Abstract
Description
なお、本発明において、「増粘油性組成物」とは、特定の油性増粘剤と液状油分とを含有する組成物であって、かつ、該組成物(全体)の粘度が、前記油性増粘剤中に含有されるシリコーン化多糖化合物又はシリコーン乳化剤を、前記液状油分中にそれぞれ単独で添加、配合した各組成物の粘度に比較して増大した(増粘化した)組成物を意味する。
しかしながら、ポリエーテル変性シリコーンを水の非存在下で単独で用いた場合には、シリコーン系油分の増粘効果は非常に低い。
〔1〕
下記一般式(1)で示されるシリコーン化多糖化合物と、シリコーン乳化剤とからなる油性増粘剤。
〔2〕
シリコーン化多糖化合物が、下記一般式(5)で示されるシリコーン化プルランであることを特徴とする〔1〕に記載の油性増粘剤。
〔3〕
シリコーン乳化剤が、ポリオキシアルキレン変性シリコーン及びポリグリセリン変性シリコーンの中から選ばれる1種又は2種以上であることを特徴とする〔1〕又は〔2〕に記載の油性増粘剤。
〔4〕
〔1〕~〔3〕のいずれかに記載の油性増粘剤と油性成分とを含むことを特徴とする増粘油性組成物。
〔5〕
油性成分が、液状油分であることを特徴とする〔4〕に記載の増粘油性組成物。
〔6〕
液状油分が、動粘度50mm2/s以下の低粘度シリコーン油、軽質イソパラフィン及び軽質流動イソパラフィンから選ばれる1種又は2種以上であることを特徴とする〔5〕に記載の増粘油性組成物。
〔7〕
〔1〕~〔3〕のいずれかに記載の油性増粘剤及び/又は〔4〕~〔6〕のいずれかに記載の増粘油性組成物を配合してなることを特徴とする化粧料。
特に、液状油分として、動粘度50mm2/s以下の低粘度シリコーン油、軽質イソパラフィン、軽質流動イソパラフィンから選ばれる1種又は2種以上を用いると、本発明の増粘油性組成物、これら油性増粘剤あるいは増粘油性組成物が配合されてなる化粧料にのびの良い軽い感触を与えることができる。
本発明において用いられるシリコーン化多糖化合物は、上記一般式(1)で示される。
一般式(1)において、PLはプルランのグルコース残基を表す。
R1は互いに同一又は異なる炭素数1~10、好ましくは1~8の非置換もしくは置換の1価炭化水素基、R2は互いに同一又は異なる炭素数1~10、好ましくは1~8の非置換もしくは置換の1価炭化水素基又は-OSi(R3)3で示されるシロキシ基、R3は互いに同一又は異なる炭素数1~8、好ましくは1~6の非置換もしくは置換の1価炭化水素基であり、これらR1~R3の非置換もしくは置換の1価炭化水素基として、具体的には、メチル基、エチル基、プロピル基、イソプロピル基、ブチル基、イソブチル基、tert-ブチル基、ペンチル基、ヘキシル基、シクロヘキシル基、ヘプチル基、オクチル基等のアルキル基、ビニル基、アリル基等のアルケニル基、フェニル基等のアリール基、ベンジル基等のアラルキル基などや、これらの基の水素原子の一部又は全部がフッ素、臭素、塩素等のハロゲン原子、シアノ基などで置換されたもの、例えばクロロメチル基、クロロプロピル基、ブロモエチル基、トリフルオロプロピル基、シアノエチル基等が挙げられる。これらR1~R3の非置換もしくは置換の1価炭化水素基としては、非置換又はハロゲン置換の1価炭化水素基、特に非置換の1価炭化水素基が好ましく、更に好ましくはアルキル基又はアリール基、特にはメチル基、エチル基、フェニル基であることが、合成の容易さや化合物の安定性等の点から望ましい。
nは1~10の整数、好ましくは1~6の整数であり、aは0又は1、好ましくは0であり、bは0,1又は2、好ましくは0である。
で示されるシリコーン化合物〕の平均結合数(置換度)は0.5~2.5であり、好ましくは1.0~2.0である。該平均結合数が少なすぎると十分な油溶性が得られず、多すぎると化合物自体の生成が困難となる。
本発明の油性増粘剤において、油性成分に対する増粘効果は、シリコーン乳化剤の親水基とシリコーン化多糖化合物の水酸基やウレタン結合部(-OC(=O)NH-)とが水素結合によって構造体を形成することにより発現されるものと考えられる。本発明に用いられるシリコーン乳化剤は、この構造体を形成し得るシリコーン乳化剤であれば特に限定されるものではなく、当該分野における公知のシリコーン乳化剤を用いることができる。
