Description

能够便捷快脱的织物品 技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用拉链能够快速脱开的织物品。
背景技术
拉链作为本世纪对人类最为实用的十大发明之一， 已被广泛应用 到织物产品中， 其用途也是多样化， 而发展出具有各种不同功能的拉 链结构。 易脱拉链就是其中一种， 当将易脱拉链设置在裤子、 衣服或 被套等织物品上后，能够在无需拉动拉链头的情况快速从拉链的中间 部位拉开拉链从而实现织物品的快脱功能。这种快脱拉链的链齿一般 包括有一个易脱牙区域，在正常使用时该易脱牙区域的链齿不会轻易 地分离脱开但当用力拉扯该区域两侧的织物时就可以快速地使拉链 的链齿从该易脱牙区域开始分开， 从而实现快脱功能。
现有技术中使用快脱拉链的织物品，都是直接使用拉链两侧的织 物本身作为拉扯部， 但如此不仅常常会因为没有着力点， 而使扳开的 作业产生一些困难性， 进而使快速脱除运动长裤的功效大打折扣， 而 且容易使织物受脏。为此如何提供有效的快脱拉链快速扳开功能乃成 为一件业界必须重视的研究课题。
发明内容
本发明目的不仅要在织物品上提供一个额外的装置辅助开启快 脱拉链从而提高快脱效率，而且也能解决在织物品正常使用时又能够 辅助保护快脱拉链的易脱牙区域不易脱落。 为解决上述技术问题， 本发明提供一种能够便捷快脱的织物品， 所述织物品上设置有快脱拉链，所述快脱拉链的链齿上设置有易脱牙 区域； 其特征在于： 在所述易脱牙区域的侧边位置设有拉扯构件。
根据上述技术方案， 当使用者直接用手拉扯所述拉扯构件时， 就 能通过所述拉扯构件对位于其旁边拉链施加拉扯力 ,拉链的易脱牙区 域能够快速地分离。这样让使用者不仅能够容易抓握而且也同样操作 筒便， 并且手也不用直接抓握织物品而仅仅只需抓握所述拉扯构件。 例如对于维修人员或厨师来说，其满手油腻的手直接可以不用直接抓 扯衣服或裤子等织物品。其中所述拉扯构件可以设置在易脱牙区域侧 边的拉链布带上， 也可以设置在易脱牙区域侧边的织物品上； 其次所 述拉扯构件可以是一个布条， 也可以是具有一定宽度的小五金器件。 另外还可以在所述拉扯构件上设置环形部， 手指可以勾住环形部， 或 者通过所述环形部提高所述拉扯构件的结构强度。
如果让所述拉扯构件自由地在织物品上晃动显然不美观，而且也 容易弄脏或损坏， 而且在有些场合显得十分不便利。 为此， 进一步的 技术方案还可以是，所述织物品与所述拉扯构件上对应地设置有能够 相互定位的快速定位器。这样通过所述快速定位器能够将所述拉扯构 件以八着的方式固定在所述织物品上。
进一步的技术方案还可以是，所述织物品上设置的快速定位器与 所述拉扯构件上设置的快速定位器位于所述快脱拉链的同一侧边位 置或分别位于所述快脱拉链的两个侧边位置。
其中，将所述织物品上设置的快速定位器与所述拉扯构件上设置 的快速定位器设置在所述快脱拉链的同一侧边位置，能够起到以趴着 的方式定位所述拉扯构件予以定位。
如果将所述织物品上设置的快速定位器与所述拉扯构件上设置 的快速定位器分别设置在所述快脱拉链的两个侧边位置时，实际上就 是所述拉扯构件从所述拉链的一侧跨过所述拉链后延伸到所述拉链 的另一侧并以 ^八着的方式定位在所述另一侧位置。由于拉链的易脱牙 区域的链齿本身的连接能力就比较小，多次使用磨损后其连接能力会 进一步下降；为此所述拉扯构件能够遮盖住所述拉链的易脱牙区域从 而使所述拉链的易脱牙区域不会受到不必要的外力沖击而分离，而且 又能借助于所述拉扯构件和快速定位器提高所述拉链的易脱牙区域 的结构强度，使所述拉链的易脱牙区域在受到不必要的外力沖击时也 不会轻易地分离。 其中， 能够相互定位的所述快速定位器可以是是纽 扣 （也称按扣）或粘扣带 （即通常所说的魔术贴）。
由于本发明具有上述特点和优点，为此可以应用到快脱的织物品 中。

