Description

一种新型易清洗的研磨榨汁机 技术领域
本实用新型涉及研磨榨汁机技术领域,特别指一种新型易清洗的研磨榨汁机。
背景技术
榨汁机是一种可以将果蔬快速榨成果蔬汁的日常生活用具,体积小巧,主要适合于家用。榨汁机在我国普及率还很低,但是已经逐渐被消费者所熟悉,销量增长比较迅速,榨汁机行业处于高速增长期。
目前市面上销售的榨汁机种类繁多,比如中国专利公开号分别为CN101953647A、CN203609184U及CN203138024U均提到一种榨汁机,包括研磨杯及研磨头,所述研磨杯及研磨头配合相对旋转以实现榨汁功能。这些榨汁机一般采用传动齿轮传动来驱动研磨头旋转,同时在研磨杯内装有研磨网、刷架及清洁刷等部件,这样设置,使得榨汁机内部结构过于复杂,生产成本高。此外,上述榨汁机在榨汁过程中,研磨网的整个圆周均会与果蔬接触,在清洗时需要对整个研磨网的360度圆周面进行清理,不仅清理工作量大,而且不易清理干净。
故现有技术尚有较大的改进空间。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提出一种新型易清洗的研磨榨汁机,具有结构简单,容易清洗的优点。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:一种新型易清洗的研磨榨汁机,包括研磨杯,以及设置于研磨杯上方的进料口和设置于研磨杯下方的排渣口和出汁口,所述出汁口与所述研磨杯之间设有过滤板;所述研磨杯内设有转轴,所述转轴上固定安装有螺旋研磨头,所述螺旋研磨头可通过所述转轴相对于所述研磨杯旋转。通过转轴驱动研磨头旋转,使结构更简单成本低,同时省去研磨网而用过滤板代替,只需要清洗过滤板即可,减少大量清洗工作,使得清洗起来更容易。
根据以上方案,所述过滤板的圆心角小于45°。使过滤板接近于平面形状,在清洗时更加方便操作。
根据以上方案,所述研磨杯上位于出汁口处开设有弧形卡槽,所述过滤板插设于所述弧形卡槽内。使过滤板可以从弧形卡槽中拔出,单独对过滤板进行清洗,清洗过程更方便。
根据以上方案,所述研磨杯上位于弧形卡槽处远离所述研磨杯轴心的一侧开设有凹槽。使手可以伸入到凹槽内,方便用力拔出过滤板。
根据以上方案,在所述研磨杯的轴向上,所述排渣口的位置低于所述出汁口的位置。使果蔬汁与果蔬渣可以更好地分离。
根据以上方案,在所述研磨杯的周向上,所述排渣口的位置和所述出汁口的位置分别与所述研磨杯的圆心之间的连线之间具有夹角。进一步地使果蔬汁与果蔬渣可以更好地分离。
根据以上方案,所述研磨杯顶端设有盖子,所述进料口开设于所述盖子上端。使榨汁过程完全处于密封环境,避免灰尘杂质进入。
根据以上方案,所述盖子上端设有长筒管,所述进料口设置于所述长筒管的顶端。使进料可以暂存于长筒管中,一次进料即可持续榨汁,提升榨汁效率。
根据以上方案,所述转轴与所述研磨杯的底面相连接位置设有密封圈,防止果蔬汁从转轴与研磨杯相连接的位置流出。
根据以上方案,所述排渣口与所述研磨杯相连接的位置设有缓冲垫,能阻止绝大部份果汁流出并且又能让果渣通过排渣口排出。
本实用新型的榨汁机,通过转轴直接驱动研磨头旋转,省去中间齿轮传动的机构,简化了榨汁机的结构,降低了生产成本。同时,在研磨杯内设置过滤板,来代替圆周形状的研磨网,不仅可以达到过滤果蔬渣输出果蔬汁的效果,同时也能方便清洗过滤板,减少清洗工作量,清洗起来较为方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本实用新型的技术方案进行说明。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型所述的一种新型易清洗的研磨榨汁机,包括研磨杯1,以及设置于研磨杯1上方的进料口11和设置于研磨杯1下方的排渣口12和出汁口13,所述出汁口13与所述研磨杯1之间设有过滤板14;所述研磨杯1圆心处连接有转轴2,所述转轴2上固定安装有螺旋研磨头3,所述螺旋研磨头3可通过所述转轴2相对于所述研磨杯1旋转。本实用新型所述的榨汁机,通过转轴2直接驱动研磨头旋转,省去中间齿轮传动的机构,简化了榨汁机的结构,降低了生产成本。同时,在研磨杯1内设置过滤板14,来代替圆周形状的研磨网,不仅可以达到过滤果蔬渣输出果蔬汁的效果,同时也能方便清洗过滤板14,减少清洗工作量,清洗起来较为方便。
