【技术领域】
本发明涉及显示装置制造领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种显示面板组件的托 盘。 【背景技术】
目前, 面板业界对液晶面板的包装方式有多种, 最常用发泡类模具成型緩 沖材制成托盘以安放液晶玻璃, 也有采用注塑 /吹塑成型硬质盒(box ) 的方案。

上述的高度差 T会带来装箱的显示面板组件容易发生损坏(不平整放置容 易造成挤压损坏面板), 因此, 目前的做法是如图 2所示, 通过在托盘 100内垫 上一块高度为 T的片材 131以消耗掉该高度差 T, 使得显示面板组件 200的面 板可以保持平整放置, 确保其安全性。
但就目前而言, 上述托盘 100的装箱量较少, 使得运输以及存储成本较大, 因此, 需要对显示面板组件的包装进行改进。 【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种装箱量较大的显示面板组件的托 盘。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种显示面板组件的托盘, 包括: 用于装载所述显示面板组件的面板部分的第一容纳腔; 以及设置在所述 第一容纳腔一侧, 用于承载所述显示面板组件的电路板部分的第二容纳腔; 所 述第二容纳腔的底面相对于所述第一容纳腔的底面下沉。
优选的, 所述第二容纳腔的底面为相对于所述第一容纳腔的底面平行的下 沉面。 在托盘的基础装箱量较少的情况下, 可采用此种结构, 这种方式可保持 电路板平整放置, 进而可以使得电路板放置后的高度不会过高。

本发明由于在托盘的内设置用于装载所述显示面板组件的面板部分的第一 容纳腔; 以及设置在所述第一容纳腔一侧, 用于承载所述显示面板组件的电路 板部分的第二容纳腔; 所述第二容纳腔的底面相对于所述第一容纳腔的底面下 沉。 下沉的第二容纳腔可以使得放置在该第二容纳腔内的电路板也向下沉, 这 样,就可以抵消或部分抵消掉电路板带来的高度差 Τ,也使得托盘可以取消用于 垫高的片材或降低片材的厚度, 这样, 由于电路板和面板的总高度都在降低, 在托盘的高度不变的情况下, 也就可以提高托盘的装箱量了。 【附图说明】

