図26は、図4(b)のX-X断面のような、第1及び第2昇降コード6,7の巻き取り位置での第1及び第2巻取軸9,10を通る断面での第1及び第2巻取軸9,10、第1及び第2昇降コード6,7、及び第1巻取軸側ガイド部材63のみを模式的に示したものである。第2昇降コード7は、第1巻取軸側ガイド部材63によって案内されて垂下される。第1巻取軸側ガイド部材63が、図26(a)に示す位置にある場合、第2巻取軸10の上側と第1巻取軸側ガイド部材63の上側を通る第2共通接線65と、第1巻取軸9に巻かれた第1昇降コード6との距離W2が、第2昇降コード7の直径D2と一致する配置となる。この配置よりも、第1巻取軸側ガイド部材63が第2巻取軸10に近い位置にある場合、図26(b)に示すように、W2>D2となるので、内側から外側に向けて第2昇降コード7を第2巻取軸10に巻き取っても、第1及び第2昇降コード6,7が干渉することはない。しかし、図26(a)の配置よりも、第1巻取軸側ガイド部材63が第2巻取軸10から離れた位置にある場合、図27(c)に示すように、W2<D2となるので、内側から外側に向けて第2昇降コード7を第2巻取軸10に巻き取ると、第1及び第2昇降コード6,7が干渉する。この干渉を避けるためには、追加のガイド部材が必要になり、コストアップに繋がる。
好ましくは、第1及び第2巻取軸は、上下方向に並べて配置される第1及び第2日射遮蔽材を昇降させ、少なくとも1つの組において、第1及び第2昇降コードは、第1及び第2日射遮蔽材の部屋外側に垂下され、残りの組において、第1及び第2昇降コードは、第1及び第2日射遮蔽材の部屋内側に垂下される。
好ましくは、前記サポート部材は、前後方向に並べて配置された第1及び第2アダプタ嵌合部を備え第1及び第2昇降コードを部屋外側に垂下させるための第1ガイド部材を支持する第1アダプタと、第1及び第2昇降コードを部屋内側に垂下させるための第2ガイド部材を支持する第2アダプタの両方が、第1及び第2アダプタ嵌合部の両方と嵌合可能に構成される。
好ましくは、第1アダプタは、第1及び第2アダプタ嵌合部との嵌合部を有する第1基部と、第1基部から前後方向の外側に突出した位置に第1ガイド部材を支持可能な第1ガイド部材支持部を備え、第2アダプタは、第1及び第2アダプタ嵌合部との嵌合部を有する第2基部と、第2基部上に第2ガイド部材を支持可能な第2ガイド部材支持部を備える。
好ましくは、第1ガイド部材は、1つの滑車を備え、この滑車に隣接して第1及び第2昇降コードを挿通させる第1挿通孔を備え、第2ガイド部材は、前後方向に並べて配置された2つの滑車を備え、これら2つの滑車の間に第1及び第2昇降コードを挿通させる第2挿通孔を備える。
好ましくは、部屋外側から第1及び第2昇降コードを垂下させるサポート部材には、第1アダプタが嵌合され、部屋内側から第1及び第2昇降コードを垂下させるサポート部材には、第2アダプタが嵌合される。
好ましくは、前記サポート部材は、少なくとも第1及び第2アダプタ嵌合部において、前後対称形状である。
好ましくは、前記サポート部材は、第1及び第2巻取軸を回転可能に支持する第1及び第2巻取軸支持部の一部に第1及び第2巻取軸と接触しない非接触部を備え、これによって前記サポート部材に対する第1及び第2巻取軸の摺動抵抗を低減する。
好ましくは、前記アダプタ嵌合部は、前後方向に並べて配置された第1及び第2アダプタ嵌合部であり、前記第1及び第2アダプタ嵌合部の両方に嵌合可能なアダプタを備える。