为了进一步方便清洗过程,优选地所述过滤板14的圆心角小于45°,使过滤板14接近于平面形状,在清洗时更加方便操作。同时,为了方便清洗操作,所述研磨杯1上位于出汁口13处开设有弧形卡槽15,所述过滤板14插设于所述弧形卡槽15内,使过滤板14可以从弧形卡槽15中拔出,单独对过滤板14进行清洗,清洗过程更方便。
优选地,在所述研磨杯1上位于弧形卡槽15处远离所述研磨杯1轴心的一侧开设有凹槽16,使手可以伸入到凹槽16内,方便用力拔出过滤板14。
此外,在所述研磨杯1的轴向上,所述排渣口12的位置低于所述出汁口13的位置。使果蔬汁与果蔬渣可以更好地分离。
同时,在所述研磨杯1的周向上,所述排渣口12的位置和所述出汁口13的位置分别与所述研磨杯1的圆心之间的连线之间具有夹角。进一步地使果蔬汁与果蔬渣可以更好地分离。
本实用新型还包括如下设计,可以提升榨汁机的工作效率和榨汁效果。比如,在所述研磨杯1顶设设有盖子17,所述进料口11开设于所述盖子17上端。使榨汁过程完全处于密封环境,避免灰尘杂质进入。
进一步地,所述盖子17上端设有长筒管18,所述进料口11设置于所述长筒管18的顶端。使进料可以暂存于长筒管18中,一次进料即可持续榨汁,提升榨汁效率。再比如,在所述转轴2与所述研磨杯1的底面相连接位置设有密封圈4,防止果蔬汁从转轴2与研磨杯1相连接的位置流出。又比如,在所述排 渣口12与所述研磨杯1相连接的位置设有缓冲垫5,能阻止绝大部份果汁流出并且又能让果渣通过排渣口12排出。

  1. 一种新型易清洗的研磨榨汁机,包括研磨杯,以及设置于研磨杯上方的进料口和设置于研磨杯下方的排渣口和出汁口,其特征在于,
    所述出汁口与所述研磨杯之间设有过滤板;
    所述研磨杯内设有转轴,所述转轴上固定安装有螺旋研磨头,所述螺旋研磨头可通过所述转轴相对于所述研磨杯旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型易清洗的研磨榨汁机,其特征在于,所述过滤板的圆心角小于45°。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的新型易清洗的研磨榨汁机,其特征在于,所述研磨杯上位于出汁口处开设有弧形卡槽,所述过滤板插设于所述弧形卡槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的新型易清洗的研磨榨汁机,其特征在于,所述研磨杯上位于弧形卡槽处远离所述研磨杯轴心的一侧开设有凹槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的新型易清洗的研磨榨汁机,其特征在于,在所述研磨杯的轴向上,所述排渣口的位置低于所述出汁口的位置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的新型易清洗的研磨榨汁机,其特征在于,在所述研磨杯的周向上,所述排渣口的位置和所述出汁口的位置分别与所述研磨杯的圆心之间的连线之间具有夹角。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的新型易清洗的研磨榨汁机,其特征在于,所述研磨杯顶端设有盖子,所述进料口开设于所述盖子上端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的新型易清洗的研磨榨汁机,其特征在于,所述盖子上端设有长筒管,所述进料口设置于所述长筒管的顶端。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的新型易清洗的研磨榨汁机,其特征在于,所述转轴与所述研磨杯的底面相连接位置设有密封圈。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的新型易清洗的研磨榨汁机,其特征在于,所述排渣口与所述研磨杯相连接的位置设有缓冲垫。
