背景技术
在预制混凝土构件的过程中大量使用模板,由于不同形状的建筑物使用的混凝土模板不同,因此大部分的模板不能重复使用造成了极大浪费;为此采用了标准化的模板单元,模板单元可重复使用并能拼接成各种形状的混凝土模板。但是现有的模板单元在施工时一块块地拼接,并用复杂的紧固件进行固定,效率低下且操作不便。

发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种能提高夹紧度的混凝土模板锁扣装置。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种混凝土模板锁扣装置,包括扣件和锁件,扣件具有依次围成弧形凹口的第一侧壁、第二侧壁和第三侧壁,此弧形凹口与混凝土模板用固定管的外形相吻合;锁件以其端部伸至弧形凹口内与第三侧壁形成夹持和放松固定管的方式活动安装在第一侧壁上;还包括第一螺栓,所述第二侧壁向外延伸形成凸座,凸座上开有与第一螺栓相适配的螺纹孔。

作为本发明的另一较佳实施例,还包括第二螺栓5,第二螺栓5具有螺栓头和螺栓杆,且螺栓杆的端部呈锥状。第一侧壁11上沿弧形凹口10张开方向设有第二螺纹孔111。所谓弧形凹口10张开方向是指第一侧壁11和第三侧壁13之间的开口方向。第二螺栓5的螺栓杆穿过螺纹孔后抵顶在锁舌21的前端部上。使第二螺栓5在第二螺纹孔111内旋进旋出,锁舌21的前端部与第三侧壁13一起紧紧夹持、松开固定管1a。
第二侧壁12向外延伸形成凸座15,凸座15上开有第一螺纹孔151,第一螺栓3安装在第一螺纹孔151内。
第一螺栓3的一端部为六角头或方头,通过扳手使第一螺栓3在第一螺纹孔151内旋进或旋出,第一螺栓3的另一端呈锥状。另外,第二螺栓5和第一螺栓3可以采用相同的结构,例如分别采用带有螺栓头的,或者是六角头或方头等。
如图7所示采用本实施例浇筑柱子,如图8所示浇筑梁等形状的混凝土4a时,按所需形状拼接混凝土模板2a,在相对围设的混凝土模板2a外围需要加固的地方架设固定管1a。首先,将扣件1贴在混凝土模板2a上,握住锁把22将锁舌21向外拉出,将固定管1a卡合在弧形凹口10内,然后松开锁把22,锁舌21在弹簧4的弹力作用下自动回复原位并抵在固定管1a上。然后,旋紧第二螺栓5,使第二螺栓5的螺栓杆的端部和第三侧壁13一起将固定管1a紧紧卡住。再旋转第一螺栓3,使第一螺栓3的端部紧紧抵顶在混凝土模板2a的外表面上,从而使相对围设的两块混凝土模板2a及两块中间的一块混凝土模板2a被紧紧夹固在一起,混凝土模板2a不会分别向外倾斜,还可省去用于夹固混凝土模板2a用的U型夹等,而且操作起来更为便捷。这样混凝土能够浇筑成混凝土模板2a所围成的形成,而且成型密度较为理想。由于固定管1a能紧靠在混凝土模板2a外围,浇筑柱子或梁时不会向下滑落或脱落,还提高了安全性。
另外,由于锁舌21的前端部伸入弧形凹口10内且位于弧形凹口10的开口处,这样卡装固定管1a时,固定管1a很难从弧形凹口10中脱出,可提高卡固的可靠性,从而实现安全生产。
实施例二
如图9所示,本实施例与实施例一的主要区别在于,还包括插销6,以及弹簧4的设置方式。
锁舌21上开有弹簧槽23,插销6的一端部穿过第一侧壁11后插设在弹簧槽23内,弹簧4设置在弹簧槽23内,且弹簧4的两端部分别抵顶在弹簧槽23的槽壁和插销6上述端部上。
作为本发明的一个较佳实施例,弹簧4为多个且并排设置在弹簧槽23内,插销6插在两个弹簧4之间。这样,对于尺寸规格较小的扣夹具而言,可在锁舌21上开设较短的弹簧槽23,通过设置多个弹簧4来实现较大的弹力,进而提高扣夹具的卡固可靠性。