如图 1所示的快脱织物是一个快脱长裤的裤管部分，包括一缝制 在裤管 1上的快脱拉链 3 , 所述快脱拉链 3的两边是所述裤管 1的左 边 1 1和右边 12。 所述快脱拉链 3除了于其两端处分别设有一可快速 脱离的上止结构件（已经被拉链头 32所遮盖）及下止结构件 33夕卜， 所述快脱拉链 3的中段位置链齿部分为易脱牙区域 31 , 在所述易脱 牙区域 31侧边位置的织物上缝制有拉扯构件 2。 所述拉扯构件 2是 双层结构的布条， 从而也呈环形。 当然也可以使用软金属丝环作为拉 扯构件。
使用时， 先将所述快脱拉链 3的下止结构件 33结合后， 经由拉 链头 32向上拖拉并卡定在该上止结构件时， 即可使所述快脱拉链 3 完全闭锁而形成一圓筒状的裤管 1。
当打算快速脱除具有所述快脱拉链 3的长裤时，使用者可抓住所 述拉扯构件 2向外侧拖拽， 以使所述拉扯构件 2旁的易脱牙区域 31 的链齿自动分开脱离即如图 2所示。 随后， 所述拉链 3因为剪力作用 所有的链齿被打开从而使所述裤管 1完全打开，甚至所述拉链的两端 的上止结构件及下止结构 33亦分别分开即如图 3所示， 即可使该裤 管 1快速形成未封闭的状态。 所以， 一旦长裤的两裤管 1均形成未封 闭的状态时， 该长裤即可被快速脱除。
进一步的， 如图 4所示， 在所述拉扯构件 2及与其适配对应的织 物上设置有能够相互定位的所述快速定位器（41、 42 ), 所述快速定 位器（41、 42 )是粘扣带。其中能够相互定位的所述快速定位器（41、 42 )设置在所述拉链 3的同一侧边位置， 这样就可以通过所述快速定 位器（41、 42 )能够将所述拉扯构件 2以趴着的方式固定在所述裤管 1上， 防止其在所述裤管 1上晃动。
进一步的方案还可以是如图 5所示，能够相互定位的所述快速定 位器（41、 42 )分别设置在所述拉链 3的两侧边位置即左边 11和右 边 12位置， 其中所述快速定位器 41设置在所述拉扯构件 2上， 所述 快速定位器 42设置于所述拉扯构件 2对面的织物品（及右边 12 )上； 所述拉扯构件 2被定位后， 实际上就是所述拉扯构件 2从所述拉链 3 的一侧跨过所述拉链 3后延伸到所述拉链 3的另一侧能够以八着的方 式固定在所述裤管 1上， 所述拉扯构件 2遮盖在所述易脱牙区域 31 的上面， 这样在所述裤管 1正常使用时， 能够借助于所述拉扯构件 2 遮盖住所述易脱牙区域 31从而使所述易脱牙区域 31不会受到不必要 的外力沖击， 而且又能借助于所述拉扯构件 2 提高所述易脱牙区域 31 的结构强度， 使所述易脱牙区域在受到不必要的外力沖击时不会 轻易地分离。 其中， 能够相互定位的所述快速定位器（41、 42 )还可 以是纽扣。

1. 一种能够便捷快脱的织物品， 所述织物品上设置有快脱拉链， 所述快脱 拉链的链齿上设置有易脱牙区域； 其特征在于： 在所述易脱牙区域的侧边位置设 有拉扯构件。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的能够便捷快脱的织物品， 其特征在于： 所述织物 品与所述拉扯构件上对应地设置有能够相互定位的快速定位器。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的能够便捷快脱的织物品， 其特征在于： 所述织物 品上设置的快速定位器与所述拉扯构件上设置的快速定位器位于所述快脱拉链 的同一侧边位置或分别位于所述快脱拉链的两个侧边位置。
4. 根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的能够便捷快脱的织物品， 其特征在于： 所 述拉扯构件具有环形部。
5. 根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的能够便捷快脱的织物品， 其特征在于： 所 述拉扯构件是布条。
6. 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的能够便捷快脱的织物品， 其特征在于： 能够 相互定位的所述快速定位器是紐扣或粘扣带。
