第五, 本发明的榨汁机, 由于减少了部件数量, 消除了因齿轮传动带来的振动和噪音, 同时避免了因齿轮磨损导致磨损材料粉末进入汁液被人误食而导致的潜在风险。
尽管已经结合目前认为最实用并优选的实施方式对本发明进行了描述, 但是应该理 解, 本发明并不局限于公开的实施方式和附图。 相反, 意图涵盖落入所附权利要求的精神 和范围之内的各种改型和变型, 均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、 榨汁机, 包括有底座、 驱动机构、 榨汁部件以及盖, 所述驱动机构固定在底座的 内腔中, 榨汁部件位于底座上方与驱动机构相连接并被驱动, 盖位于榨汁部件的上方; 所 述盖和榨汁部件包围形成榨汁制造腔, 盖设置有通向所述榨汁制造腔的食材通道; 其特征 在于: 所述榨汁部件包括有能够以低速旋转挤压的方式榨取汁液的榨汁头以及外壳, 所述 榨汁头位于外壳的内腔中, 设置有: 食材挤压部分、 驱动机构连接部分以及与盖相连接定 位的盖连接部分; 外壳设置有与榨汁制造腔接通的残渣出口和汁液出口。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 所述盖 (100) 包括有上盖面及位于上 盖面上方的食材通道, 所述食材通道穿过盖( 100)的上盖面形成一入口端口 (110); 在盖 的上盖面形成一旋转轴孔(120), 榨汁头 (200) 的盖连接部分为位于榨汁头 (200)顶部 设置的上旋转轴(210), 插入到所述旋转轴孔(120) 中。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 所述榨汁头 (200) 包括有中空圆 筒状结构的过滤腔壁, 所述过滤腔壁包括有网孔结构; 榨汁头 ( 200) 的食材挤压部分为 在过滤腔壁的外表面上形成对食物进行推动和粉碎压榨的螺旋线外凸结构的螺旋凸筋
( 240 );螺旋凸筋( 240 )由过滤腔壁的外表面向外凸出;上旋转轴( 210 )位于榨汁头( 200) 顶部的中心位置。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 在所述榨汁头 (200) 的下端处向下凸 出地设置有环状结构的挡渣筋条(220), 外壳 (300) 的内腔底部设置有挡渣凹槽(310), 所述挡渣筋条(220)通过可旋转方式插入到挡渣凹槽中 (310) 中并进行旋转固定; 在榨 汁头 (200) 的下端处挡渣筋条(220) 的向内方向设置有向下凸出环状结构的能够防止内 部的汁液混入残渣的挡汁筋条( 250), 外壳 ( 300) 内腔底部的相应位置设置有环面状结 构的排渣平台 (320), 挡汁筋条(250)通过可旋转的方式插入到排渣平台 (320) 内; 榨 汁头 (200) 的驱动机构连接部分为在榨汁头 ( 200) 内部空间 ( 260) 中、 位于中心线位 置设置的榨汁头离合机构 ( 230), 与驱动机构 ( 400) 的设置在输出轴上部的电动机离合 机构 (410)啮合。
5、如权利要求 4所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 在所述榨汁头(200)的螺旋凸筋(240) 的下端部, 设置有多个推渣块(245 ), 该推渣块(245 )用以将已传送到外壳 (300) 的排 渣平台 ( 320 )上的残渣排出外壳 ( 300) 的残渣出口 ( 360); 所述榨汁头 ( 200) 的过滤 腔壁具有网孔结构, 所述过滤腔壁的网孔结构的孔径的尺寸大小, 由上往下逐渐减小。
6、 如权利要求 2所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 所述旋转轴孔(120)形成在盖 (100) 的中心, 入口端口 ( 110)位于与旋转轴孔( 120)的中心位置偏心特定距离的位置而形成; 盖 ( 100 ) 的上盖面的上端部分的边界侧面凸出地形成有多个凸筋, 多个所述凸筋沿向圆 心方向切除材料形成固定凹槽(130); 位于盖 (100) 的上盖面上设置有倾斜表面 (150), 倾斜表面(150)的高端位于靠近入口端口 (110)—侧; 外壳(300)的上端的周边内侧表 面上形成有多个向内突出的固定凸筋 ( 335 ), 当固定凹槽(130) 与固定凸筋 ( 335 ) 固定 连接时, 盖 (100) 以可拆卸方式固定到外壳 (300)上。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 所述外壳 (300) 的内壁上, 设置有一 道以上的引导筋条(330); 引导筋条(330) 沿纵向方向设置, 引导筋条(330) 的外断面 与根部之间的水平距离尺寸值由上往下逐渐减小; 外壳 ( 300) 的内壁上, 设置有一道以 上的研磨筋条(340), 所述研磨筋条(340) 沿纵向方向设置; 所述研磨筋条(340)位于 相邻引导筋条(330)之间的区域中。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 所述排渣平台 (320) 的表面上形成有 圆环面状的排出倾斜表面 (350), 所述排出倾斜表面 (350) 的深度沿榨汁头 (200) 的螺 旋方向增加;在排出倾斜表面( 350 )的端部处形成用于将残渣排出外壳的残渣出口( 360 ); 在外壳( 300 )的挡渣凹槽(310 )内侧形成有环柱形结构的挡墙( 370 ),位于挡渣筋条( 220) 和挡汁筋条(250)之间的空间里。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 在外壳 (300) 的中心下端部分上形成 有防水圆柱体(390), 防水圆柱体(390) 内部为通孔(395 ), 所述防水圆柱体(390)插 入到榨汁头(200)的内部空间 (260)的下部; 驱动机构 (400)的电动机离合机构(410) 釆用向上凸出的柱状结构, 用以穿过通孔(395 )与榨汁头(200)的榨汁头离合机构 (230) 相啮合。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 所述驱动机构 ( 400) 包括有电动机 和减速器, 电动机离合机构 (410) 与减速器的输出轴连接; 盖 (100) 的固定凹槽 (130) 上方外沿向外凸出形成触动杆( 140); 在底座( 400)上盖面侧部向上延伸形成定位支架
(440), 其上部与杯盖 (100)上的触动杆(140)对应的部分形成触动槽 (430), 在定位 支架(440) 内部对应触动槽(430)位置装有^:动开关 (450) 以控制电路的通断。
