With the device installed in its bottom, the hand pump can now simply be actuated, whereupon the wheels of the device extend downwardly pneumatically or swivel out hydraulically and lift the whole plant box, as shown in FIG. Now, the plant box can be easily moved on these wheels 14 and then rolled back again or lowered to a new location by venting the pillow. For large round plant pots, it is advantageous if the box-shaped insert is circular, and accordingly the metal plate 16 with the exposed wheels 14 thereon. Likewise, then the pad 10 is advantageously carried out circular, but also does a different form its effect.