好ましくは、ヘッドボックスから吊下支持され且つ上下方向に並べて配置される第1及び第2日射遮蔽材の昇降を行う日射遮蔽材昇降装置用のサポート部材であって、前記サポート部材は、第2日射遮蔽材を昇降させる第2昇降コードの巻取り及び巻戻しを行う巻取軸を支持し、前記アダプタは、第2昇降コードを前記巻取軸へ案内するための第1ガイド部材を支持する第1アダプタと、第1昇降コードを転向させて前記ヘッドボックス内に設置されるストッパへ案内する第2ガイド部材を支持する第2アダプタの少なくとも一方である。
好ましくは、前記サポート部材は、前後方向に並べて配置される第1及び第2日射遮蔽材を第1及び第2昇降コードの巻取り及び巻戻しによってそれぞれ昇降させる第1及び第2巻取軸を第1巻取軸が部屋外側になるように前後方向に並べて回転可能に支持し、前記アダプタは、第1昇降コードを第1日射遮蔽材の部屋外側に垂下させるための第1ガイド部材を支持し且つ第2昇降コードを第2日射遮蔽材の部屋外側に垂下させるための挿通孔を有する第1アダプタと、第2昇降コードを第2日射遮蔽材の部屋内側に垂下させるための第2ガイド部材を支持し且つ第1昇降コードを第1日射遮蔽材の部屋内側に垂下させるための挿通孔を有する第2アダプタの少なくとも一方である。
好ましくは、前記サポート部材は、少なくとも第1及び第2アダプタ嵌合部において、前後対称形状である。
図1~図3に示すペアタイプのプリーツスクリーンは、ヘッドボックス1から上部スクリーン2が吊下支持され、上部スクリーン2の下端に中間レール3が取着されている。中間レール3から下部スクリーン4が吊下支持され、下部スクリーン4の下端にボトムレール5が取着されている。
図29を用いて、第1実施形態の変形例について説明する。本変形例では、スクリーン2,4の部屋外側の折り目を所定の幅で接合することによって接合片72a,74aを形成している。上部スクリーン2の接合片72aに設けた昇降コード挿通孔72bには、昇降コード6,7が挿通されている。ヘッドボックス1と中間レール3の間に設けられたピッチ保持コード39aには所定のピッチで環状の保持部43aが設けられており、中間レール3に下端が取着された昇降コード6が保持部43aに挿通されることによって上部スクリーン2の折り目のピッチが所定間隔に保持される。一方、下部スクリーン4の接合片74aに設けた昇降コード挿通孔74bには、昇降コード7が挿通されている。中間レール3とボトムレール5の間に設けられたピッチ保持コード39bには所定のピッチで環状の保持部43bが設けられており、ボトムレール5に下端が取着された昇降コード7が保持部43bに挿通されることによって下部スクリーン4の折り目のピッチが所定間隔に保持される。本変形例では、昇降コード挿通孔72b,74bは同じ大きさにしているが、昇降コード挿通孔72bには2本の昇降コード6,7を挿通させるので、昇降コード挿通孔74bよりも開口面積を大きくしてもよい。また、昇降コード挿通孔72bの開口面積を広げる代わりに、昇降コード挿通孔を2つ設けて、昇降コード6,7を別々の昇降コード挿通孔に挿通させてもよい。また、本変形例では、昇降コード挿通孔72b,74bは、略円形であるが、楕円形、長円形など別の形状であってもよい。また、本変形例では、保持部43aには昇降コード6のみを挿通させているが、昇降コード7のみを挿通させてもよく、昇降コード6,7の両方を挿通させてもよい。
第1実施形態においては、2枚のスクリーンが上下方向に並べて配置されるペアタイプのプリーツスクリーンにおいて好適に使用されるサポート部材8についての説明を行ったが、このサポート部材8は、昇降コードを案内するガイド部材を支持するアダプタを嵌合可能なアダプタ嵌合部を有するという従来のサポート部材が備えない特徴を有しているものであり、ペアタイプのプリーツスクリーン以外にも適用可能である。また、アダプタ嵌合部を有するという特徴は、巻取軸が二本の場合のみでなく、一本の場合でも効果を奏するものであるから、アダプタ嵌合部の数は、1つであってもよい。
