Description
[1] ポリエチレンないしエチレン系共重合体(以後、エチレン(共)重合体という)
からなる内層と外層と、
バリア樹脂からなる中間層とからなり、
内外層にはアンチブロッキング剤と界面活性剤が含まれてなり、
内層および外層に含まれるアンチブロッキング剤量が、各々6500ppm以上にあり、界面活性剤が、1000~8000ppmの範囲で含まれてなり、
該中間層の厚さが、0.8~5.0μmの範囲にあり、全層厚みが10~30μmの範囲にあり、共押出インフレーションで製造されたものであり、底部が溶着されて封されてなる悪臭物封止袋であり、
使用する場合に、溶着されていない開口部を結び合わせて、内容物を封止することを特徴とする悪臭物封止袋。
[2]前記エチレン(共)重合体が、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)である[1]の悪臭物封止袋。
[3]バリア樹脂が、ポリアミド、エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体(EVOH)、ポリブチレンテレフタレートから選ばれる少なくとも1種からなる[1]または[2]の悪臭物封止袋。
[4]バリア樹脂が、非晶性ポリアミドを70重量%以上含有するポリアミドである[3]に記載の悪臭物封止袋。
[5]アンチブロッキング剤が、ゼオライト、タルク、カオリン、シリカ、炭酸カルシウム、ガラス粉末から選ばれる少なくとも1種である[1]の悪臭物封止袋。
[6]前記中間層に脂肪族ポリアミドまたはポリオレフィンを含む[4]の悪臭物封止袋。
[7]中間層が、接着性樹脂層を介して前記内層・外層と接合されている[1]の悪臭物封止袋。
[8]界面活性剤が、アルキルスルホン酸塩、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩、アルキルホスフェート、テトラアルキルアンモニウム塩、トリアルキルベンジルアンモニウム塩、グリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルフェニルエーテル、N,N-ビス(2-ヒドロキシエチル)アルキルアミン[アルキルジエタノールアミン]、N-2-ヒドロキシエチル-N-2-ヒドロキシアルキルアミン[ヒドロキシアルキルモノエタノールアミン]、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルアミン、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルアミン脂肪酸エステル、アルキルジエタノールマイド、アルキルベタイン、アルキルイミダゾリウムベタインから選ばれる少なくとも1種である[1]の悪臭物封止袋。
[9]ポリエチレンないしエチレン系共重合体(以後、エチレン(共)重合体という)からなる内層と外層と、
バリア樹脂からなる中間層とからなり、
内外層にはアンチブロッキング剤と界面活性剤が含まれてなり、

封止袋の溶着されていない開口部を結び合わせて、内容物を封止することを特徴とする家庭用悪臭物の廃棄方法。
封止袋構成
本発明の封止袋は、ポリエチレンないしエチレン系共重合体(以後、エチレン(共)重合体という)からなる内層と外層と、バリア樹脂からなる中間層とからなる。
外層および内層は、ポリエチレンないしエチレン系共重合体から構成される。
中間層:
中間層は、バリア樹脂から構成される。バリア樹脂として、ガスバリア性があるものであれば特に制限無く採用することが可能である。
悪臭物封止袋の製造方法
本発明の悪臭物封止袋は上記中間層と外層・内層、必要に応じて接着性樹脂層を有する。この悪臭物封止袋は、これら各層を順に積層して製造してもよいし、各層を構成する原料を共押出して製造してもよい。これらのうち、共押出インフレーション法が好ましく、特に水冷式の共押出インフレーション装置を使用すること得られたものが好ましい。水冷式の共押出インフレーション法により製造された悪臭物封止袋は、より優れた柔軟性を示すため、悪臭物封止袋に好適に使用できる。
[実施例]
以下、本発明を実施例により説明するが、本発明は、この実施例により何ら限定されるものではない。
<便臭遮断性>
官能テスト
方法: 袋にうんち入りおむつを入れて放置。経過時間毎に、袋に鼻を近づけて臭い漏れ度合を3段階で評価(評価:臭いなし…○、やや臭う…△、臭う…×)する。
評価基準: 「×…臭う」と評価した経過時間で、点数を付け、13人の平均を取った。
(評価:30分…-3点、1日…-1点、5日…+1点、6日以上…+3点)
<結びやすさ(柔軟性)>
ヤング率
方法: フィルムのヤング率を測定。(測定方法:JIS K7126)
漏れ評価
方法: 袋の中に、浸透液(エージレスチェック)を充填した後、袋の口を結び、結び目を下にして吊す。経過時間毎に結び目からの液漏れの有無を確認する。
評価基準: 液漏れが確認された時間で評価する。
官能テスト
袋を結んで、結びやすさを評価した。実施例1のフィルムを基準として、結びやすさを3段階評価にて、点数を付け、10人の平均を取った。(評価:実施例1と比較して結びやすい…3点、実施例1と比較して同等に結びやすい…2点、結びにくい…1点)
<強度>
ゲルボフレックステスト
方法: フィルムを屈曲させて、ピンホール発生数を確認した。(測定方法:MIL-B-131C、測定条件:23℃,2000回or500回)
<音>
騒音測定
方法: 袋を片手でにぎり、2回/秒のペースで揉み、騒音計にて5秒間測定を行った最大値を3回測定して平均する。(測定器:リオン製精密騒音計 N評価基準)
50dBと最大値との差を求め、20で除して数値化して、以下の5段階評価にて点数を付ける。(比率:2以下…5点、2~3…4点、3~4…3点、4~5…2点、5以上…1点
なお、50dBは静かな事務所であり、騒々しい事務所や騒々しい街頭は1点程度となる。
[実施例1]
