技术领域
本发明涉及饮料瓶加工设备领域,特别是涉及一种单轴开合模、底模锁定联动机构。
背景技术
在吹瓶机中均包含有开合模机构、底模锁定机构,传统的开合模机构,采用机架,安装在机架上的定模板和动模板,定模板和动模板结合处有锁模机构,动模板呈L形由开合模气缸带动,开合模气缸带动齿条,齿条带动动模板齿轮,动模板齿轮安在齿轴上,齿轴连接动模板,齿轴安装在支架上。传统的底模锁定机构,采用模具安装板、瓶模模腔、底模、动力机构、定位机构与支座,瓶模模腔尾段套接底模,底模连接动力机构,定位机构水平设置在支座上,定位机构包括定位卡块气缸与定位卡块,定位卡块与定位卡块气缸连接,动力机构包括底模安装板与底模升降气缸,底模安装板上表面连接底模,下表面连接底模升降气缸,底模升降气缸固定在支架上。
由此可见,现有技术中的开合模机构、底模锁定机构结构复杂,设备体积庞大,各自驱动,并且不利于操作,成本昂贵。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种单轴开合模、底模锁定联动机构。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种单轴开合模与底模锁定联动机构,该联动机构包括具有开模状态和合模状态的开合模组件,开合模组件包括可相对机架沿上下方向运动的底模、固定设置在机架上的定模板、可相对机架转动地设置的动模板。联动机构还包括用于将底模与吹瓶机的机架相对固定的底模锁定组件,底模锁定组件包括可相对机架滑动地设置的一滑块、用于带动滑块滑动的可绕一第一轴线摆动地连接于机架的摆动件、相对机架转动地设置且在转动时带动摆动件相对机架摆动的转动件,转动件、动模板固定连接于一转轴,该转轴由一动力源驱动而绕一第二轴线转动。当开合模组件处于合模状态时,动模板与定模板相啮合,且动模板、定模板以及底模三者之间围成一型腔,滑块插入底模与机架之间且抵住底模;当开合模组件处于开模状态时,动模板相对定模板打开,滑块脱离底模。通过转轴的转动来带动转动件和动模板的转动,转动件的转动带动了摆动件的摆动,相应地带动滑块滑动,动模板的转动实现开合模组件的合模,从而同步实现合模时滑块对底模进行限位,在开模时又释放底模。

图1-2较完整地反映了根据本发明实施的一种单轴开合模与底模锁定联动机构,该机构安装在吹瓶机上,由于吹瓶机为已知设备,因此,各图仅显示了与本发明有关的部分组件,未完整显示整个吹瓶机。
图1-2中所示的联动机构包括开合模组件、驱动组件。以下具体对各个组件做详细描述:
开合模组件包括底模1、设置在吹瓶机的机架上的定模板2、与定模板2配合的动模板3。开合模组件具有开模状态和合模状态,当处于合膜状态时,定模板2与动模板3配合、底模1上升、三者之间围成型腔,定模板2和动模板3上分别装配有模具4。
开合模组件还包括用于在合模状态时将定模板2、动模板3锁定的锁模机构,具体的说:动模板3上设置有多个第一连接凸台30,相邻两个第一连接凸台30之间形成缺口,第一连接凸台30上开设有销孔31,销孔30上下贯穿第一连接凸台30;定模板2上设置有与第一连接凸台30相配合的第二连接凸台20。锁模机构包括贯穿在定模板2内部的连接轴5、与连接轴5相传动连接的锁销6,锁销6的数量与第二连接凸台20的数量相同,锁销6能够伸缩地设置在第二连接凸台20内,连接轴5、锁销6相平行的设置,连接轴5通过连杆7与锁销6相传动连接,并且位于最下部一个锁销6与驱动块8相直连。
合模时,使动模板3的第一连接凸台30伸入至定模板2的第二连接凸台20的缺口内,向上拉动驱动块8,使驱动块8驱动连接轴5传动锁销6伸出第二连接凸台20、伸入第一连接凸台30的销孔31内,定模板2、动模板3锁定。

摆动件18与机架之间设置有扭簧9,用于提供复位力给摆动件18。如图1、图4-5中所示。在转动件17转动的过程中,当凸部180和导向面170接触的位置离第二轴线越来越远时,摆动件18即被转动件17推着发生摆动;反之,若在转动件17转动的过程中,凸部180和导向面170接触的位置离第二轴线越来越近,摆动件18即需要外力来牵引着才能产生摆动,而此处的扭簧9即用来提供所需要的这种外力。当然,也可以通过其它方式来提供该外力,例如通过转动件17牵拉摆动件18的方式。
此外,在机架上设置有朝底模1下部延伸的导轨21,滑块19滑动设置在导轨21上。
在本实施例中:驱动组件包括能够绕自身轴心线方向转动的转轴12、驱动转轴旋转的动力源,转轴12的下端部连接有驱动摆臂13,动力源通过驱动摆臂13驱动转轴12转动。动模板3、转动件17同时与转轴12相固定连接,并且转轴12穿过动模板3并带动其转动。如图2、4所示:当要合模时,动力源驱动驱动摆臂13传动转轴12转动,从而动模板3随转轴12转动,和定模板2相靠拢并共同围成型腔;底模1上升,底模1与支架14之间形成空隙;转动件17也随转轴12转动,凸部180沿着导向面170滑动,摆动件18转动,带动滑块19上的凸柱190在拨叉部181内滑动,从而带动滑块19沿着导轨21其部分滑动至底模1与支架14之间的空隙中,完成底模1锁定。反之亦然,再次不再进行详细描述,从而实现开合模、锁定联动。