作为本发明的另一较佳实施例,锁舌21的尾部弯折形成锁把22,锁把22向上伸出第一侧壁11外。由于锁舌21和锁把22采用一体弯折式结构,便于制造,且锁把22的按推的受力面积较大,便于拨动锁舌21,操作更快捷省力。
作为本发明的再一较佳实施例,第一侧壁11上开设上述螺纹孔的壁面向外凸出,以延长上述螺纹孔的孔深,这样,对于尺寸规格较小,第一侧壁11较薄的扣夹具而言,通过加深螺纹孔,增加第二螺栓5与螺纹孔的配合面,从而提高扣夹具的卡固可靠性。另外,也可将螺母对应上述螺纹孔焊接在第一侧壁11上,以节约制造成本。
实施例三
本实施例与实施例一的主要区别在于第二螺栓5采用沉头螺栓结构。使用时,通过起子旋转第二螺栓5,使第二螺栓5在第一侧壁11上的第二螺纹孔111内旋进旋出。
实施例四
如图10所示,本实施例与实施例一的主要区别在于锁件2'采用螺栓结构,且本实施例中没有设置锁舌。
第一侧壁11上沿弧形凹口10张开方向设有第二螺纹孔111。锁件2'的两端部分别为锁把端21'和具有螺纹结构的螺纹端22',螺纹端22'穿过第二螺纹孔111后伸入弧形凹口10内且位于弧形凹口10的开口处,锁把端21'位于第一侧壁11外。
本实施例中,锁件2'采用螺栓结构,直接穿设在第一侧壁11上的第二螺纹孔111内。锁件2'在第二螺纹孔111内旋进旋出,螺纹端22'与第二侧壁12一起紧紧夹持、松开固定管1a。本实施例结构简单也易于操作。
另外,本发明中的上述各实施例中,扣件1的结构,锁舌21的结构,弹簧4的数量及其设置方式,锁件2'、第二螺栓5的结构及其设置方式均可互相组合,从而形成更多的实施例,在些不再赘述。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种混凝土模板锁扣装置,包括扣件和锁件,扣件具有依次围成弧形凹口的第一侧壁、第二侧壁和第三侧壁,此弧形凹口与混凝土模板用固定管的外形相吻合;锁件以其端部伸至弧形凹口内与第三侧壁形成夹持和放松固定管的方式活动安装在第一侧壁上;其特征在于:还包括第一螺栓,所述第二侧壁向外延伸形成凸座,凸座上开有与第一螺栓相适配的螺纹孔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种混凝土模板锁扣装置,其特征在于:所述锁件包括锁舌、锁把和弹簧,所述第一侧壁上开有舌槽,锁舌设置在舌槽内且锁舌的一端部伸出舌槽外与所述第三侧壁对应设置,弹簧的两端部分别抵顶在锁舌的另一端部和舌槽的底槽壁上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种混凝土模板锁扣装置,其特征在于:所述还包括弹簧和插销,所述第一侧壁上开有舌槽,所述锁舌设置在舌槽内且锁舌的一端部伸出舌槽外与所述第三侧壁对应设置;锁舌内设有弹簧槽,插销穿过所述第一侧壁后插设在弹簧槽内,弹簧设置在弹簧槽内,且弹簧的两端部分别抵顶在弹簧槽的槽壁和插销上。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的一种混凝土模板锁扣装置,其特征在于:还包括第二螺栓,所述第一侧壁上沿所述弧形凹口张开方向设有螺纹孔,第二螺栓的端部穿过螺纹孔后抵顶在所述锁舌的所述一端部上。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种混凝土模板锁扣装置,其特征在于:所述锁件采用螺栓结构,所述第一侧壁上沿所述弧形凹口张开方向设有螺纹孔,所述锁件的端部穿过此螺纹孔后伸入所述弧形凹口内。