本発明の油性増粘剤は、上記のシリコーン乳化剤とシリコーン化多糖化合物とからなり、その油性成分に対する増粘効果は、シリコーン乳化剤又はシリコーン化多糖化合物をそれぞれ単独で用いた場合に比べて著しく高い。
本発明の増粘油性組成物は、上記で得られた油性増粘剤と油性成分とを含有してなるものである。本発明のシリコーン乳化剤とシリコーン化多糖化合物を用いた油性増粘剤は、油性組成物あるいは化粧料に配合される各種油性成分を増粘させることができる。各種油性成分としては、シリコーン乳化剤とシリコーン化多糖化合物を溶解させることができるものであれば特に限定はなく、シリコーン油、炭化水素油、高級脂肪酸、高級アルコール、エステル油、天然油脂、ロウ類など、通常化粧料や皮膚外用剤に使用されるものが挙げられる。
これらの市販品としては、信越化学工業社製のKF-96シリーズ、KF-995、TMF-1.5、KF-56A、丸善石油化学製のマルカゾールRなどがある。
本発明のシリコーン乳化剤とシリコーン化多糖化合物からなる油性増粘剤は、各種油性成分を少量で増粘でき、増粘剤に由来するべたつきがなく、化粧料に好適に使用できる。
本発明の化粧料には、シリコーン乳化剤とシリコーン化多糖化合物からなる油性増粘剤、あるいは油性増粘剤に各種油性成分を配合した油性組成物を用いることができる。
本発明の油性増粘剤の化粧料への配合量は、目的に応じて適宜に決定すればよく、通常、化粧料全体の質量に対して0.1~80質量%程度配合することが可能であり、1~50質量%、特には2~30質量%程度が好適である。配合量が少なすぎる場合には、十分な増粘効果が発揮されないことがあり、多すぎる場合には、化粧料にべたつきなどの影響を及ぼすことがある。
粘度が1,000mPa・s未満の試料は、B型回転粘度計(粘度計 TV-10型(東機産業株式会社)、ローターNo.2、回転数60rpm)で測定した。
粘度が1,000~100,000mPa・sの試料は、B型回転粘度計(粘度計 TV-10型(東機産業株式会社)、ローターNo.4、回転数6rpm)で測定した。
粘度が100,000mPa・sを超える試料は、B型回転粘度計(粘度計 RVDV-III Ultra(BROOKFIELD社)、スピンドル T-F、回転数6rpm)で測定した。
外観は、室温(25℃)での状態について、目視にて観察し、流動性がある状態を液体、流動性がない状態をゲルと判定した。
実験1.併用による相乗効果
シリコーン乳化剤単独、シリコーン化多糖化合物単独又は両者を用いた油性増粘剤と、液状油分としてのシリコーン油(デカメチルシクロペンタシロキサン)を含有してなる油性組成物において、組成物中の油性増粘剤濃度を変えて、その組成物の粘度及び外観を比較した。
用いた材料は、下記の通りである。
シリコーン乳化剤(1):ポリグリセリン-3ポリジメチルシロキシエチルジメチコン(KF-6104:信越化学工業社製)
シリコーン化多糖化合物(1):トリ(トリメチルシロキシ)シリルプロピルカルバミド酸プルラン(TSPL:信越化学工業社製;一般式(2)において置換度約2.0、分子量約690,000のもの。)
結果を表1に示す。
また、油性増粘剤の配合量が組成物中30%の場合、シリコーン乳化剤(1)単独(比較例3)では、15%の場合と同様に粘度は非常に低く、シリコーン化多糖化合物(1)単独(比較例4)では、油性増粘剤の配合量が15%から30%に増大したにもかかわらず、ある程度の増粘効果は見られるものの、状態は依然として流動性のある液体であった。これに対し、本発明である2成分を用いた油性増粘剤(実施例2)では、流動性のない非常に硬いゲルが生成し、著しい増粘効果を示した。
このように、油性増粘剤として、シリコーン乳化剤(1)とシリコーン化多糖化合物(1)とを併用することにより、それぞれを単独に用いた場合に比べて、油性組成物の粘度は著しく向上した。
シリコーン乳化剤(1)とシリコーン化多糖化合物(1)との混合比率を変えた以外は、実験1と同様にして更に検討を行った。
