車体フレームを構成するミッションケースと、
前記ミッションケースに取り付け自在なウエイトと、

前記ウエイトが前記ミッションケースに取り付けられた状態では、前記ミッションケースの上下方向で、前記ウエイトの上端部が、前記ミッションケースの下端部と同じ位置又はより上方側に位置する。
このトラクタは、図1に示すように、車体前部に原動部1を備え、その原動部1の後部で車体中間部に操縦部2を備えている。車体フレーム6は、その前方側から、前部フレーム3、クラッチハウジング4(図6参照)、ミッションケース5(図6参照)を一体的に連結して構成されている。そして、前部フレーム3に原動部1を搭載しており、車体フレーム6が左右一対の前輪7及び後輪8にて支持されている。
図1~図3に示すように、車体フレーム6は、その前方側に、車体横幅方向に間隔を隔てて車体前後方向に延びる左右一対の前部フレーム3を備えている。左右一対の前部フレーム3は、車体横幅方向での幅が薄く、上下方向である程度の幅を有する上下方向に長尺な板状に形成されている。左右一対の前部フレーム3の前端部同士は、板状の第1連結フレーム15にて連結されている。第1連結フレーム15は、車体横幅方向で左右一対の前部フレーム3に亘る幅を有し、上下方向で左右一対の前部フレーム3よりも下方側に延びるように備えられている。左右一対の前部フレーム3の前端上部にも、それらを連結する板状の第2連結フレーム16が備えられている。第2連結フレーム16は、車体前後方向の中間部にて上方側に折り曲げられて、上方側に延びる起立壁部17が形成されている。ボンネット10を閉状態とした場合には、起立壁部17の前方側にボンネット10の前下端部が位置して、第2連結フレーム16にて閉状態のボンネット10の前下端部を受け止め支持できるようになっている。
図2~図4に示すように、左右一対の前部フレーム3の下部には、左右の前輪7を繋ぐ筒状の前車軸ケース18が備えられている。前車軸ケース18の前方側に第1支持体19が備えられ、前車軸ケース18の後方側に第2支持体20が備えられ、車体前後方向で第1支持体19と第2支持体20の間に前車軸ケース18が備えられている。第1支持体19及び第2支持体20は、同様の形状をしており、その上端部が車体横幅方向に延びる平板状に形成され、その上端部から下方側に延びる部位が下方側ほど車体横方向での幅が幅狭となる傾斜状に形成されている。第1支持体19及び第2支持体20は、その上端部を前部フレーム3の下端部に当接させてボルト締結することで、車体横幅方向で左右一対の前部フレーム3に亘るように左右一対の前部フレーム3の下端部に連結されている。第1支持体19及び第2支持体20は、その下端部にて車体前後方向に沿う前後軸部21を回転自在に支持しており、その前後軸部21に前車軸ケース18が連結されている(図4参照)。このようにして、前車軸ケース18は、第1支持体19と第2支持体20に亘る前後軸部21にて車体前後方向に沿う前後軸心P周りで回転自在に備えられている。
図2~図4に示すように、前部フレーム3には、ウエイト25が取り付けられており、そのウエイト25は、車体前後方向で前車軸ケース18と重複する位置に配置されている。ウエイト25は、車体前後方向で前車軸ケース18よりも幅広に形成されている。ウエイト25は、車体前後方向で第1支持体19と第2支持体20とに亘る幅を有し、車体横幅方向で左右一対の前部フレーム3の間の距離に相当する幅を有する底部26と、底部26の前端部から上方側に延びる前壁部27と、底部26の後端部から上方側に延びる後壁部28と、底部26の右端部から上方側に延びる右壁部29と、底部26の左端部から上方側に延びる左壁部30とが備えられている。ウエイト25は、その上部が開放され、前壁部27と後壁部28と右壁部29と左壁部30とによって前後左右が囲まれた内部空間31を形成する有底の箱状に構成されている。底部26には、内部空間31とその内部空間31の外部(より具体的には内部空間31の下方外部)とを連通する第1連通部32が形成されており、後壁部28の上端部を右壁部29及び左壁部30の上端部よりも低くすることで、内部空間31とその内部空間31の外部(より具体的には内部空間31の上方側後方外部)とを連通する第2連通部33が形成されている。