以下、ペアタイプのプリーツスクリーン以外へのサポート部材8の適用例を具体的に説明する。なお、以下に示すプリーツスクリーンの基本構成や動作原理は、第1実施形態のものと同様であり、以下、主に差異点について説明する。
アダプタ45,46,47は、第1実施形態の第1及び第2アダプタ23,25と同様の嵌合部を有しており、サポート部材8の第1及び第2アダプタ嵌合部18l,28lの両方に嵌合可能になっている。
図22に示すように、本実施形態のサポート部材8は、第1実施形態のサポート部材8と同様の構成の基端側巻取軸支持部18c,28cと、先端側巻取軸支持部18a,28aを備える。基端側巻取軸支持部18c,28cには、基端側非接触部18h,28hが設けられ、先端側巻取軸支持部18a,28aには、先端側非接触部18b,28bが設けられる。これによって、巻取軸9,10の縮径部と、サポート部材8の巻取軸支持部との間の摺動抵抗が低減されている。本実施形態では、サポート部材8は、1つのアダプタ嵌合部58を有する。アダプタ嵌合部58は、中央開口部58dと、第1及び第2外側開口部59e,60eと、第1及び第2支持部59f,60fと、そこから中央開口部58dに向かって突出する第1及び第2係止凸部59j,60jを備える。
図30を用いて、第2実施形態のダブルタイプのプリーツスクリーンの変形例について説明する。本変形例では、スクリーン4a,4bの部屋外側の折り目を所定の幅で接合することによって接合片4a1,4b1を形成している。スクリーン4aの接合片4a1に設けた昇降コード挿通孔4a2には、昇降コード6が挿通されている。ヘッドボックス1とボトムレール5aの間に設けられたピッチ保持コード39aには所定のピッチで環状の保持部43aが設けられており、昇降コード6が保持部43aに挿通されていることによってスクリーン4aの折り目のピッチが所定間隔に保持される。一方、スクリーン4bの接合片4b1に設けた昇降コード挿通孔4b2には、昇降コード7が挿通されている。ヘッドボックス1とボトムレール5bの間に設けられたピッチ保持コード39bには所定のピッチで環状の保持部43bが設けられており、昇降コード7が保持部43bに挿通されていることによってスクリーン4bの折り目のピッチが所定間隔に保持される。
第1実施形態においては、2枚のスクリーンが上下方向に並べて配置されるペアタイプのプリーツスクリーンにおいて好適に使用されるサポート部材8についての説明を行ったが、このサポート部材8は、巻取軸を回転可能に支持する巻取軸支持部の一部に巻取軸と接触しない非接触部を備えるという従来のサポート部材が備えない特徴を有しているものであり、ペアタイプのプリーツスクリーン以外にも適用可能である。また、非接触部を有するという特徴は、巻取軸が二本の場合のみでなく、一本の場合でも効果を奏するものであるから、巻取軸の数は、1つであってもよい。
本実施形態では、巻取軸10の先端側縮径部10bに、全周に渡ってフランジ10cを設け、このフランジ10cをサポート部材8のガイド溝28q(第1実施形態の非接触部28bとは構成が同じであっても異なっていてもよい。)内に挿入する。ガイド溝28qの幅は、フランジ10cの幅よりもわずかに大きく、フランジ10cをガイド溝28q内に配置した状態で巻取軸10を回転させることによって、巻取軸10の左右方向のガタツキを防ぐことができる。フランジ10cの外周面は、ガイド溝28qの底面に当接させてもさせなくてもよい。また、巻取軸10の先端側においては、フランジ10cの外周面のみをサポート部材8に当接させるようにしてもよい。この場合、巻取軸10とサポート部材8の接触面積が低減され、フランジ10cの外周面のみを高精度に加工することによって、巻取軸10が回転する際のガタツキを防ぐことができる。
