くなる。したがって、コンパレータ66の出力は、この場合ハイレベルHである。
フォトカプラ68の発光部68aは、コンパレータ66の出力がハイレベルHになることによって発光して受光部68bに検出信号を送出する。
なお、コンパレータ66の出力が、ローレベルLの場合には、フォトカプラ68の受光部68bはオフ状態である。
第1ロジック回路91は、信号出力部であって、フォトカプラ68の受光部68bがオフ状態の場合には出力端が論理値“0”であり、受光部68bに検出信号が伝送されることで出力端が論理値“1”となるように構成されている。
そして、第1ロジック回路91の出力は、信号出力部であるオア回路94に付与される。
第1接点35は、図示しない接点及び配線を介して操作部12内に構成された第2検知部70に接続される。
第2検知部抵抗72Rの両端には第2電流検出アンプ73が接続されている。第2電流検出アンプ73は、第2検知部抵抗72Rに流れる電流を検出し、その電流値に応じた出力を第2検知部コンパレータ92の一方入力端に出力する。
第2接点36は、図示しない接点及び配線を介して操作部12内に構成された第3検知部80に接続される。
第3検知部抵抗82Rの両端には第3電流検出アンプ83が接続されている。第3電流検出アンプ83は、第3検知部抵抗83Rに流れる電流を検出し、その電流値に応じた出力を第3検知部コンパレータ93の一方入力端に出力する。
そして、活電部を有する機器の内視鏡観察を行う際、内視鏡用ガイドチューブ50を内視鏡10に所定の状態で装着する。
この構成によれば、操作部12に取付部第1電気接点21a及び取付部第2電気接点21bを設け、操作部12内に非接触給電部61のための送信コイル59を設けて操作部12が構成されるので、操作部12の構成を大幅に簡略化することができる。
その他の作用及び効果は上述した実施形態と同様である。
具体的に、内視鏡挿入部11Aの湾曲部15Aは、先端湾曲駒15f、複数の中間湾曲駒15m、基端湾曲駒(不図示)を回動自在に連設して上下に湾曲するように構成した湾曲駒組15aと、複数の中間湾曲駒組15mの外層を被覆する絶縁部材である熱収縮チューブ15hと、熱収縮チューブ15hの外層を被覆する網状管である上述したブレード51bと、ブレード51bの外層を被覆する絶縁部材で構成した湾曲チューブ15cとを積層して構成されている。
その他の構成は、上述した実施形態と同様であり、同部材には同符号を付して説明を省略する。
Claims (9)
- 外層を構成する絶縁部材で構成されたチューブ体と、前記チューブ体の内層を構成する、予め定めた持数で構成された打数が複数であって右巻き又は左巻きで平行に巻回される金属部材及び予め定めた持数で構成されて前記金属部材の巻方向とは逆方向で平行に巻回される打数が複数である絶縁部材を管状に網組したブレードと、を備えて構成される活電部を有する機器内に挿入されるチューブ部材と、
前記チューブ部材を構成する複数の金属部材のうち、略半分の打数の金属部材の端部を電気的に一纏めに接続した第1接点、及び前記複数の金属部材のうち残りの打数の金属部材の端部を電気的一纏めに接続した第2接点を備える接続部材と、
前記第1接点に接続された金属部材に前記活電部が接触したことを検出する第1接点側導電検知部、または、前記第2接点に接続された金属部材に前記活電部が接触したことを検出する第2接点側導電検知部の少なくとも一方と、
前記チューブ体が破損して前記金属部材が露出していることを報知する報知信号を報知部に出力する信号出力部と、
を具備することを特徴とする内視鏡用ガイドチューブ。 - 外層を構成する絶縁部材で構成されたチューブ体と、前記チューブ体の内層を構成する、予め定めた持数で構成された打数が複数であって右巻き又は左巻きで平行に巻回される金属部材及び予め定めた持数で構成されて前記金属部材の巻方向とは逆方向で平行に巻回される打数が複数である絶縁部材を管状に網組したブレードと、を備えて構成される活電部を有する機器内に挿入されるチューブ部材と、
前記チューブ部材を構成する複数の金属部材のうち、略半分の打数の金属部材の端部を電気的に一纏めに接続した第1接点、及び前記複数の金属部材のうち残りの打数の金属部材の端部を電気的一纏めに接続した第2接点を備える接続部材と、
前記第1接点に接続された金属部材と前記第2接点に接続された金属部材とに前記活電部が接触した短絡状態を検出する短絡検知部と、
前記チューブ体が破損して前記金属部材が露出していることを報知する報知信号を報知部に出力する信号出力部と、
を具備することを特徴とする内視鏡用ガイドチューブ。 - 前記第1接点側導電検知部又は/及び前記第2接点側導電検知部に加えて、前記第1接点に接続された金属部材と前記第2接点に接続された金属部材とに前記活電部が接触した短絡状態を検出する短絡検知部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡用ガイドチューブ。
- 前記チューブ部材を構成する複数の打数の金属部材のうち、奇数番目に配列されている金属部材を前記第1接点には接続し、偶数番目に配列されている金属部材を前記第2接点に接続することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の内視鏡用ガイドチューブ。
- 前記第1接点側導電検知部、前記第2接点側導電検知部、及び前記短絡検知部を備える構成において、
前記報知部は、
前記第1接点側導電検知部において前記金属部材が前記活電部に接触している状態であること、又は、前記第2導電検知部において前記金属部材が前記活電部に接触している状態であること、又は、前記短絡検知部において前記第1接点に接続された金属部材と前記第2接点に接続された金属部材とが短絡状態であること、の何れか1つの状態を検出したとき、報知することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の内視鏡用ガイドチューブ。 - 前記第1接点及び前記第2接点を備える前記接続部材は、前記チューブ部材の基端側に配置されるフレキシブル基板であって、
前記フレキシブル基板は、
複数の金属部材のうち、略半分の打数の金属部材の端部がそれぞれ接続される複数の第1接続部と、
前記複数の金属部材のうち残りの打数の金属部材の端部がそれぞれ接続される複数の第2接続部と、
前記複数の第1接続部と前記第1接点とを電気的に接続する第1配線と、
前記複数の第2接続部と前記第2接点とを電気的に接続する第2配線と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内視鏡用ガイドチューブ。 - 前記金属部材の持数と、前記絶縁素線の持数とを調整して、前記ブレードを構成する右巻き線と左巻き線とのバランスを調整することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の内視鏡用ガイドチューブ。
- 前記金属部材の線経と、前記絶縁素線の線経とを調整して、前記ブレードを構成する右巻き線と左巻き線とのバランスを調整することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の内視鏡用ガイドチューブ。
- 請求項1~8の何れか1項に記載の内視鏡用ガイドチューブの構成を具備していることを特徴とする内視鏡。