ウエイト25の車体前後方向の中間部には、底部26の第1連通部32の前方隣接位置から上方側に延びて、右壁部29と左壁部30とを繋ぐ連結部34が備えられている。連結部34は、その上方側部位ほど後方側に位置する傾斜状に形成されており、第1連通部32の上部を覆うように構成されている(図4参照)。これにより、内部空間31が連結部34によって前方側と後方側とに車体前後方向で区画されている。前方側の内部空間31に貯留する貯留水を外部に排出する第1排出口35が前壁部27の車体横幅方向の中央部に形成され、後方側の内部空間31に貯留する貯留水を外部に排出する第2排出口36が後壁部28の車体横幅方向の中央部に形成されている。後方側の内部空間31における底部26は、前方側部位が後方側部位よりも上方側に膨出した形状に形成されている。連結部34には、補強のために、車体横幅方向の中央部に前方側に突出する突出部34aが形成されている。
ウエイト25は、その前端部が第1支持体19に連結され、その後端部が第2支持体20に連結されている。ウエイト25の前端部については、ボルトBを、ウエイト25の前端部に形成された前挿通孔部、及び、第1支持体19の上端部に形成された第1孔部37aに挿通させてボルト締結することで、車体横幅方向に間隔を隔てた2箇所を第1支持体19に連結している。ウエイト25の後端部についても、ボルトBを、ウエイト25の後端部に形成された後挿通孔部、及び、第2支持体20の上端部に形成された第2孔部37bに挿通させてボルト締結することで、車体横幅方向に間隔を隔てた2箇所を第2支持体20に連結している。ウエイト25と前部フレーム3との連結については、ボルトBを、前部フレーム3に形成されたフレーム側孔部38、及び、ウエイト25の右壁部29及び左壁部30に形成されたウエイト側孔部39を挿通させてボルト締結することで、ウエイト25において、車体前後方向に間隔を隔てた前端部、中間部、後端部の3箇所、及び、中間部にて上下方向に間隔を隔てた2箇所を左右一対の前部フレーム3の夫々に連結している。
取り付けた状態では、ウエイト25の下端部は、上下方向で、前部フレーム3の下端部よりも上方側に位置する。ただし、ウエイト25の下端部を、上下方向で前部フレーム3の下端部と同じ位置になるように構成してもよい。
また、ウエイト25の上端部についても、前部フレーム3の上端部よりも下方側に位置するように取り付けてもよい。
図6に示すように、左右の後輪8を覆う左右一対のフェンダ41が備えられており、左右一対のフェンダ41の間にフロアシート42が備えられ、そのフロアシート42の上部に運転座席12が備えられている。左右一対のフェンダ41の夫々は、車体横幅方向で後輪8よりも内側で上下方向に延びる起立壁部43と、起立壁部43の上端部から車体横幅方向で外側に延びる第1延設部44、第2延設部45、及び、第3延設部46とが備えられている。車体前後方向で前方側から、第1延設部44、第2延設部45、第3延設部46の順に連続して備えられており、それら延設部44、45、46のいずれもが車体前後方向に延びる形状に形成されている。起立壁部43は、その上方側部位が車体横幅方向で外側に傾斜する傾斜状に形成されている。第1延設部44は、その前方側部位ほど下方側に位置するように傾斜する傾斜状に形成されており、車体前後方向の中間部に前側ランプ47が備えられている。第2延設部45は、車体前後方向の全長に亘って水平方向に延びる平坦状に形成されている。第3延設部46は、その後方側部位ほど下方側に位置するように傾斜する傾斜状に形成されており、車体前後方向の中間部に後側ランプ48が備えられている。
図6に示すように、左右一対のフェンダ41の前方側でミッションケース5の両横側部には、左右一対のステップ57が備えられている。左右一対のステップ57は、その車体前後方向や車体横幅方向の端部部位を下方側に折り曲げた板状体にて形成されている。左右一対のステップ57の間には、中央ステップ58が備えられており、この中央ステップ58がミッションケース5の上部を覆うように構成されている。中央ステップ58は、車体横幅方向の両端部を下方側に折り曲げて板状体にて形成されている。また、図1に示すように、車体左側には、ステップ57の前方側に、車体フレーム6から外側に延びる補助ステップ59が備えられている。
