- the lubricating oil L discharged from the side plates 55, 56 has all the diameters along the side walls of the side plates 55, 56 by the centrifugal force of the rotating shaft 20. It tries to fly in the outward direction of the direction (arrow 102). In the case of the area surrounded by the anti-scattering plate 52, the lubricating oil L that has flowed out along the surface of the rotating shaft 20 is temporarily directed radially outward along the side wall of the side plate 55, as shown by arrow 102 in FIG.
- the lubricating oil L flows radially outward along the side wall of the side plate 55, and then collides with the inner peripheral end 70 a of the base 70 and the inner peripheral surface 72 a of the inclined portion 72, as shown by the arrow 103, A flow is formed such that the inclined portion 72 is turned inward in the inclined radial direction. Therefore, the lubricating oil L leaving the tip end portion 72b of the inclined portion 72 does not flow from the tip end portion 72b along the outer peripheral surface of the inclined portion in the radial direction and scatter as the splash oil SL.
- the journal bearing mechanism 30 is rotated by a predetermined angle from the position where the anti-scattering plates 52 and 54 in the shape of ring semicircle cover the upper half in the horizontal and vertical direction. It is arranged.
- the scattering prevention plates 52 and 54 are rotated at an angle of 90 degrees or less.
- the shatterproof plates 52 and 54 are formed by the inner circumferential surfaces 72a and 82a of the inclined portions 72 and 82, that is, the inside of the base 70.
- a region (inner circumferential region) surrounded by the circumferential end 70 a and the radial tip portion 72 b of the inclined portion 72 be disposed in a region overlapping with a tangent of the surface of the rotation shaft 20.
- the angle at which the tangent line facing upward in the vertical direction with respect to the horizontal direction collides with the inner circumferential surface 72a of the inclined portion 72 It should just be attached by. That is, in FIG.
- the arrow 102a which is a tangent line passing through the inner peripheral edge 79a where the inner peripheral end 70a of the frontmost side base 70 and the end surface 79 intersect in the rotational direction is parallel to the horizontal direction or downward in the vertical direction.
- the mounting angle may be
- the scattering prevention plates 52, 54 have lubricating oil that has been discharged to the upper side in the horizontal direction or in the vertical direction than the horizontal direction, the inner peripheral surface 72a (82a) of the inclined portion 72 (82). Can be in contact with The lubricating oil in contact with the inner circumferential surface 72a (82a) of the inclined portion 72 (82) has a flow in the opposite direction from the flow outward in the radial direction. That is, the lubricating oil is changed in flow by the inclined portion 72 (82) in a direction inclined to the vertical direction lower side than the horizontal direction or the horizontal direction and to the radial inner direction, and the cavity 32 as the oil drain DR. Falls to the bottom of the
- the journal bearing mechanism 30 is provided with the anti-scattering plates 52 and 54, so that the lubricating oil discharged from between the journal bearing 50 and the rotating shaft 20 and scattered in the radially outward direction is directed against the horizontal direction. It can be guided downward in the vertical direction. That is, by guiding the lubricating oil scattered in the radial direction by the scattering prevention plates 52 and 54 to the lower side in the vertical direction, the lubricating oil is discharged to the upper side in the vertical direction outside the radial direction of the journal bearing 50. It can suppress scattering in the cavity 32 as SL.
- the lubricating oil that has flowed downward downward from the rotation shaft 20 is stored as oil drain DR at the bottom of the cavity 32 and is returned to the lubricating oil circulation mechanisms 41 and 42.
- the suction mechanism 48 can suppress suction of the splash oil SL, which is the lubricating oil of the droplets, at the time of suction of the air containing the misty lubricating oil.
- the suction mechanism 48 suctions the spray oil SL, which can prevent the suction port 48 a and the like from being blocked.
- the anti-scattering plates 52 and 54 can catch lubricating oil with a higher probability, and further, they are lowered in the vertical direction.
- the lubricating oil can be guided to the side. This can reduce the possibility of lubricating oil affecting other devices. As a result, it is possible to suppress the influence on other devices such as the blockage by the lubricating oil, and the rotary machine can be stably operated for a long time.
- the shatterproof plates 52 and 54 prevent the lubricating oil or the like reflected at other portions from moving upward in the vertical direction even when bouncing back upward in the vertical direction. Can. This can further reduce the possibility of the lubricating oil affecting other devices.
- a plurality of protrusions 74 and 84 may be arranged in the rotational direction.
- a scattering prevention board is equipped with the various shapes of a present Example, It is not limited to this.
- the range in which the anti-scattering plate is disposed in the rotational direction is 180 degrees as long as the tangent line formed by the flow line of the lubricating oil away from the surface of the rotating shaft meets the inner circumferential region of the anti-scattering plate. It is not limited. It may be 90 degrees, 170 degrees or 250 degrees.
- the scattering prevention plate can catch the lubricating oil discharged
- the scattering prevention board is provided with the inclined part and the projection part, it is not limited to this.
- a shield parallel to the axial direction may be provided.
- the shape of the radially inner surface of the anti-scattering plate may be a straight line, a curved line, or a combination thereof.
- journal bearing mechanism only in one side.
- the journal bearing mechanism includes a suction mechanism
- a shatterproof plate on the end face of the journal bearing on the side where the suction port is provided in the axial direction.
- journal bearing mechanism of a present Example fixed the anti-scattering plate to a journal bearing, it is not limited to this.
- the anti-scattering plate may be supported by parts other than the journal bearing as long as it can prevent the lubricating oil discharged from between the journal bearing and the rotary shaft from scattering.
- it may be fixed to the casing.
- the journal bearing mechanism By setting the journal bearing mechanism to the rotary shaft support structure as in this embodiment, the influence of the discharged lubricating oil can be more suitably suppressed.
- the rotary shaft support structure is not limited to the journal bearing mechanism, and may be provided on the thrust bearing mechanism.
