一种用于吹瓶机的拉伸封口装置,包括机架(1)、设于机架(1)上的导轨(2)、拉伸机构、封口机构;拉伸机构包括活动的设于导轨(2)上的第一滑块(3)、设于第一滑块(3)上的拉杆(4)、设于机架(1)上的用于驱动第一滑块(3)的驱动缸(5);封口机构包括活动的设于导轨(2)上的第二滑块(6)和第三滑块(7),第二滑块(6)位于第一滑块(3)的上方,第三滑块(7)设于第一滑块(3)的下方;封口机构还包括连接在第二滑块(6)和第三滑块(7)之间的连接杆(8)、设于第三滑块(7)上的封口缸(9);拉杆(4)穿设于封口缸(9)中。该装置实现了拉伸机构和封口机构的机械联动,以提高吹瓶机高速拉伸与封口的动作精确性,从而提高吹瓶机的工作稳定性和生产效率。在吹制瓶子时,无需对封口组件另外提供动力源,降低了设备成本和生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料瓶吹塑技术领域,特别涉及一种用于吹瓶机的拉伸封口装置。
背景技术
吹瓶机是饮料瓶、油瓶、药瓶等塑料瓶的加工制造设备。吹瓶机的拉伸封口装置包括对瓶坯进行拉伸的拉伸杆,拉伸杆连接拉伸气缸并由其驱动工作,拉伸杆上装有调整拉伸深度的限位块。拉伸封口装置还包括有封堵瓶口的封口机构,封口机构连接封口气缸,封口气缸驱动封口机构对瓶口实现封口或开启的动作。工作时,拉伸杆和封口机构分别由拉伸气缸和封口气缸驱动而完成相应的拉伸和封口工作,而拉伸气缸和封口气缸则连接空气压缩机并由其提供压缩空气作为动力。
吹瓶机在吹制瓶子时,在预吹过程中需由拉伸杆的纵向拉伸配合预吹气共同完成瓶子的预成型过程,实现边拉伸边吹气的理想状态。
传统方式如图 1 所示:吹瓶机的传统拉伸封口装置,包括安装在机架 1 (拉伸支架)上的导轨 2 ,第一连接块 10 (运动块)通过第一滑块 3 安装在导轨 2 上,并连接拉杆 4 以及驱动其运动的驱动缸 5 (拉伸气缸)。
当瓶坯需要封口时,拉伸气缸中的活塞杆向下推送运动块,使拉杆 4 向下运动。同时封口缸 9 中通入高压气,驱动封口缸 9 中的活塞向下运动并完成封口。吹瓶结束后,封口缸 9 中活塞向上收回,拉杆 4 也随着活塞杆收缩向上提起,吹瓶过程完成。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于吹瓶机的拉伸封口装置,实现了拉伸机构和封口机构的机械联动,以提高吹瓶机高速拉伸与封口的动作精确性,从而提高吹瓶机的工作稳定性和生产效率。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种用于吹瓶机的拉伸封口装置,包括机架,所述拉伸封口装置还包括设于所述机架上的导轨、拉伸机构及封口机构;
所述拉伸机构包括活动的设于所述导轨上的第一滑块、连接于所述第一滑块的拉杆、设于所述机架上的用于驱动所述第一滑块沿所述导轨滑动的驱动缸;
所述封口机构包括活动的设于所述导轨上的第二滑块和第三滑块,所述第二滑块位于所述第一滑块的上方,所述第三滑块设于所述第一滑块的下方;所述封口机构还包括连接在所述第二滑块和所述第三滑块之间的连接杆、设于所述第三滑块上的封口缸;
所述拉杆穿设于所述封口缸中。
优选地,所述导轨沿竖直方向延伸。
优选地,所述拉伸机构还包括设于所述第一滑块上的第一连接块,所述拉杆的上端和所述驱动缸的活塞杆分别连接在所述第一连接块上。
更优选地,所述封口机构还包括设于所述第二滑块上的第二连接块,所述第二连接块位于所述第一连接块的上方。
更进一步优选地,所述封口机构还包括设于所述第三滑块上的第三连接块、设于所述第三连接块上的支撑块,所述封口缸设于所述支撑块上。
更进一步优选地,所述连接杆的两端分别连接于所述第二连接块和所述第三连接块。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明一种用于吹瓶机的拉伸封口装置,通过设置位于导轨上的连接拉伸机构的第一滑块、设于第一滑块上方的第二滑块、设于第一滑块下方的连接封口机构和第二滑块的第三滑块,实现了拉伸机构和封口机构的机械联动,以提高吹瓶机高速拉伸与封口的动作精确性,从而提高吹瓶机的工作稳定性和生产效率。在吹制瓶子时,无需对封口组件另外提供动力源,结构简单,降低了设备成本和生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来对本发明的技术方案作进一步的阐述。
参见图 2 所示,上述一种用于吹瓶机的拉伸封口装置,包括机架 1 ,该拉伸封口装置还包括设于机架 1 上的导轨 2 、拉伸机构、封口机构。在本实施例中,该导轨 2 沿竖直方向延伸。
