5、 按照权利要求 1所述的易清洗的冰淇淋榨汁一体机,其特征在于: 所述端盖( 3 )末端设有调节旋钮( 13 ),调节旋钮( 13 )通过螺紋安 装在端盖(3)上, 调节旋钮(13)通过轴承(18)安装有定位中心 轴( 15 ), 定位中心轴( 15 )插接在压榨螺杆( 4 )端面上的中心孔内, 基座(1) 内连接电机(8)和压榨螺杆(4) 的联轴器(9) 内设有调 节弹簧(14), 旋转调节旋钮(13)能够改变压榨螺杆(4)的横向位 置, 从而调节挤压桶 (5) 与压榨螺杆(4) 之间的间隙。 6、 按照权利要求 5所述的易清洗的冰淇淋搾汁一体机,其特征在于: 所述定位中心轴( 15 )通过轴承( 18 )进行径向定位,定位中心轴( 15 ) 限制压榨螺杆(4) 的径向位移, 在榨汁机在工作过程中减少压榨螺 杆(4) 的径向跳动。
7、 按照权利要求 1至 6所述的易清洗的冰淇淋榨汁一体机, 其特征 在于: 所述出汁口 (7) 处设置有活动阀板(16),端盖(3) 下端的 出渣口(10)设置有冰淇淋出料造型装置(17), 关闭活动阀板(16), 本发明可用于制作冰激凌, 冰激凌原料从入料口 (6)进入, 经压榨 螺杆(4)推进挤压后, 冰激凌成品从出渣口 (10)排出。