なお、ここでは、第2巻取軸10について説明を行ったが、第1巻取軸9についても同様の構成が適用可能である。

Claims (15)
- ヘッドボックスと、前記ヘッドボックス内に収容され且つ第1昇降コードの巻取り及び巻戻しを行う第1巻取軸と、第2昇降コードの巻取り及び巻戻しを行う第2巻取軸と、第1及び第2巻取軸を前後方向に並べて回転可能に支持するサポート部材とを備え、
第1及び第2昇降コードと、第1及び第2巻取軸と、前記サポート部材の組は、複数組設けられ、
(1)少なくとも1本の第2昇降コードが第1巻取軸側ガイド部材によって案内されて垂下され、かつ、第1巻取軸側ガイド部材が、第1及び第2昇降コードの巻き取り位置での第1及び第2巻取軸を通る断面において、第2巻取軸の上側と第1巻取軸側ガイド部材の上側を通る第2共通接線と、第1巻取軸に巻かれた第1昇降コードとの距離が第2昇降コードの直径と一致する配置よりも、第2巻取軸から前後方向に離れた位置に配置され、
(2)少なくとも1本の第1昇降コードが第2巻取軸側ガイド部材によって案内されて垂下され、かつ、第2巻取軸側ガイド部材が、第1及び第2昇降コードの巻き取り位置での第1及び第2巻取軸を通る断面において、第1巻取軸の上側と第2巻取軸側ガイド部材の上側を通る第1共通接線と、第2巻取軸に巻かれた第2昇降コードとの距離が第1昇降コードの直径と一致する配置よりも、第1巻取軸から前後方向に離れた位置に配置されるか、
第1及び第2昇降コードは、それぞれ、第1及び第2巻取軸を前記ヘッドボックスの前後方向の外側から内側に向かって回転させることによって第1及び第2巻取軸に巻き取られる、日射遮蔽材昇降装置。 - 第1及び第2巻取軸は、上下方向に並べて配置される第1及び第2日射遮蔽材を昇降させ、
少なくとも1つの組において、第1及び第2昇降コードは、第1及び第2日射遮蔽材の部屋外側に垂下され、残りの組において、第1及び第2昇降コードは、第1及び第2日射遮蔽材の部屋内側に垂下される、請求項1に記載の日射遮蔽材昇降装置。 - 前記サポート部材は、前後方向に並べて配置された第1及び第2アダプタ嵌合部を備え
第1及び第2昇降コードを部屋外側に垂下させるための第1ガイド部材を支持する第1アダプタと、第1及び第2昇降コードを部屋内側に垂下させるための第2ガイド部材を支持する第2アダプタの両方が、第1及び第2アダプタ嵌合部の両方と嵌合可能に構成される、請求項2に記載の日射遮蔽材昇降装置。 - 第1アダプタは、第1及び第2アダプタ嵌合部との嵌合部を有する第1基部と、第1基部から前後方向の外側に突出した位置に第1ガイド部材を支持可能な第1ガイド部材支持部を備え、
第2アダプタは、第1及び第2アダプタ嵌合部との嵌合部を有する第2基部と、第2基部上に第2ガイド部材を支持可能な第2ガイド部材支持部を備える、請求項3に記載の日射遮蔽材昇降装置。 - 第1ガイド部材は、1つの滑車を備え、この滑車に隣接して第1及び第2昇降コードを挿通させる第1挿通孔を備え、
第2ガイド部材は、前後方向に並べて配置された2つの滑車を備え、これら2つの滑車の間に第1及び第2昇降コードを挿通させる第2挿通孔を備える、請求項4に記載の日射遮蔽材昇降装置。 - 部屋外側から第1及び第2昇降コードを垂下させるサポート部材には、第1アダプタが嵌合され、
