Definitions
- the present invention relates to an improvement in a ring diameter variable device for a ring-shaped accessory that is connected between one end and the other end of a ring-shaped accessory such as a necklace or a bracelet, and makes the ring diameter of the ring-shaped accessory variable.
- ring-shaped accessories are equipped with joints that can be attached to and detached from the body, but the separation and connection of the joints is extremely troublesome. Therefore, the ring diameter of the ring-shaped jewelry can be changed by making the ring diameter variable and making the ring diameter easier when worn on the body, and then returning the ring diameter to normal after wearing.
- a ring diameter variable device has already been proposed as disclosed in Patent Document 1, for example.
- the ring diameter variable device disclosed in Patent Document 1 includes a telescopic mechanism using a coil spring in the middle of the ring accessory, and uses such a coil spring.
- the ring diameter is not sufficiently enlarged, and it may be difficult to attach to the body. Therefore, it is conceivable to lengthen the entire length of the coil spring in order to sufficiently expand the ring diameter. However, doing so increases the length of the cylindrical case that accommodates the coil spring and makes it look good as an accessory. It is detrimental and unfavorable.
- the present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a ring diameter variable device for a ring-shaped accessory that can sufficiently expand the ring diameter and has a good appearance.
- the present invention provides a ring diameter variable device for a ring-shaped accessory that is connected between one end and the other end of a ring-shaped accessory and makes the ring diameter of the ring-shaped accessory variable.
- a case having first and second outlets in the section, a reel rotatably accommodated in the case, and a reel wound around the reel in the same direction and drawn out from the first and second outlets.
- First and second adjustment strings connected to one end and the other end of the ring-shaped accessory, and a spring for rotating and biasing the reel in the winding direction of the first and second adjustment strings. Is the first feature.
- the ring-shaped accessory corresponds to the necklace 1 in the embodiment of the present invention described later.
- the present invention has a second feature that the mainspring spring is housed in a cylindrical spring chamber formed inside the reel.
- a fixed shaft penetrating the spring chamber is fixedly supported on the case, a flat surface is formed on one side of the fixed shaft, and a slit is formed on the flat surface.
- the inner end of the mainspring spring is bent inward in the radial direction while being rounded to engage with the slit, and the bent portion with the rounded inner end is connected to the flat surface,
- a third feature is that the spring is disposed in a crescent-shaped space formed between the inner periphery of the mainspring spring wound around the fixed shaft.
- the present invention provides first and second notches in the first and second flanges of the reel at both ends, and the first and second cutouts.
- First and second concave grooves that are continuous with the notches are formed on outer end surfaces of the first and second flanges, and inner end portions of the first and second adjustment cords are formed through the first and second notches.
- a fourth feature is that the first and second concave grooves are accommodated and bonded to each other.
- a case having first and second outlets at both ends, a reel rotatably accommodated in the case, and a reel wound in the same direction.
- First and second adjustment cords that are pulled out from the first and second outlets and connected to one end and the other end of the ring-shaped accessory, and the reel is wound around the first and second adjustment cords. Since the mainspring spring that urges rotation in the direction is provided, the total amount of the first and second adjustment cords to be drawn corresponds to twice the number of rotations of the reel. By obtaining the total amount of drawers, the ring diameter of the ring-shaped accessory can be expanded sufficiently and can be easily mounted on the user's neck and the like.
- the number of rotations of the reel can be halved. Durability can be effectively increased.
- the reels and springs are circular and compact, the case that accommodates them can be made compact, and not only the appearance of the ring accessory is improved, but the case can be used as a stylish pendant. It is also possible to do.
- the spring since the spring is housed in a cylindrical spring chamber formed inside the reel, the dead space inside the reel can be used for installing the spring.
- the case can be prevented from becoming larger due to the installation of the spring, and the case can be made more compact.
- the case is fixedly supported by a fixed shaft that penetrates the spring chamber, and a flat surface is formed on one side of the fixed shaft, and a slit is opened on the flat surface.
- the inner end of the spring is bent radially inward while being rounded to engage the slit, and the bent portion with the rounded inner end is connected to the flat surface and the fixed portion. Because it is placed in a crescent-shaped space formed between the inner periphery of the mainspring spring wound around the shaft, the inner end of the mainspring spring can be used even when the mainspring spring is wound around the outer periphery of the fixed shaft. It is possible to effectively avoid the concentrated load from acting on the bent portion, to prevent the bent portion from being broken, and to improve the durability of the mainspring spring.
- the first and second notches are provided in the first and second flanges of the reel at both ends, and the first and second recesses connected to the first and second notches.
- Grooves are formed on the outer end surfaces of the first and second flanges, and the inner end portions of the first and second adjustment cords are respectively inserted into the first and second concave grooves through the first and second notches. Since the inner ends of the first and second adjustment cords are embedded in the reel, the inner end portions of the first and second adjustment cords are connected in an embedded state to prevent peeling due to interference with adjacent parts. The durability can be enhanced, and the first and second adjustment cords can be neatly wound around the reel groove without being obstructed by the inner ends thereof.