该拉伸机构包括沿导轨 2 的延伸方向活动的设于导轨 2 上的第一滑块 3 、连接于第一滑块 3 的拉杆 4 、设于机架 1 上的用于驱动第一滑块 3 沿导轨 2 滑动的驱动缸 5 ;该驱动缸 5 为拉伸气缸,该拉伸气缸的活塞杆连接于第一滑块 3 ,该拉伸气缸的活塞杆与拉杆 4 平行。该拉伸气缸位于第一滑块 3 的上方。
该封口机构包括沿导轨 2 的延伸方向活动的设于导轨 2 上的第二滑块 6 、沿导轨 2 的延伸方向活动的设于导轨 2 上的第三滑块 7 。第二滑块 6 位于第一滑块 3 的上方并和第一滑块 3 上表面相贴,第三滑块 7 设于第一滑块 3 的下方。第二滑块 6 、第一滑块 3 、第三滑块 7 沿竖直方向从上往下依次分布。
该封口机构还包括连接在第二滑块 6 和第三滑块 7 之间的连接杆 8 、设于第三滑块 7 上的封口缸 9 ;该拉杆 4 穿设于该封口缸 9 中。
在本实施例中,该拉伸机构还包括设于第一滑块 3 上的第一连接块 10 ,拉杆 4 的上端和驱动缸 5 的活塞杆均连接在该第一连接块 10 上;封口机构还包括设于第二滑块 6 上的第二连接块 11 ,第二连接块 11 贴设于第一连接块 10 的上方;封口机构还包括设于第三滑块 7 上的第三连接块 12 、设于第三连接块 12 上的支撑块 13 ,封口缸 9 设于该支撑块 13 上。连接杆 8 有两条,两条连接杆 8 的两端分别设于第二连接块 11 和第三连接块 12 上。第一连接块 10 和导轨 2 位于第一滑块 3 相异的两侧;第二连接块 11 和导轨 2 位于第二滑块 6 相异的两侧;第三连接块 12 和导轨 2 位于第三滑块 7 相异的两侧。封口缸 9 位于支撑块 13 的正下方,第一连接块 10 则位于支撑块 13 的正上方。
以下具体阐述下本实施例的工作过程:
当瓶坯需要封口时,驱动缸 5 的活塞杆向下推送第一连接块 10 ,带动拉杆 4 和第一滑块 3 整体向下运动。同时,由于第二连接块 11 失去了第一连接块 10 的支撑,在重力的作用下,第二连接块 11 、第二滑块 6 、连接杆 8 、第三连接块 12 、第三滑块 7 整体下落,直至封口缸 9 落至瓶口处,实现一次封口。
当拉杆 4 向下运动至指定位置后,向封口缸 9 中通入高压气,利用气体压力完成二次封口。
当吹瓶结束后,停止向封口缸 9 中通入高压气,驱动缸 5 带动拉杆 4 向上运动,当第一连接块 10 向上运动至一定高度后,抵触至第二连接块 11 的下端,带动第二连接块 11 一起向上运动,从而实现封口缸 9 和瓶口的脱离。

  1. 一种用于吹瓶机的拉伸封口装置,包括机架,其特征在于:所述拉伸封口装置还包括设于所述机架上的导轨、拉伸机构及封口机构;
    所述拉伸机构包括活动的设于所述导轨上的第一滑块、连接于所述第一滑块的拉杆、设于所述机架上的用于驱动所述第一滑块沿所述导轨滑动的驱动缸;
    所述封口机构包括活动的设于所述导轨上的第二滑块及第三滑块,所述第二滑块位于所述第一滑块的上方,所述第三滑块设于所述第一滑块的下方;所述封口机构还包括连接在所述第二滑块和所述第三滑块之间的连接杆、设于所述第三滑块上的封口缸;
    所述拉杆穿设于所述封口缸中。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种用于吹瓶机的拉伸封口装置,其特征在于:所述导轨沿竖直方向延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种用于吹瓶机的拉伸封口装置,其特征在于:所述拉伸机构还包括设于所述第一滑块上的第一连接块,所述拉杆的上端和所述驱动缸的活塞杆分别连接于所述第一连接块。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的一种用于吹瓶机的拉伸封口装置,其特征在于:所述封口机构还包括设于所述第二滑块上的第二连接块,所述第二连接块位于所述第一连接块的上方。
  5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的一种用于吹瓶机的拉伸封口装置,其特征在于:所述封口机构还包括设于所述第三滑块上的第三连接块、设于所述第三连接块上的支撑块,所述封口缸设于所述支撑块上。
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的一种用于吹瓶机的拉伸封口装置,其特征在于:所述连接杆的两端分别连接于所述第二连接块和所述第三连接块。