図6に示すように、左右一対のフェンダ41は、フロアシート42にてお互いが連結されており、中央ステップ58についても、左右一対のステップ用連結体60によって左右一対のフェンダ41に連結されている。ステップ用連結体60は、中央ステップ58の後端部から車体横幅方向の外側に延びるように備えられ、その延設端部がフェンダ41の前端部に連結されている。このようにして、左右一対のフェンダ41とフロアシート42と中央ステップ58が、一体的に形成されて一体物として構成されている。左右一対のステップ57は、左右一対のフェンダ41とフロアシート42と中央ステップ58との一体物とは分離して備えられている。
この第2実施形態は、上記第1実施形態におけるウエイト25の取り付けについての別実施形態であり、その他の構成については、上記第1実施形態と同様である。上記第1実施形態では、車体フレーム6を構成する前部フレーム3にウエイト25を取り付けている。この第2実施形態では、図12に示すように、車体フレーム6を構成するミッションケース5にウエイト74を取り付けている。
これにより、ウエイト74の下端部は、車体前後方向の全長に亘って平坦面状に形成されており、ウエイト74の上端部は、車体フレーム6を構成するミッションケース5の下端部と同じ位置となっており、更に、ウエイト74の上端部は、車体フレーム6を構成するミッションケース5の上端部よりも下方側に位置している。
尚、例えばミッションケース5の下面に凹入部を形成することによって、ミッションケース5に取り付けた状態では、ウエイト74の上端部が、ミッションケース5の下端部よりも上方側に位置するように構成してもよい。
(1)上記第2実施形態において、図15に示すように、第1分割体76及び第2分割体77の後端部に、前方側に凹入する凹部81を備え、第3分割体78の前端部に、その凹部81に挿脱自在な幅狭の突出部82を備え、凹部81に突出部82を挿入させた状態でボルト締結することにより、第1分割体76及び第2分割体77と第3分割体78を車体前後方向で一体的に備えることができる。これにより、ミッションケース5における前ケース部5aと後ケース部5bとの間における分割箇所での補強を行いながら、ウエイト74を取り付けることができる。

前記ウエイトが前記車体フレームに取り付けられた状態では、車体前後方向の全長に亘って、車体上下方向で、前記ウエイトの上端部が、前記車体フレームの下端部と同じ位置又はより上方側に位置し、且つ、前記車体フレームの上端部と同じ位置又はより下方側に位置する作業車。 - 前記車体フレームの前方側に前車軸ケースが連結され、
前記ウエイトは、車体前後方向で前記前車軸ケースと重複する位置に配置されている請求項1に記載の作業車。 - 前記車体フレームは、車体横幅方向に間隔を隔てて車体前後方向に延びる左右一対の前部フレームを備え、その前部フレームに前記前車軸ケースが連結され、
前記ウエイトは、車体横幅方向で前記左右一対の前部フレームの間に嵌合するように取り付け自在に構成されている請求項2に記載の作業車。 - 前記ウエイトは、その内部に形成された内部空間と、前記内部空間と外部とを連通する第1連通部及び第2連通部とを備えており、
前記第1連通部を通して前記ウエイトの外部から前記内部空間内に延出され、前記第2連通部を通して前記ウエイトの前記内部空間から外部に延出されて、前記ウエイトを介して車体前後方向に延びるように配設された延設部材が備えられている請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の作業車。 - 前記ウエイトは、その内部空間に貯留する貯留水を外部に排出する排出口を備えている請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の作業車。
- 前記ウエイトは、その上端部を、前記車体フレームを構成するミッションケースの下端部に接触させる状態で取り付け自在に構成されている請求項1に記載の作業車。
- 前記ウエイトは、複数の分割体に分割自在であり、それら複数の分割体を取り付けた状態では、複数の分割体の下端部が上下方向で同一位置となるように構成されている請求項1又は6に記載の作業車。
- 車体フレームを構成し、車体横幅方向に間隔を隔てて車体前後方向に延びる左右一対の前部フレームと、
前記前部フレームに取り付け自在なウエイトと、
を備え、
