背景技术
现有技术中的吹瓶机一般包括机架、设置在机架上的左右模和底模、以及驱动机构和定位机构,如公告号为CN201755911U中公开的一种直线式吹瓶机的底模锁定装置,包括模具安装板、瓶模模腔、底模、动力机构、定位机构与支座,所述的瓶模模腔尾段套接底模,底模连接动力机构,定位机构水平设置在支座上,定位机构包括定位卡块气缸与定位卡块,定位卡块与定位卡块气缸连接,动力机构包括底模安装板与底模升降气缸,底模安装板上表面连接底模,下表面连接底模升降气缸,底模升降气缸固定在支架上。可见,该专利中的底模锁定装置体积庞大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种改进的底模单边锁定机构。

优选地,第一轴线和第二轴线最好相互平行。
在一具体实例中,转动件、摆动件和滑块位于机架的上表面之上。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明通过采用与现有技术不同的锁定结构,实现了在合模时将底模锁定的目的,这种锁定结构使得设备的体积相比较现有技术减小。

如各附图所示的底模单边锁定机构,其安装在吹瓶机上,由于吹瓶机本身的构造已为本领域技术人员所熟知,且吹瓶机的构造也不是本发明的要点,因此各图仅示出了与本发明相关的吹瓶机的机架2,并未显示其它部分。
锁定机构包括设置于吹瓶机的机架2上的导轨33;可沿所述导轨33滑动地设置的一滑块31;用于带动滑块31滑动的一摆动件35,所述摆动件35可绕一第一轴线摆动地连接于机架2;用于控制摆动件35相对机架2摆动的转动件7,该转动件7与一动力源相连,且由动力源驱动而相对机架2绕一第二轴线轴线转动。
当锁定机构处于锁定状态时,滑块31插入底模11与机架2之间并分别与底模11、机架2相抵触,使底模11与机架2相分隔开,参见图2所示。当锁定机构处于解锁状态时,滑块31脱离底模11,撤销了对底模11的阻挡作用,使得底模11被释放,参见图1所示。
转动件7固定设置在一转轴5上,该转轴2能够绕自身轴心线转动,该转轴5转轴由一动力源驱动而转动,该转轴5的轴心线即为第二轴线。
第一轴线和第二轴线最好相平行。图中并未标示第一轴线和第二轴线,实际上,第一轴线、第二轴线均为垂直于附图的纸面方向的直线。
图中所示的优选实施例中,导轨33为直线轨,其设置于机架2的上表面上,导轨33的延伸方向最好平行于机架2的上表面所在的平面,其与第一轴线、第二轴线相垂直。
转动件7、摆动件35和滑块31位于机架2的上表面的上侧。机架2上开设有供转轴5穿过的通孔,转轴5位于机架2上表面的上侧的部分与转动件7相连接,位于机架2下方的部分与动力源相连,由于本领域人员所知的动力源的结构有很多种,且动力源本身也并不是发明要点,因此该动力源未在图中未显示。
具体地,参照图1-2所示的实施例,摆动件35的一端部与机架2通过一枢轴连接,另一端部开设一滑槽34,开设滑槽34的部分形成一拨叉构造。枢轴的轴心线即为上文介绍的第一轴线。滑块31上形成一向上突出的凸柱32,该凸柱32插在滑槽34中,并可沿滑槽34滑动。滑槽34的中轴线最好与第一轴线相交并相垂直。
实际上滑槽34并不一定要开设在摆动件35的另一端部,只要在摆动件35上离第一轴线一段距离处形成即可。
转动件7上具有导向面71,摆动件35上形成有凸块37,所述的凸块37与导向面71可相对滑动的相接触,且凸块37与导向面71接触的位置与第二轴线之间的距离随着转动件7的转动发生变化。
在摆动件35与机架2之间设置有扭簧4,用于提供复位力给摆动件35。
参照图1-2所示,假设转动件7按照逆时针方向转动,由于导向面71的导向作用,与之相接触的凸块37便可以朝靠近第二轴线的方向移动,此时,摆动件35在扭簧4的作用力下逆时针转动,摆动件35的拨叉部分带动滑块31沿导轨33移动至图2所示的位置,即:滑块31插入底模11与机架2之间,对底模11形成限位。再参照图2-图1的变化,转动件7若按顺时针方向转动,由于导向面71与凸块37接触的位置离第二轴线越来越远,因而凸块37被推着发生位移,在此过程中,摆动件35克服扭簧4的作用力按顺时针方向转动,并通过其拨叉部分带动滑块31移动至图1所示的位置,即:滑块31脱离底模11,从而将底模11释放。
当吹瓶机的吹模组件(图中未示出)处于合模状态时,通过本发明的锁定机构将底模11限位,使得底模11与机架2之间形成一段距离;当吹模组件开模时,动力源带动转轴5转动,转轴5带动转动件7转动,转动件7转动时摆动件35也随之摆动从而带动滑块31沿着导轨33滑动,继而锁定机构打开。

3、根据权利要求2所述的底模单边锁定机构,其特征在于:机架(2)上开设有供转轴(5)穿过的通孔。
4、根据权利要求1所述的底模单边锁定机构,其中,转动件(7)上具有导向面(71),摆动件(35)上形成有凸块(37),所述的凸块(37)与导向面(71)可相对滑动的相接触,且凸块(37)与导向面(71)接触的位置与第二轴线之间的距离随着转动件(7)的转动发生变化。
5、根据权利要求1或4所述的底模单边锁定机构,其中,在摆动件(35)与机架(2)之间设置一弹性部件,用于提供复位力给摆动件(35)。
6、根据权利要求1所述的底模单边锁定机构,其中,滑块(31)上形成有凸柱(32),摆动件(35)上在离第一轴线一段距离处形成有滑槽(34),所述的凸柱(32)可滑动地插在该滑槽(34)中。
7、根据权利要求1-4及6中任一项所述的底模单边锁定机构,其中,第一轴线和第二轴线相平行。
8、根据权利要求1所述的底模单边锁定机构,其特征在于:转动件(7)、摆动件(35)和滑块(31)位于机架(2)的上表面之上。