【具体实施方式】 下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 6-16分别示出了本发明所述的显示面板组件的托盘 100, 其包括: 用 于装载如图 1所述显示面板组件 200的面板 201部分的第一容纳腔 110; 以及设 置在所述第一容纳腔 110—侧, 用于承载所述显示面板组件 200的电路板 203 部分的第二容纳腔 120; 所述第二容纳腔 120的底面相对于所述第一容纳腔 110 的底面下沉。 下沉的第二容纳腔 120可以使得放置在该第二容纳腔 120内的电 路板 203也向下沉,这样,就可以抵消或部分抵消掉电路板 203带来的高度差 T (当有 n张显示面板组件 200往托盘 100中堆叠放置时, 面板 201本身水平面 与电路板 203最高点水平面形成了 T= n*k 的高度差), 也使得托盘 100可以取 消用于垫高的片材 131或降低片材 131的厚度, 这样, 由于电路板 203和面板 201 的总高度都在降低, 在托盘 100 的高度不变的情况下, 也就可以提高托盘 100的装箱量了。
实施例一
如图 6-8为本发明实施例一的托盘 100, 其包括: 用于装载如图 1所述显示 面板组件 200的面板 201部分的第一容纳腔 110; 以及设置在所述第一容纳腔 110一侧,用于 7 载所述显示面板组件 200的电路板 203部分的第二容纳腔 120; 所述第二容纳腔 120的底面相对于所述第一容纳腔 110的底面下沉, 且所述第 二容纳腔 120的底面为相对于所述第一容纳腔 110的底面是平行的下沉面。 本 实施例适用于托盘 100的基础装箱量较少的情况下, 结合图 1所示, 这种结构 可保持显示面板组件 200的电路板 203平整放置, 进而可以使得电路板 203放 置后的高度不会过高。
本实施例所述的第二容纳腔 120 的底面下沉可以在现有托盘的结构上直接 改进而来, 现有托盘的底部相对是较厚的, 并且, 第二容纳腔 120 的大小也比 较小, 不会对托盘的结构强度造成明显的影响。
在本实施例中, 所述托盘 100所能够承载的全部显示面板组件 200的电路 板 203部分的叠置高度总和与面板 201部分的叠置高度总和之间的高度差为 T, 所述第二容纳腔 120的下沉深度大于或等于所述高度差 T。这样可以避免电路板
203及电路板 203的元器件凸出于托盘 100最上的水平面即最上层显示面板组件 200的水平面, 保证了托盘 100的装箱量以及显示面板组件 200的安全性。
在本实施例中,如图 6及图 8所示,在托盘 100的底部还设置有加强筋 101 , 通过加强筋 101可以使得托盘 100具有更强的结构强度, 以使其在承载更多显 示面板组件 200时不会发生过大的结构变形导致面板损坏。
实施例二
如图 9-11所示为本发明的实施例二, 与实施例一不同的是, 本实施例中的 托盘 100的第二容纳腔 120的底面相对于所述第一容纳腔 110的底面是倾斜设 置的, 这样就导致第二容纳腔 120有一侧较深, 另一侧则较浅, 第二容纳腔 120 较深的一侧用于承载如图 1所示的显示面板组件 200的电路板 203部分厚度较 高的一侧(即设置有连接器 204的一侧)。 本实施例主要针对托盘 100的基础装 箱量较大时(也就是托盘比较高的情况下 ), 叠置后电路板 203及电路板上的连 接器 204产生于面板 201的高度差 Τ就会越大, 如图 12所示, 太深的水平下沉 面有可能会造成显示面板组件 200的电路板 203处于悬空状态, 在叠置更多的 显示面板组件后覆晶薄膜 202有被电路板 203拉扯脱落的风险, 因此如图 13所 示, 将第二容纳腔 120的底面设置成倾斜的, 使得电路板 203可以直接平躺放 置在第二容纳腔 120内, 而电路板 203上连接器 204—侧 (即厚度较高一侧) 放置于第二容纳腔 120较深的一侧 (由于倾斜设置造成容纳腔一侧较深, 一侧 较浅), 与覆晶薄膜 202连接的一侧放置于较浅的一侧, 这样使得覆晶薄膜 202 不至于悬空而被拉扯导致脱落, 从而有效的保护显示面板组件 200的安全性。
当然, 在本实施例中, 若托盘 100所承载的全部显示面板组件 200的电路 板 203部分的叠置高度总和与面板 201部分的叠置高度总和之间的高度差为 Τ, 而叠置在所述第二容纳腔 120—侧显示面板组件 200的电路板 203部分下沉深 度大于或等于所述高度差 Τ。这样可以避免电路板 203及电路板 203上的元器件 凸出于托盘 100最上的水平面即最上层显示面板组件 200的水平面, 保证托盘 100的装箱量以及托盘 100的安全性。
而在本实施例中, 如图 11所示, 第二容纳腔 120的底面较浅一侧边缘直接 与所述第一容纳腔 110的底面一侧衔接, 也就是由第一容纳腔 110直接过度, 这样使得覆晶薄膜 202平躺设置在底面上, 得到更好的保护。
实施例三
如图 14-18所示为本发明的第三个实施例, 与实施例二不同的是, 本实施例 中托盘 100的第一容纳腔 110设置在所述托盘的主箱体 11上, 所述第二容纳腔 120设置在一外设的副箱体 12上, 所述主箱体 11一侧边缘设置有一开槽 117, 所述副箱体 12嵌套安装在所述开槽 117内。
开槽 117为方形结构, 如图 19-20所述副箱体 12具有一形成所述第二容纳 腔的下凹部 122以及一限位外檐 121 ,所述下凹部 122的外周形状对应所述开槽 117的形状, 限位外檐 121 的长、 宽大于所述开槽 117的长、 宽, 所述副箱体 12通过所述限位外檐 121的限位使其固定在所述开槽 117内。通过限位外檐 121 直接将副箱体 12挂载于托盘底部开槽 117处, 其操作方便, 并且可靠。
本实施例的第二容纳腔 120采用底面倾斜设置的方式, 因此如图 20所示, 下凹部 122—侧也存在斜面, 这样造成副箱体 12安装在开槽 117后容易发生移 动, 因此在该侧设置挡墙 123 , 其与下凹部 122形成两个限位面 127, 分别位于 下凹部 122 的两侧, 这样通过限位面可保持副箱体挂载时以及挂载后不会发生 倾斜和移动等问题。
以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明, 不 能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的普通 技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干筒单推演或替 换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种显示面板组件的托盘, 包括:
用于装载所述显示面板组件的面板部分的第一容纳腔;
以及设置在所述第一容纳腔一侧, 用于承载所述显示面板组件的电路 板部分的第二容纳腔;
所述第二容纳腔的底面相对于所述第一容纳腔的底面下沉。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的显示面板组件的托盘, 其中, 所述第二容纳腔 的底面为相对于所述第一容纳腔的底面平行的下沉面。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的显示面板组件的托盘, 其中, 所述第二容纳腔 的底面相对于所述第一容纳腔的底面倾斜设置, 所述第二容纳腔较深的一 侧用于承载所述显示面板组件的电路板部分厚度较高的一侧。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的显示面板组件的托盘, 其中, 所述第二容纳腔 的底面一侧边缘与所述第一容纳腔的底面一侧 #ί接。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的显示面板组件的托盘, 其中, 所述第一容纳腔 设置在所述托盘的主箱体上, 所述第二容纳腔设置在一外设的副箱体上, 所述主箱体一侧边缘设置有一开槽, 所述副箱体嵌套安装在所述开槽内。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的显示面板组件的托盘, 其中, 所述开槽为方形 结构, 所述副箱体具有一形成所述第二容纳腔的下凹部以及一限位外檐, 所述下凹部的形状对应所述开槽的形状, 所述限位外檐的长、 宽大于所述 开槽的长、 宽, 所述副箱体通过所述限位外檐的限位使其固定在所述开槽 内。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的显示面板组件的托盘, 其中, 所述下凹部的两 侧分别设置有限位面。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的显示面板组件的托盘, 其中, 所述第二容纳腔 的底面为相对于所述第一容纳腔的底面平行的下沉面; 所述托盘所承载的 全部显示面板组件的电路板部分的叠置高度总和与面板部分的叠置高度总 和之间的高度差为 T, 所述第二容纳腔的下沉深度大于或等于所述高度差 τ。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的显示面板组件的托盘, 其中, 所述第二容纳腔 的底面相对于所述第一容纳腔的底面倾斜设置, 所述第二容纳腔较深的一 侧用于承载所述显示面板组件的电路板部分厚度较高的一侧; 所述托盘所 承载的全部显示面板组件的电路板部分的叠置高度总和与面板部分的叠置 高度总和之间的高度差为 Τ, 所述叠置在所述第二容纳腔一侧显示面板组 件的电路板部分下沉深度大于或等于所述高度差 Τ。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的显示面板组件的托盘, 其中, 所述托盘的底 部设置有加强筋。