5種5層の共押出水冷インフレーション装置を用いて、第1層がメタロセン触媒を用いて重合した直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE、密度:0.915g/cm3)、第2層が接着性樹脂(マレイン酸変性PE)、第3層が非晶性ポリアミド、第4層が接着性樹脂(マレイン酸変性PE)、第5層がポリエチレン(PE、密度:0.924g/cm3)からなる、総膜厚20μmの悪臭物封止袋を得た。なお、最外層から順に、第1層、第2層、第3層、第4層、第5層とする。第3層が中間層に相当し、かかる中間層の厚みは1μmであり、内外層を構成するポリエチレン層に、アンチブロッキング剤として、ゼオライトが、第1層に28000ppm、第5層に18000ppm含まれている。
なお作製した袋の大きさは、38×22cmとした。
[実施例2]
実施例1において、アンチブロッキング剤の量を、第1層に4000ppm、第5層に11500ppmとした以外は実施例1と同様に、悪臭物封止袋を作製し、評価した。
[実施例3]
第3層の厚さを4μmとした以外は、実施例2と同様にして、悪臭物封止袋を作製し、評価した。
[比較例1]
第1層および第5層に、LLDPEの代わりに、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)を使用した以外は、実施例2と同様にして、悪臭物封止袋を作製し、評価した。
[比較例2]
中間層の厚さを0.5μmとした以外は、実施例2と同様にして、悪臭物封止袋を作製し、評価した。
[比較例3]
中間層の厚さを3μmとし、全層の厚さを60μmとした以外は、実施例2と同様にして、悪臭物封止袋を作製し、評価した。
[比較例4]
第1層がポリエチレン、第3層に、非晶性ポリアミドの代わりにエチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体(EVOH、エチレン含量:44モル%)を用い、アンチブロッキング剤は添加することなく、実施例1と同様にして、第3層の厚さを5μm、総厚50μmにして、悪臭物封止袋を作製し、評価した。
[比較例5]
第1層がポリブチレンテレフタレート、第3層~第5層にポリエチレンを使用し、アンチブロッキング剤は添加することなく、実施例1と同様にして、第3層の厚さを3.2μm、総厚40μmにして、悪臭物封止袋を作製し、評価した。
[比較例6]
単層のインフレーション装置を用いて、上記PBTからなる膜厚25μmの悪臭物封止袋を作製し、評価した。
[比較例7~9]
単層のインフレーション装置を用いて、上記PEからなる膜厚20μmの悪臭物封止袋を作製し、評価した。なお、比較例7および8のPEには、消臭剤として数%程度含まれている。比較例9には消臭剤は含まれていない。
[参考例]
実施例1において、第3層の非晶性ポリアミドの代わりに、非晶性ポリアミドを80重量部と6-NYを20重量部とを混合して、調製された6-NYを20重量%含有するポリアミド組成物を用い、第3層の厚さを2μm、総厚20μmにして、悪臭物封止袋を作製し、評価した。参考例には、帯電防止剤は、第1層と第5層に4000ppm含まれている。なお、参考例は、6-NYを多めに含むため、便臭遮断性が少し低いので、参考例とした。
Claims (9)
- ポリエチレンないしエチレン系共重合体(以後、エチレン(共)重合体という)からなる内層と外層と、
バリア樹脂からなる中間層とからなり、かつ内外層にはアンチブロッキング剤と界面活性剤が含まれてなり内層および外層に含まれるアンチブロッキング剤量が、各々6500ppm以上にあり、界面活性剤が、1000~8000ppmの範囲で含まれてなり、
該中間層の厚さが、0.8~5.0μmの範囲にあり、全層厚みが10~30μmの範囲にあり、共押出インフレーションで製造されたものであり、底部が溶着されて封されてなる悪臭物封止袋であり、
使用する場合に、溶着されていない開口部を結び合わせて、内容物を封止することを特徴とする悪臭物封止袋。 - 前記エチレン(共)重合体が、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の悪臭物封止袋。
- バリア樹脂が、ポリアミド、エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体(EVOH)、ポリブチレンテレフタレートから選ばれる少なくとも1種からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の悪臭物封止袋。
- バリア樹脂が、非晶性ポリアミドを70重量%以上含有するポリアミドであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の悪臭物封止袋。
- アンチブロッキング剤が、ゼオライト、タルク、カオリン、シリカ、炭酸カルシウム、ガラス粉末から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の悪臭物封止袋。
- 前記中間層に脂肪族ポリアミドまたはポリオレフィンを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の悪臭物封止袋。
- 中間層が、接着性樹脂層を介して前記内層・外層と接合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の悪臭物封止袋。
- 界面活性剤が、アルキルスルホン酸塩、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩、アルキルホスフェート、テトラアルキルアンモニウム塩、トリアルキルベンジルアンモニウム塩、グリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルフェニルエーテル、N,N-ビス(2-ヒドロキシエチル)アルキルアミン[アルキルジエタノールアミン]、N-2-ヒドロキシエチル-N-2-ヒドロキシアルキルアミン[ヒドロキシアルキルモノエタノールアミン]、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルアミン、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルアミン脂肪酸エステル、アルキルジエタノールマイド、アルキルベタイン、アルキルイミダゾリウムベタインから選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の悪臭物封止袋。