結果を表2に示す。
更に、構造の異なるシリコーン乳化剤を用いて実験1と同様にして検討を行った。
用いた新たな材料は、下記の通りである。
シリコーン乳化剤(2):PEG-10ジメチコン(KF-6017、信越化学工業社製)
シリコーン乳化剤(3):(ジメチコン/(PEG-10/15))クロスポリマー約24%とメチルポリシロキサン(6mm2/s)約76%の混合物(KSG-210、信越化学工業社製)
結果を表3に示す。

また、シリコーン乳化剤(3)において、シリコーン乳化剤(3)単独(比較例6)では、それ自体にも油性成分の増粘効果があるが、本発明であるシリコーン化多糖化合物(1)との2成分を用いた油性増粘剤(実施例7)では、硬いゲルを生成し、著しい粘度増加が見られた。
よって、本発明の効果は、多種類のシリコーン乳化剤とシリコーン化多糖化合物との間で発揮されるものである。
更に、デカメチルシクロペンタシロキサン以外の液状油分として、イソドデカン、ジフェニルシロキシフェニルトリメチコン(KF-56A:信越化学工業社製;粘度15mm2/s)、メチルポリシロキサン(KF-96A-6CS:信越化学工業社製;粘度6mm2/s)を用いた以外は実験1と同様にして検討を行った。
結果を表4に示す。

20名の専門パネラーにて、感触について以下の5点を評価した。
1.塗布時ののび(展延性)
2.べたつき感
3.仕上がりのむら
4.仕上がりの透明感
5.化粧持ち(持続性)
評価基準
判定は以下の基準で行った。
◎:5点のいずれも満足のいくものであった。
○:5点のうち、いずれか1点のみ、不満があった。
×:5点のうち、2点以上に不満があった。
高温安定性:50℃恒温室で1ヶ月間保管後に評価した。
常温安定性:25℃恒温室で1ヶ月間保管後に評価した。
低温安定性:5℃恒温室で1ヶ月間保管後に評価した。
評価基準
判定は以下の基準で行った。
◎:高温、常温、低温の3点とも極良好であった場合。
○:高温、常温、低温の3点とも良好であった場合(極良好が2点以下含まれていてもよい)。
×:高温、常温、低温のいずれか1点以上で不良(変色、変臭、分離)があった場合。
1-1~1-4のいずれも、同様の方法で調製した。
一方、シリコーン乳化剤のみが配合されている試料1-4では、成分(4)の増量により粘度は向上し、安定性は良好であったが、成分(4)を多量に配合したことによるべたつきなどが発生し、使用感は悪い評価となった。

C:BをAに添加して乳化し、成分(8)を加えてシェイキングタイプのサンカットローションを得た。

D:別途、均一混合した成分(17)~(19)を加温し、Cに添加して攪拌混合し、マスカラを得た。
一般的にマスカラに用いられるシリコーン皮膜形成剤と併用しても、同様の効果が得られることが確認された。
Claims (7)
- 下記一般式(1)で示されるシリコーン化多糖化合物と、シリコーン乳化剤とからなる油性増粘剤。
- シリコーン乳化剤が、ポリオキシアルキレン変性シリコーン及びポリグリセリン変性シリコーンの中から選ばれる1種又は2種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の油性増粘剤。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の油性増粘剤と油性成分とを含むことを特徴とする増粘油性組成物。
- 油性成分が、液状油分であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の増粘油性組成物。
- 液状油分が、動粘度50mm2/s以下の低粘度シリコーン油、軽質イソパラフィン及び軽質流動イソパラフィンから選ばれる1種又は2種以上であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の増粘油性組成物。
- 請請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の油性増粘剤及び/又は請求項4~6のいずれか1項に記載の増粘油性組成物を配合してなることを特徴とする化粧料。