机架包括支架14、位于支架14上方的顶架15以及固定连接在支架14和顶架15之间的立架16,开合模组件、底模锁定组件位于支架14的上侧。转轴12的上端部与顶架15相转动连接。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1、一种单轴开合模与底模锁定联动机构,该联动机构安装在吹瓶机上,所述联动机构包括具有开模状态和合模状态的开合模组件,所述的开合模组件包括可相对机架沿上下方向运动的底模(1)、固定设置在机架上的定模板(2)、可相对机架转动地设置的动模板(3),在开合模组件的合模状态下,所述动模板(3)与定模板(2)相啮合,且动模板(3)、定模板(2)以及底模(1)三者之间围成一型腔;所述联动机构还包括用于将底模(1)与吹瓶机的机架相对固定的底模锁定组件,其特征在于:所述的底模锁定组件包括可相对机架滑动地设置的一滑块(19)、用于带动滑块(19)滑动的可绕一第一轴线摆动地连接于机架的摆动件(18)、相对机架转动地设置且在转动时带动摆动件(18)相对机架摆动的转动件(17),所述转动件(17)、动模板(3)固定连接于一转轴(12),该转轴(12)由一动力源驱动而绕一第二轴线转动,当开合模组件处于合模状态时,所述滑块(19)插入底模(1)与机架之间且抵住底模(1);当开合模组件处于开模状态时,所述动模板(3)相对定模板(2)打开,所述滑块(19)脱离底模(1)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的单轴开合模与底模锁定联动机构,其特征在于:转动件(17)、动模板(3)上分别开设有穿孔,转轴(12)从下到上穿过依次穿过转动件(17)、动模板(3)并与二者相连接。
3、根据权利要求1所述的单轴开合模与底模锁定联动机构,其特征在于:开合模组件还包括用于在合模时将定模板(2)、动模板(3)锁定的锁模机构,所述锁模机构包括形成于动模板(3)上的开设有销孔(31)的至少一个第一连接凸台(30)、形成于定模板(2)上的与所述的第一连接凸台(30)相匹配的开设有安装孔的第二连接凸台(20)、可伸缩地插在所述的第二连接凸台(20)的安装孔内的锁销(6),定模板(2)内部贯穿设置一连接轴(5),所述连接轴(5)与锁销(6)相传动连接,当开合模组件处于合模状态时,所述的锁销(6)伸出所述的第二连接凸台(20)、伸入所述的销孔(31)内,将动模板(3)、定模板(2)锁定,且允许锁销(41)缩入第二连接凸台(6)的安装孔中并脱离销孔(5)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的单轴开合模与底模锁定联动机构,其特征在于:机架上固定设置有直线形的导轨(21),滑块(19)沿着导轨(21)滑动地设置于导轨(21)上.
5、根据权利要求1所述的单轴开合模与底模锁定联动机构,其特征在于:摆动件(18)上具有凸部(180),转动件(17)上具有导向面(170),所述的凸部(180)与导向面(170)可相对滑动地接触,且凸部(180)与导向面(170)接触的位置与第二轴线之间的距离随着转动件(17)的转动而变化。
6、根据权利要求1所述的单轴开合模与底模锁定联动机构,其特征在于:摆动件(18)上在离第一轴线一段距离处开设缺口,开设缺口的部位形成拨叉部(181),滑块(19)上具有凸柱(190),所述的凸柱(190)能够滑动的设置在拨叉部(181)的缺口中。
7、根据权利要求1所述的单轴开合模与底模锁定联动机构,其特征在于:转轴(12)的下端部连接有驱动摆臂(13),动力源通过驱动摆臂(13)驱动转轴(12)转动。
8、根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的单轴开合模与底模锁定联动机构,其特征在于:所述的机架包括支架(14)、位于所述的支架(14)上方的顶架(15)以及固定连接在所述的支架(14)和顶架(15)之间的立架(16),开合模组件、底模锁定组件位于所述的支架(14)的上侧。
9、根据权利要求8所述的单轴开合模与底模锁定联动机构,其特征在于:转轴(12)的上端部与顶架(15)相转动连接。
10、根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的单轴开合模与底模锁定联动机构,其特征在于:在摆动件(18)与机架之间设置一弹性部件,用于提供复位力给摆动件(18)。
