Claims (7)
- 고온의 화염에 의해 발생된 유해가스와 유해물질이 유동되는 연도와 연결되어 상기 유해가스를 급냉시켜 유해가스로부터 유해물질이 생성되는 것을 억제하고 제거하는 1차 억제처리부를 포함하며,상기 1차 억제처리부는,내부에 냉각수가 수용된 1차 처리챔버와;상기 1차 처리챔버 내부에 구비되며 상기 연도와 연결되는 1차 흡입관과;상기 1차 흡입관의 하부에 결합되며 상기 냉각수에 잠긴 상태에서 회전하며 상기 유해가스를 미세 기포 형태로 상기 냉각수 내부로 배출시켜 상기 냉각수와 접촉하며 급냉시키는 1차 회전날개부와;상기 1차 회전날개부를 회전구동하는 1차 날개구동부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유해가스 처리와 유해물질 생성 억제 및 제거장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 1차 흡입관은 상기 연도의 내경에 대응되는 외경을 갖도록 형성되며, 상단은 상기 연도 내부에 일정 길이 삽입되고 하단은 상기 1차 회전날개부와 연통되게 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유해가스 처리와 유해물질 생성 억제 및 제거장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 1차 회전날개부는,상부가 상기 1차 흡입관과 연통되도록 개방형성되며 외주면에 유해가스 배출구가 일정간격으로 형성된 유해가스흡입관과;상기 유해가스흡입관의 상부와 하부에 각각 결합된 상부지지판 및 하부지지판과;상기 유해가스 배출구의 일측에 나선형태로 결합되어 상기 유해가스를 상기 냉각수로 배출하는 복수개의 회전날개를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유해가스 처리와 유해물질 생성 억제 및 제거장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 회전날개의 단부는 상기 상부지지판과 상기 하부지지판의 반경방향 외측으로 일정길이 돌출되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유해가스 처리와 유해물질 생성 억제 및 제거장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 1차 처리챔버의 일측에는 내부의 냉각수를 순환시키는 냉각수순환여과부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유해가스 처리와 유해물질 생성 억제 및 제거장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 1차 억제처리부에서 처리된 1차 처리가스를 유해가스처리제가 용해된 처리수에 용해시켜 상기 1차 처리가스에 함유된 잔여물질을 처리하는 2차 억제처리부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유해가스 처리와 유해물질 생성 억제 및 제거장치.
- 제 1항의 유해가스 처리와 유해물질 생성 억제 및 제거장치를 이용한 유해가스 처리와 유해물질 생성억제 및 제거방법에 있어서,상기 유해가스 처리와 유해물질 생성 억제 및 제거장치가 고온의 유해가스가 이동되는 연도에 결합되어 상기 유해가스를 냉각수와의 접촉에 의해 급냉시켜 유해물질의 생성을 억제하는 1차 처리 단계와;상기 1차 처리단계를 거친 1차 처리가스를 유해가스처리제가 용해된 처리수에 침지시켜 잔여물질을 처리하는 2차 처리단계;를 포함하며,상기 1차 처리단계는, 내부로 유입된 유해가스를 상기 냉각수에 잠긴 상태에서 회전하는 회전날개로 경유시켜 미세기포 형태로 상기 냉각수로 배출하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유해가스 처리와 유해물질 생성억제 및 제거방법.