部屋内側から第1及び第2昇降コードを垂下させるサポート部材には、第2アダプタが嵌合される、請求項3~請求項5の何れか1つに記載の日射遮蔽材昇降装置。 - 前記サポート部材は、少なくとも第1及び第2アダプタ嵌合部において、前後対称形状である、請求項3~請求項6の何れか1つに記載の日射遮蔽材昇降装置。
- 前記サポート部材は、第1及び第2巻取軸を回転可能に支持する第1及び第2巻取軸支持部の一部に第1及び第2巻取軸と接触しない非接触部を備え、これによって前記サポート部材に対する第1及び第2巻取軸の摺動抵抗を低減する、請求項1~請求項7の何れか1つに記載の日射遮蔽材昇降装置。
- 昇降コードの巻取り及び巻戻しを行う巻取軸を回転可能に支持するサポート部材であって、
前記巻取軸を回転可能に支持する巻取軸支持部と、前記昇降コードを案内するガイド部材を支持するアダプタを嵌合可能なアダプタ嵌合部とを備える、サポート部材。 - 前記アダプタ嵌合部は、前後方向に並べて配置された第1及び第2アダプタ嵌合部であり、
前記第1及び第2アダプタ嵌合部の両方に嵌合可能なアダプタを備える、請求項9に記載のサポート部材。 - 前記サポート部材は、上下方向に並べて配置される第1及び第2日射遮蔽材を第1及び第2昇降コードの巻取り及び巻戻しによってそれぞれ昇降させる第1及び第2巻取軸を前後方向に並べて回転可能に支持し、
前記アダプタは、第1及び第2日射遮蔽材の部屋外側から第1及び第2昇降コードを垂下させるための第1ガイド部材を支持する第1アダプタと、第1及び第2日射遮蔽材の部屋内側から第1及び第2昇降コードを垂下させるための第2ガイド部材を支持する第2アダプタの少なくとも一方である、請求項10に記載のサポート部材。 - ヘッドボックスから吊下支持され且つ上下方向に並べて配置される第1及び第2日射遮蔽材の昇降を行う日射遮蔽材昇降装置用のサポート部材であって、
前記サポート部材は、第2日射遮蔽材を昇降させる第2昇降コードの巻取り及び巻戻しを行う巻取軸を支持し、
前記アダプタは、第2昇降コードを前記巻取軸へ案内するための第1ガイド部材を支持する第1アダプタと、第1昇降コードを転向させて前記ヘッドボックス内に設置されるストッパへ案内する第2ガイド部材を支持する第2アダプタの少なくとも一方である、請求項10に記載のサポート部材。 - 前記サポート部材は、前後方向に並べて配置される第1及び第2日射遮蔽材を第1及び第2昇降コードの巻取り及び巻戻しによってそれぞれ昇降させる第1及び第2巻取軸を第1巻取軸が部屋外側になるように前後方向に並べて回転可能に支持し、
前記アダプタは、第1昇降コードを第1日射遮蔽材の部屋外側に垂下させるための第1ガイド部材を支持し且つ第2昇降コードを第2日射遮蔽材の部屋外側に垂下させるための挿通孔を有する第1アダプタと、第2昇降コードを第2日射遮蔽材の部屋内側に垂下させるための第2ガイド部材を支持し且つ第1昇降コードを第1日射遮蔽材の部屋内側に垂下させるための挿通孔を有する第2アダプタの少なくとも一方である、請求項9に記載のサポート部材。 - 前記サポート部材は、少なくとも第1及び第2アダプタ嵌合部において、前後対称形状である、請求項10~請求項13の何れか1つに記載のサポート部材。
- ヘッドボックスから吊下支持される日射遮蔽材を昇降コードの巻取り及び巻戻しによって昇降させる巻取軸を回転可能に支持するサポート部材であって
前記巻取軸を回転可能に支持する巻取軸支持部を備え、前記巻取軸支持部の一部に前記巻取軸と接触しない非接触部を備え、これによって前記サポート部材に対する前記巻取軸の摺動抵抗を低減する、サポート部材。
