Definitions
- the present invention relates to a transport device that supports a transported object and travels on a floor board by supporting the carriage main body on a transport traveling body that travels under the floor board.
- a carriage main body that can travel on a floor board passes through a slit formed in the floor board in a vertical direction in a traveling body for traveling under the floor board.
- the transport traveling body is supported by at least two front and rear support sections, and includes a plurality of trolleys in the traveling direction and a load bar connecting the trolleys.
- a belt-like cover plate that covers the load bar below the slit may be disposed on the upper side of the load bar. it was thought.
- each transport travel body travels in a state where a required space is secured between the front and rear transport travel bodies, that is, between the load bars, or in the travel path of the transport travel body.
- an up-and-down gradient path portion is incorporated into the.
- the length of the belt-shaped cover plate is made longer than the total length of the transport traveling body (the total length of the load bar) so that the ends of the belt-shaped cover plates of the front and rear transport traveling bodies overlap in plan view. It ’s fine.
- the end portions of the belt-like cover plates that overlap each other as described above are pushed up and down when the transport traveling body travels through the entrance / exit of the ascending / descending gradient path portion as described above.
- the total length of the belt-shaped cover plate is larger than the total length of the transport travel body (the entire length of the load bar) as described above. It is not possible to make the ends of the belt-like cover plates of the front and rear conveying traveling bodies overlap each other in plan view. In other words, when each transport traveling body travels in a state where a necessary space is secured between the front and rear transport traveling bodies, the foreign matter that has fallen under the floor from the slit of the floor board enters the travel path of the transport traveling body. Was not able to be completely prevented.
- the carriage main body (3) that can travel on the floor plate (2) is a transport traveling body that travels under the floor plate (2) ( 4) is supported through at least two front and rear support columns (8a, 8b) penetrating the slit (2a) formed in the floor plate (2) in the vertical direction, and the traveling body for transport (4) is It consists of a plurality of trolleys (6a-7b) in the running direction and a load bar (5) that connects these trolleys (6a-7b), above the load bar (5), below the slit (2a)
- the belt-like cover plate (32) The belt-shaped cover plate (32) is higher in the traveling direction than the other end portion in the traveling direction of the belt
- a movable plate portion (38b) pivotally supported so as to be swingable upward from a horizontal posture is provided, and when the front and rear transport traveling bodies (4) approach each other, the one end of the belt-shaped cover plate (32) The movable plate portion (38b) overlaps the upper side of the portion.
- the ends of the belt-like cover plates of the front and rear transport traveling bodies that is, the lower front end of the rear belt-like cover plate
- the movable plate part on the rear end side of the belt-like cover plate on the front side overlaps in a plan view
- the strip cover plate (32) is composed of three strip cover plates (33a to 33c) in the running direction divided at the positions of the two front and rear support columns (8a, 8b).
- (5) is a central load bar unit (18), and horizontal swing joints (19a, 19b) and vertical swing joints (20a, 20b) at the front and rear ends of the central load bar unit (18).
- the two front and rear intermediate load bars (21, 22) connected to each other and the free ends of the two front and rear intermediate load bars (21, 22) are connected only via the horizontal swing joints (23a, 23b).
- the trolley is composed of two front and rear load bars (24, 25) that support the connection between the central load bar (18) and the two front and rear intermediate load bars (21, 22).
- the load trolley (6a, 6b) and front and rear end guide trolleys (7a, 7b) integrated with the front and rear end load bars (24, 25).
- the strip cover plate alone of the front and rear ends (33a, 33c) can be supported on two front and rear intermediate load bar units (21, 22).
- the load bar itself is composed of a total of five load bars, but there are three load bars that can be swung up and down relatively. It is only necessary to divide it into two, and the structure becomes simple.
- the middle belt-like cover plate alone (33b) of the belt-like cover plate alone is It can be supported on the carriage body (3) on the floor plate (2) via the support members (34a, 34b) penetrating the slit (2a) in the vertical direction.
- the transporting traveling body (4) travels through the up-and-down gradient path (DL, UL), at the overlapping portion of the belt-like cover plate ends between the front and rear transporting traveling bodies (4), it is on the lower side.
- a vertical bar member (37) oriented parallel to the traveling direction can be laid on the end of the belt-like cover plate, that is, the upper surface of the one end. According to this configuration, the end of the upper belt-shaped cover plate is pushed up, and the end of the lower belt-shaped cover plate is reinforced with the rod-shaped member to increase the vertical bending strength.
- the tip of the movable plate portion at the end of the belt-like cover plate that is on the upper side is in relative sliding contact with the traveling direction on the rod-shaped member, so that compared to the case where the rod-shaped member is not laid.
- the sliding contact between the upper movable plate portion and the lower belt-like cover plate end portion is smoothly performed.
- a horizontal bar-like member (43) can be attached to the lower side of the tip of the movable plate portion (38b) of the belt-like cover plate (32) in parallel with the lateral width direction of the movable plate portion (38b).
- the horizontal bar-shaped member is located on the lower side when the transport traveling body travels through the up-and-down gradient path portion. Since the sliding contact is made on the one end portion of the belt-shaped cover plate, the overlapping sliding motion between the end portions of the belt-shaped cover plate can be smoothly performed.
- the effect can be further enhanced by combining with a configuration in which the longitudinal bar-like member is laid on one end portion of the lower band-like cover plate.

- the rear end part of the rear end side belt-like cover plate 33c that is, the movable plate part 38b, keeps running while maintaining the extended posture of the front body 38a.
- these curve route portions Is curved in a convex shape, so that the overlapping portion of the end portions of the belt-like cover plate 32 between the two conveying traveling bodies 4 adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction changes in the expanding direction, and the movable plate portion 38b does not function.
- Each transport traveling body 4 can travel without any problem.
- the rear end portion is made higher than the front end portion of the belt-like cover plate 32, and the rear end portion overlaps with the front end portion of the belt-like cover plate 32 of the rear traveling traveling body 4. Is configured to be swingable upward by the movable plate portion 38b.
- the movable plate portion 38b at the front end of the belt-like cover plate 32 is moved downward when the curved route portion ULa moves from the horizontal route portion HL to the upward gradient route portion UL shown in FIG. It is pushed up by the front end portion of the belt-like cover plate 32 of the front conveying traveling body 4 and swings upward.
- the upper surface of the lower end portion of the belt-like cover plate 32 on the lower side and the tip side of the upper movable plate portion 38b of the belt-like cover plate 32 on the upper side travel along the concave curved path portion.
- the four movable plates 4 come into contact with each other when traveling, but according to the configuration of the above-described embodiment, the upper movable plate portion is placed on the vertically-oriented bar-shaped member 37 laid on the upper surface of one end portion of the lower strip-shaped cover plate 32. Since the horizontal bar-shaped member 43 on the lower side of the tip side of 38b abuts in a cross shape, a sliding movement in the traveling direction (the length direction of the vertical bar-shaped member 37) is caused between the two, and thus occurs between the two. The friction is small, and even if the upper surface of the belt-like cover plate 32 is painted or plated, the sliding movement is performed smoothly without any peeling of the painted or plated.
- the transport device of the present invention is a transport device of a type in which a carriage main body on the floor surface is supported by a transport traveling body below the floor surface and travels in a penetrating state that supports the carriage main body on the floor plate.
- a transport device provided with a slit to be performed, it can be used as a transport device in which the smooth traveling of the transport traveling body is not hindered by foreign matter falling from the slit to the floor.
